Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Cascata is my new favorite pizza place. It's thin, fresh and crispy, with a li'l droop at the end, just like I like it. Perfect amount of cheese, so that when you take a bite, the strands sensuously and sumptuously fill your mouth. Mmmn, delectable. 'Nuff said. Side note: I'm happy to report they list their beverage prices on their menu, unlike another place I know, wink, wink.

Food: 1.5 Service: 1 Value: 1 Biggest Gripes. - Wayyyyyyyy under-cooked pasta that lacked flavor anyway - 5 minutes standing at the counter before being acknowledged - Expensive for what you get.

I ordered the Toscana Traditional Hand Tossed Pizza and it came with NO sauce. It was like a kid opening a Christmas gift and getting a sweater. I also got "cheese whiz" fries and there is NO CHANCE that they use cheese whiz. Very disappointing.

Why did I bother? I don't know. Call it curiosity. I saw some good reviews here, I saw some bad ones, it was on the way home, I decided to give them a shot. A large pepperoni pizza here was over $14. I've had similar pizza that was cheaper. It didn't taste like it had good sauce. Trust me, it was noticeable. It throws off the entire pizza balance. Despite the fact that it was a late August Friday night which traditionally is less busy for such places, I took the fact that they had 8 workers ready to work at 6:30 pm, and 5 of them were literally doing not much of anything as a bad sign. Even if half of your clientele is at the shore, and things don't generally pick up until school starts, the good pizza places still find a way to be busy on a Friday night. I worked in pizza shops for a good portion of my youth, and Friday is one of your money makers. I'm insulted that they charged me $14 for this pie, and I'm insulted that they call it gourmet. The only thing that saves this place is that it's nice and clean inside, and they were friendly to me. But I'm sorry. The pizza won't bring me back.

Pretty sure this place is a money laundering front. Anyway you used to have decent pizza, so I don't know what happened. Guess it's back to media, pa for anything remotely good.

Great food and friendly environment. Their pizza and wings are awesome but my favorite thing to get at Cascata is the chicken parm sandwich.

Pizza is pretty good here. Their thin crust pizza is not so thin but the state of the art convection oven they use here cooks the pizza quickly and evenly. It's an ok pie and one of the nicer places to eat pizza in - granite topped tables, etc. Table service on previous occasions can be perfunctory. Can be filled with teenagers from time to time.

I've always ordered from this place and so have my parents. I've recommended them to people in the past. Never once had an issue, until today. I had ordered a caesar salad ($5.50), cheesesteak and italian hoagie. Salad was for myself. I specifically told the girl I spoke to on the phone that I did not want eggs in it or tomato. She said they don't put eggs in it anyway, and will make sure tomatoes are removed. I get the delivery with no salad and noticed they had not even charged me for it. I called them up to let them know of their mistake. One of the workers their was nice about it, he said he will put an order in for it but then gave me the total ($7.73). Totally inconvenienced at this point, not just myself but the others around me who were waiting to eat their meal, I asked if they really were gonna charge me for it and charge me a delivery fee at that.... So the guy puts the owner on the phone. Just want to preface this by saying that he is an arrogant prick. He gets on and tells me I should pay for it since the order was not incorrect (because I didn't get the wrong salad or no salad at all after being charged). I proceeded to tell him the order was definitely incorrect because I told her I want a salad and she did not put it on the ticket. NOT my fault. Instead of taking responsibility of his employee's mistake, he goes on to tell me that someone has to pay for it and it should be me. After we exchanged a few more words, he goes on to tell me he will "pay for it" and asks "are you happy now?" Clearly, this prick was being condescending. Nevertheless, I told him to keep his stupid $5.50 salad and told him he will lose more than that with me, my family and friends. Either they're doing so well as a business that they don't care about me being an unhappy customer or they're not doing too well for themselves because he made a BIG deal about paying for my $5.50 caesar salad. Judging by these reviews, I think it's the latter.

If you haven't been to Cascata Pizza recently or ever...check it out! They have a NEW genius manager, who also does the cooking. The food is very good. The cheesesteaks are excellent. The Chicken with Broccoli Rabe sandwich is awesome! The Pizza is 100% better than what you may have experienced 2 years ago. I highly recommend trying this for the first time or giving it another go-around. You won't be dissapointed. Friendly staff and great food. I live close by but this is definitely my favorite place for steaks and Stromboli's now.

Cascata came recommended, but when I tried it with my kids, we were all disappointed, at least with the sandwiches. The tomato sauce on the meatball parm and chicken parm was, virtually tasteless, and the meats were severely under seasoned. The grilled chicken wrap had almost no flavor at all and the french fries had no salt. I think we'll skip this place in the future. It was bland and boring.
