I've been here 4 times in the last two years. I really want to like this place but it always seems to be something. Kinda pricey for dinner. Not bad for lunch. I don't mind spending extra cash but make it worth my while please. Food is generally A- or better. Steaks have been done spot-on until my bacon-wrapped sirloin last night ordered medium was pretty rare. I had a bite or two that tasted almost raw. I can live with that on occasion if everything else is ok. Staff is almost always over the top willing to please, but mistakes and oversights seem to abound here. Twice now I've had to remind a waitress about a missing drink order after the salad arrives. I know they're busy but really, bringing one drink and forgetting the other one? Really? There were only two of us. Don't let them seat you at Table 31. We were stuck there once and the AC vent blows right at you. I'm almost never cold when I'm out somewhere, but it even bothered me. My steak was literally cold before I could finish it. I had to dig out chemical pack hand warmers for my wife after our rushed exit. She ate with her hood up, she was that cold. All in all, the food is slightly better than average, but not quite enough to justify the higher prices on its own. Staff has always been cordial and helpful, but needs to pay a little more attention to detail. Again, I refer to the pricing. If you pay higher prices, you should expect a higher standard. There's some improvement needed here.

We came on a weekend for lunch, after trying to get in on Valentine's Day without a reservation (I don't want to say we were stupid but we were stupid for not making reservations). I figured even for lunch, we would have to wait but we were seated almost immediately. Our waiter, Jimmy, was super friendly, and on top of everything from start to finish. I got the Flo's filet with Steakhouse Mac & Cheese as my side and my husband got the Braised BBQ beef sandwich. My steak was delicious, and cooked perfectly. I asked for well done, and there wasn't one speck of pink. Cut like butter, and melted in my mouth. Mac & Cheese had a slight garlic taste to it, which I wasn't expecting, but it was delightful. I'm not one to clear my whole plate, but it was empty at the end of my meal. Hubby thought the sandwich was good, but next time said he'd ask them to leave the BBQ Sauce off and put on steak sauce. He said it was still pretty tasty. Bill wasn't overly expensive for the two of us, despite me getting a filet. My only complaint was that the table didn't look like it was completely clean. If we had come with more people it would've been a bigger deal, but since it was off to my side outside of where I was sitting I didn't fuss much. Definitely a good visit. Yummy!

LongHorn opened up here maybe about two years ago. It's the only restaurant I've been to in this chain, and the food is pretty consistently good. It's part of the Darden Family (Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze). It gets a bit crowded here on holidays and peak times, but typically you can get a seat right away. Typically I order an 8 oz. "renegade sirloin" steak. They cook it to your preference, and I order medium-well or well-done. I have never had an issue with the steaks here - they know what they're doing. You get to order a side with it, and I typically order a baked potato. A nice extra is the warm bread that they serve. It's unlimited, and it's some type of whole grain bread with a slight honey taste. I can eat several pieces. On my last visit, I ate lunch here. I got a half of a beef brisket sandwich and a salad. The salad was kind of disappointing. It was mostly iceberg lettuce and croutons with a huge cup of dressing. The sandwich, however, was excellent. The pieces of brisket were plentiful and flavorful. For my lunch side, I got the homemade potato chips. They were crunchy and unique for sure. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is typically friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend checking it out if you're in the mood for a steak.
