I had dinner at this Panera's and was very dissapointed with the service. I ordered the pick two, Greek Salad and French Onion Soup. They gave me Cesar Salad. I returned it and got the correct salad but the soup was in a small paper bowl because they ran out of soup bowls and I guess nobody wanted to wash them. While I waited for the correct salad, my soup was getting cold so I asked the employee if it was possible to reheat the soup. She said for me to go up front and heat it in the microwave. I was very upset with the service and the fact that I paid the same price for the pick two and the soup was half the size. The customer service at this store was terrible. It was 8:00PM and all the employees looked like they couldn't wait to close. I also can't believe I was told to reheat my own soup. When my salad was finally ready, the lettuce wasn't fresh and the tomatoes inedible. It also seemed as if they were running out of everything. I could not get a piece of baguette at Panera, a BREAD store. They were also out of bread bowls and all they seemed to care about was cleaning up and getting us out. There wasn't so much as an "I'm sorry." I have been a loyal customer since this store first opened, but the level of customer service as well as the quality of the food has dramatically decreased. This experience will definately make me think twice about returning to ANY Panera location.

I've NEVER had the mac and chee before- and I'm really not sure why. It was nothing short of IN-freggin'-credible. Only one negative to the trip- I wanted the dark roast coffee and it had grounds in it. Yech. Had to get the regular brew. Double yech.

I went there 2 times this last week. One day I had a Cheddar Broccoli bread bowl.. I nearly shot in my drawers, it was awesome. The second I had a pananni, and I was blown away. Another good day in Delco!

Panera is my favorite place for lunch. Everything they offer, from pastries to soups, is incredible and perfect for a lunch at work. The double-chocolate macadamia cookie is possibly the best cookie on earth.

I like everything about the place but the service time. If you like to get serve fast it is not a place for you

The food is good, but it's rather expensive, and the portions are kind of small on the sandwiches. I usually enjoy what I get, but I always leave less than full.

It pains me to admit when I restaurant chain outdoes the small guys, but Panera is really, truly an excellent place to get a sandwich. The bread is awesome, the ingredients are fresh, and despite the fact that they have locations scattered across the USofA, each one I've been in manages to maintain a small, warm atmosphere. And, I mean, you won't spend more than you would at a Quizzno's or a Subway, yet the food puts those types of places to shame.

I give Panera 4 stars, due to the fact that their food is always awesome! However, the line can be dreadful & the wait for your food can be agonizing too. Also, There's not enough chairs and tables. All in all, I will take waiting in line for a few extra minutes to receive EXCELLENT food and service, than to have my food immediately and have it be awful.

About 6 people working here but only one at the counter where orders are taken. She frantically rushes around trying to Fulfill 2 orders and get them out of bagel toasting conveyor belt and none of the other employees assists. Taking a look around and 4 of them are doing nothing but pretending to be busy. Someone in the back is working because i can hear dishes clanging. A line is forming in back of me but because ONE person who takes your order is also busy fulfilling it no one is getting waited on. She hands the 2 bagel sandwiches to the customer waiting and finally gets to take my order. I order the steak on the everything Bagel and she tells me they stop serving breakfast at 1030!! Really??????????????? Had she been able to wait on me I would have been within that time. 1030. Really????????? This isn't her fault. Where was the manager when everyone else was doing nothing? Went to get breakfast elsewhere. Everywhere else you can get it until 1130.

This Panera is usually insanely crowded, but the line moves fast and there is lots and lots of seating, so you can find a table. Beware the parking lot...it's an accident waiting to happen. You can order online and pick up in the store, which is good for those who don't want to wait long!

Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 visits to be impressed. It took me 2. I have been to so many Panera's that it blows my mind away when I see one that has been put together so well. They have good tastes with decor and service. I see that they take extra effort to make sure that the coffee counter and drink station is all filled and clean. I took some pictures just to show this. Now the last time I was here, it was very busy and I couldn't even bother to sit in and eat. Now? It's a whole different place. I guess it's good when it's not very busy. I still can't stand the coffee, it tastes too sour for me. So I'm taking out a star but apart from that this is a very nice Panera.

My second time to this Panera Bread location, I was in the area and decided to go here. I had the choice of Panera or Qdoba, I decided to take the healthier choice today. It was around lunch so the place was very crowded, as I expected. I had a very short wait in line, and judging by how crowded the place was, I was pleasantly surprised they did not run out of certain foods and had baguettes (my favorites). The service was average and so was the food. Nothing too spectacular, it is the typical Panera. Overall I enjoyed my lunch and will come back if in the area needing Panera lol.

I was impressed with Panera. The food is consistent, the place is clean and they actually have people walking around cleaning up after sloppy patrons as well. I was never rushed, the atmosphere is chill, and my daughter loves this place. She spends more money here and at Starbucks than she does anywhere else. I took her here once though and spent a lot more money that I thought I should have. Sure everything seems fresh and is well made, but those little extras add up. I am not sure if I can afford to eat here very often, I think it is a bit pricey for what you get. Just my opinion. Even still, if you need a place to sit and work with free wifi and good food, it is the place the go.

How the mighty have fallen! I remember back in the day, Panera was the bee's knees! Everyone raved about how good the soups/sandwiches were. Now I haven't been here in quite a while, so I decided to stop by one night when I wanted a quick meal - I was pretty surprised to see how poor the quality of the food here as gotten. I decided to go with the soup/sandwich combo and went with the Sierra Turkey sandwich with the turkey chili. The turkey chili was surprisingly delicious and tasty - I was really impressed with the flavor of this and would definitely get it again. The sandwich was weak - too little meat and wilted greens. But, on the upside, the asiago focaccia was pretty good. The experience was pretty underwhelming. For the price of my little combo, I was definitely expecting more.

Panera has been sliding downhill for some time now. It was an awesome place to have a fresh salad, a healthy sandwich, and do it in pristine conditions where service was key. My visit to a couple of CT Paneras where the dirty floors and unkept tables were the rule left me (literally) with a bad taste in my mouth. Today it was the icing on the cake. We came in at 1032. On iPhone time to get breakfast. Hello?! A Holiday Weekend.... The attendant told us unceremoniously they were done with breakfast at 1030 - while she was taking breakfast order for someone else. We said thanks and went to Starbucks, two hundred feet away, where we could get an artisan sandwich. Yes, reheated. But available whenever the customer wants it not when the store tells you that you're supposed to have it. The epitome of customer ignorance and disdain. Last time we enter this business.

Like to stop in for and a bagel or sandwich. Not always the cheapest but usually good. On a cold day, nice to sit by fireplace and drink a hot coffee or chai tea. Sandwiches are usually decent but it can be hit or miss with how they are made - I have had terrific sandwiches there and a few that had so little on them it was a joke. Which it was more consistent. Great baked goods and breads - their sourdough bread is awesome and they have other great bakery items/sweets (but not all that cheap), our favorites are chocolate crossants and bear paws. Salads are usually really good. The half sandwich and soup are a great combo. Decent coffee. Crazy though how much they charge for a little container of cream cheese for a toasted bagel when you could walk next door to Giant and buy a brick of cream cheese for the same or less. Orders are processed quickly. Nice to just stop in for a quick bite. Can be a bit loud in some seated areas. Bathrooms are usually pretty clean. Would pick Panera over stuffy Starbucks anyday, more mellow and cozier to hang out in. Mixed age crowd.

Great food good quality. The service is great as well. The service is fast and the employees are polite the tomato soup is very good. The place is very clean. The only complaint I have is the coffee was horrible. It was burnt this has happened more then once. But they have other really good drinks.

I go to Panera for bread bowls. I've often been disappointed with the service at this particular location, but, during my last visit, I had a surprising experience. I ordered the bread bowl and was told that they are "out of bread bowls, can we put it in a cup for you?" WHAT?! I ONLY want the bread bowl. I was halfway between staying and going, and asked frantically, "Is there some other bread that I can buy and make into a bread bowl?" Seeing that I was upset, elite cashier, Bill Burke (I think that was his name) came to my rescue. He found a loaf of sourdough and fashioned a bread bowl for me. I am a very unlucky restaurant goer, this kind of thing happens to me all of the time, so I know how rare that kind of service and help is. Thanks so much, Bill!!

Panera is fast food. Granted, it's one of the few fast food places that has things I want to eat and veggie options. I guess that's what I like about it. The soups are pretty good if you're in a hurry. They are a little better than most things you buy in a can, but of course not nearly as good as something you could make at home. I mostly go here for the Greek salad. The dressing is salty, but good and they use real kalamata olives and the feta is pretty decent. In the summer, the tomatoes in it are pretty good, but recently since it's been cold, they haven't been so good. However, they are not good at the store either this time of year. The veggie Mediterranean sandwich is quite tasty with the hummus on it. I like the soup with the bread bowl. It's very filling. I go here because it's dependable and not too far of a drive for me. The food is predictable and tasty, but nothing spectacular. I've only had one bad experience here, which was when I came right before closing time and the chicken noodle soup they gave me was mostly broth. That has only happened once though. Usually I get a good mix of noodles and broth. When I'm craving soup and salad and don't want to drive far, this is the place to go. However, if you want a sandwich, there are much better local places nearby.

Panera Bread has fallen off tremendously. This is one of those places where you leave saying, "I won't eat here every again" but, then you find yourself back there a few months later. Maybe it's just me and I suffer from restaurant amnesia or something. After eating here a few weeks ago, my utter disappointmnet has been embedded in my brain and I have no desire to return. The sandwich choices aren't great. There was one particular sandwich that I used to eat all of the time and they decided to remove it. I hate when that happens. Aside from the sandwiches, I used to purchase about a half dozen bagels. The bagels have remained somewhat consistent, if I overlook the fact that one of my favorite bagels (Dutch Apple) no longer exists. I think back to when I dined at Panera Bread for the first time and how excited I felt that I found a great place to eat. That memory is long gone. Goodbye PB. Nice knowing ya!!!

I've been going here for years and always have a good experience. I recently ordered the Frontega sandwich and half a chicken Caesar. The chicken Caesar was really good, if a little overpriced...but that's what you expect with upscale fast food. The frontega sandwich is a whole different story. The chicken tastes and smells like pork! Apparently that's how all the smoked chicken is, which is absolutely disgusting. I don't eat pork and this almost made me puke everywhere. The person behind the counter offered to make me a new sandwich, but I declined, citing how I made my horrible decision and should live with it. I won't take points because of the awesome customer service and my amazing past experience.

I enjoy this Panera. It is always a good vibe and good food. My fav is the Fuji apple chicken salad and the chicken ceasar sandwhich. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is b/c I am not a fan of their desserts. It is just something about the pastry maybe. The chocolates are usually dark choc, which I am not a fan of. The green tea is nice and light and the yogurt smoothies are good too. They get you your food quickly and always seem to be in good moods.

This is strictly a review of their catering services. I ordered Panera catering for the morning of my wedding. I order online and got one of the breakfast packages. The plan was to pick up the food on the way to the bridal salon so everyone could eat breakfast while we got hair and make up done. When I arrived at Panera, they had no record of my order even though my credit card had already been charged. Furthermore, the manager was not apologetic for the situation and did not seem to be concerned about moving quickly even though we informed him we had an appointment to get to. He did pull the order out of a binder so they did have the order and just did not fulfill the order. We had to leave one of our bridesmaids there to wait for the order while the rest of us went to the salon and someone had to go back to pick her up once the order was complete.

I enjoy going to this Panera as an alternative to the Pei Wei in the same shopping center. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The food is the same consistently fresh and delicious fare I expect from every Panera. I always go for the 1/2 soup 1/2 salad option with broccoli chedder soup, which is devine, and usually the greek with chicken added. The chicken is a little thinly sliced for my preference, but the quality is good. I also enjoy how they include pepperoncini in the salad, along with kalamata olives as opposed to skimping and using black olives.
