Came here with my wife and had the best icecream I have had in a long long time. I don't know how they do this but the combinations are incredible. And it's not just the flavors, it's the consistency that gets me. Not cold hard icecream but soft deliciously smooth icecream. They had the birthday cake flavor which I liked very much. The service here could do with some improvement though. I know it's a bit too early for icecream but hey it's a holiday, so I'm on a different mood.

Love these folk. First of all, one of the very few places that has frozen yogurt birthday cakes for the lactose intolerant crowd. Excellent customer service to boot. And then, during the foot of snow that came out of the blue (two to three inches forecasted), they kept the store open especially for me and called me to tell me so. Lucky for all, I had supposed they were thinking about closing early since the snow kept on coming down and was only a block away. Hats off to their customer service. And besides, an awesome product.

Coldstone has some pretty damn good ice cream! Tons of flavors to choose from, and they allow you to try samples of flavors you haven't had yet. Tons of toppings to choose from as well, which you can get mixed in rather than just put on top. It is a little bit pricey, but if good ice cream is what you're looking for- it's okay to splurge every once and a while. The waffle bowls are also good. The staff are pretty hit or miss. Some mix ice cream better than others, some are friendlier than others. I have had some terrible experiences here; but also some great ones. Since this is the only coldstone close by, I'll keep coming back!

So I am not an ice cream fan but I am a juice lover and shake lover! My discovery of Cold Stone ice cream lead me to fall madly in love with blueberry pineapple fruit/ ice cream milk shake. I just can never have this in the winter ever - only the summers. I am counting down the months. ;-) I use to track down Cold Stone like a crazy Foodie! I'm calmer now. Haha

This place has been here for a while, but this was my first trip here. We all ordered some sort of ice cream with the sweet cream flavor. It was nice that it was open until 10 pm. Ice cream was good but three medium ice creams with toppings was $18.00. A bit of sticker shock loses one star for me. Two of us ordered cups and one a cone. We got three cups. The server seemed tired if us asking questions (the place is clearly staffed with high school types) - first time here for us so we had a few.

I am a fan of Cold Stone. The ice cream is great and the combinations with toppings are limitless. Try the birthday cake ice cream with pie crust as the topping - pretty amazing.

I really like this place. My fav is "all lovin no oven." This is a nice place to go for a treat and I love that it is open all year round. Customer service is great. There are a bunch of young ppl working in there and they seem to enjoy their work.

Never been to this location before today. I have nothing bad to say! Cookie doughn't you want some.... if you are a chocolate chip cookie dough kind of person, you NEED to try this, and when they are making it, ask for an extra piece of cookie dough!

Why did it take me so long to find this place? I guess because I am the biggest Soft Serve Fan I know. Well I was surfing Instagram (or scrolling I guess) and came across a pic of their ice cream cupcakes that I had to have and that started my love affair with Cold Stone. I went there looking for the ice cream cupcakes, but once I found out that they didn't sell them individually I was disappointed, as I wasn't sure if I would like them, they weren't as big as I thought and the six pack was $12.99 Good News: I saw a plethora of other tasty desserts! Ohhhh yummy in my tummy. I tried the Lava Cake with Ice cream and whip cream and it was heaven in my mouth. I was soooo warm and the ice cream was so good and even the chocolate shavings were delish! I am not a big fan of cake but darn it that cake was so good I wanted to return the very next day for seconds. My husband had the cookie and ice cream thing and he was done before I was even halfway done. Prices can be expensive depending on what you expect to pay for ice cream, but well worth it. I didn't regret it. Has a seating area and the menu choices are made to order right in front of you. The menu is very "diverse" and the employees are nice. A tip: you can get a regular size waffle cone (we didn't know this as this was our first time). I will return again and again and again!
