It's a Starbucks you cannot give it a bad review unless the establishment you went to had poor service. If you're on the road its a quick stop to get you coffee fix

Everyone here was super friendly. This goes for the people working here and the patrons in general. I really enjoyed coming through here and on top of that, my green tea frap was awesome. This is definitely a cool Starbuck's to check out and if I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be sure to stop by.

Came in for a quick coffee on my way back home from a road trip and the first time in my life I had a bad experience with Starbucks ! The Chai latte was the worst I ever had. When I asked it to be replaced, I was told it's made with 1/2 water and 1/2 2% !! Seriously ?!??!! I jut want to know the fact what is a Starbucks franchise supposed to do for a Chai latte ?

Its Starbucks...why would I ever rate this poorly? Great coffee, friendly staff and they have all kinds of coffee stuff for purchase.

Great service and the staff is always friendly. They quickly get their customers out the door during morning rush. As a regular customer they quickly remember my order.

Stopped in for two coffees and a gift card purchase. Noticed right away the dirty floors, doors, and tables. The smell of sour milk kinda turned my stomach. The girl carried on about chatting with the customer lady in front of me. They had to gossip awhile before anyone could acknowledge there were other customers. Finally a tall young man asked if he could get me a drink to go along with my k cups I was holding in my hand to purchase. That was the extent of the service. The coffee is good. The parking is horrible. No one seemed friendly. I could tell it wasn't my favorite Dunkin donuts location of Dickson City!! I live very near to this location but I may only come back in the spring or summer so I could just sit outdoors. I'm just not a fan :( sorry Starbucks, but this location is not a good choice for me......clean it up!

Separate men/women bathrooms is fine. Ignoring a customer for a couple of Minutes to clean and make coffee while three other employees are working behind the counter isn't the starbucks service I'm used to. Still, first world problem so who cares but I'm helping so I'm giving the info.

Wasn't too big of a fan of my experience here. I got a hot chocolate and it wasn't super hot to begin with which I don't mind, but the taste was unlike any other Starbucks hot chocolate I've had. I can't say they're bad, but based on my one experience on my road trip I didn't like it. I'm leaving it at 3 because they were friendly and I'm sure there are other drinks they make that are better or maybe the guy was having a bad day.

Quick service and yummy breakfast sandwiches. They also have the Starbucks yummy drinks (not a coffee drinker but love the hot chocolate, chai, apple spice, steamers....). They have enough staff so the line moves pretty fast. Downside to this location is that sometimes large buses stop off of I-81 and swamp the place and clear them out of some sandwich varieties/baked goods. However, being a traveler myself, I still stop here because it's right off the highway and very reliable. My favorite stop on I-81, particularly southbound. =)

Starbucks is a chain, that coffee always tastes burnt and when I get a coffee there it is always way to hot to drink. The coffee is equivalent to dirt and should cost about the same; free. Support local business and grab a cup of delicious coffee from Duffy's or my girls, you will be much more pleased. Starbucks sucks and there is no benefit from visiting this place except the fact that the people working there are very nice

The staff here have always been great, and the Starbucks menu is the same as anywhere, I'm just giving it such a low review for the interior, which is by far the most depressing looking Starbucks I've ever been in, with with next to no lighting, and the fact that it lacks a drive thru. Just go to the one down in Dickson City.

I like Starbucks in general, but I feel lately like the Clarks Summit one has been below par. Quite a few of my drinks recently just weren't up to standard or were downright lousy. I think some of this may have to do with a bunch of new employees still learning the ropes. Certain baristas always make me a good drink, but a few I didn't recognize didn't make them as well. Now I feel like it's a gamble to spend my money here (it's not cheap) when I may get a bad drink. I've been patronizing local shops more, which are consistently good. Even my pumpkin spice latte this year was bad, which was disappointing. I haven't had such problems at other Starbucks locations. I also wish this one had a drive-through. Hopefully this one shapes up soon. Oh, and also, this Starbucks is definitely in the running for worst parking lot in Clarks Summit. What a trap it is to get in and out of.

its a starbucks what can I say? the drinks are the same at all the different starbucks, made to order, etc. What makes this place an enjoyable place to go to are the baristas -- we just stopped by on the way home from a trip from upstate ny back to MD, and had a relatively pleasant time at this bucks. We each ordred a drink, and split the moz sandwich. The baristas were friendly, nice and since it was snowing, shared a personal near death story..

I personally go here too often but its hard to not to when the drinks here are amazing. The people who work here are great too. After a few visits they know exactly what you want and how you want it. Its one of the best parts of my everyday routine. Defiantly worth the walk in the door as apposed to a normal starbucks drive thu.
