had the salad bar which is one of my favorite salad bars, love the pumpernickel croutons. had the New Orleans Seafood, a seasoned tilapia filet cooked perfectly with shrimp and and really good sauce over it with the grilled zucchini. My husband got the 1/2 rack of ribs which he said were good but kind of on the skimpy side, not a whole lot of meat on them but they had good flavor. Everything tasted really good and I would absolutely go back

Food was yummy, pricey but yummy! Extremely quiet for what I would think would be an up beat establishment. Waitress was very pleasant! We more than likely won't return because the quality of food which was great is the same at Red Robin except much cheaper.

I'm sorry - but these chains have no excuse to believe that they can survive doing business the way they do. This is a typical chain and I don't expect much. But I do expect at least my money's worth. But it's such a ripoff. This particular location feels unclean. The food is bland and mediocre. And for $12 to $16 a plate, that's just too expensive for the product you get in return. And the salad bar was gross. I don't like wilted spinach and greens in my salad. And when all the items are cross contaminating each other- it's such a turn off - Especially if you have dietary restrictions. The service was at least friendly enough. That's the only reason. They got a second star.

Service was good. Food is average but the salad bar is very good. Prices are fair and reasonable for the food I guess. I would still choose olive garden or Carrabba's first however.

Always have a good to a great meal here, never leave unsastisfied. My favorite part is the salad bar. In fact , I usually load up on the salad bar and take the meal home. It's like getting two meals for the price one.

Ruby Tuesdays is well, Ruby Tuesdays. However I have a secret love affair with their salad bar and especially the crunchy yet chewy croutons, but I digress. This particular location had someone attending and filling up the salad bar, and our waitress was pretty friendly and decently attentive. However she did manage to fill up my friends shoe with water, but we'll forgive that. It was an accident. We also were able to use a coupon for buy one get one free entree and for three people with a generous tip was $11pp. Rockin. * I apologize for the three star rating, but I don't give 5 stars to chain restaurants.

Ruby Tuesdays is one of the better chain restaurants out there. They're not trying to be something they're not, just good, all-American food. I've typically had good experiences at this particular RT. Service is above average with friendly bartenders and wait staff. Food quality is average for RT, usually good with the occasional sub par meal. For instance, on my most recent visit, my entree was cooked perfectly, but the lobster dip we ordered as an appetizer was so overcooked that the oil had separated from the "cheese". All in all, not a bad place to grab a bite, albeit a little pricier than other chains.

Well, at least we were smart enough to not sit up at the bar, because.... I sat and watched one poor gal wait for at least 15 minutes, on a very quiet Saturday night, for service from the bartender whom was busy hanging out with another employee friend and someone whom appeared to be the employee's boyfriend. We got listen to them both complain about their jobs and the customers. I shocked to watch that the bar was frequently unattended and at one point one of the waitresses gave up and went back and made her own drink. I also found it interesting that one of the employees felt it was ok to go behind the bar, put something in a plastic cup with a straw, and take it out into the customer area to consume it. Overall, not a bad experience. Our food was mediocre. The waiter, mediocre. He didn't know the menu, he didn't know the drinks, but at least he was attempting to do his job. Maybe it is a personal peeve, but I really hate to see a bunch of kids working their behinds off while two other employees decide to have a good time at the communal table. Though I do not know what company policy is, I can't imagine this is how this restaurant chain would promote team work.

Had a very pleasant experience at the Dickson City Ruby Tuesday location. The service was prompt and friendly and the food was prepared perfectly and was fresh.....that's all anyone can really ask for from a chain restaurant near the mall. I can't wait to go back and test the consistency! Great work by the staff here.

Quesadillas were BOMB! The pico de gallo really made them. Everything else was standard. loud atmosphere, accomodating staff. Matter of fact theres this slammin hot spanish lookin chick here with a gorgeous face and a big ol booty that just wouldnt quit. and not like fat girl accidental booty, like it was crafted by a puerto rican beach god. I ordered these crab cakes appetizer which turned otu to be just one medium sized cake for $12 which i sent back. The manager came out to try and appease us, which was an unexpectedly classy move from a place like this.

3.5 rounded up. Ruby Tuesday isn't typically known for creating shockwaves among the American dining landscape. However, two recent visits prompted me to consider what Ms. Tuesday has been up to lately - namely, raising the bar for what can be expected of a moderately priced chain restaurant. Thanks to several rather generous promotions of late, I was inspired to return to Ruby Tuesday after a period of general avoidance of most chains (with some notable exceptions). First impressions reveal some remodeling that lends the place a nice, clean appearance: a variety of different trendy drum shades and minimal crap adorning the walls. For a chain, this is a refreshing departure from the horrifically contrived look of TGI Friday's. Having been known for their burgers for quite some time, I was confident in choosing a turkey burger (with bacon and avocado) that arrived on a distinctly tasty bun. The surprises started when we were presented with the California Club quesadilla, which was quite large and, given its namesake, replete with bacon and avocado plus plenty of chicken and cheese in a remarkably buttery and flaky tortilla. More surprises came in the form of the new menu of fresh, simple sides. Spaghetti squash? Tomato & balsamic salad? Am I still at a casual mid-tier chain restaurant? The spaghetti squash was still a bit crunchy - thankfully not roasted to oblivion - and aside from being exceptionally tasty, it rings in at a mere 54 calories. Perhaps the biggest surprise of all? Made to order lemonades, teas and sodas which come directly from the bar, freshly muddled and nicely garnished. I've had a blackberry lemonade, a raspberry iced tea and a watermelon fizz, all of which were delicious. At $3.50, they initially seem a bit pricey... but then you remember that most places charge $2 for a fountain soda, versus these handcrafted beverages freshly made by a bartender - and these freshly crafted beverages are offered with free refills! Speaking of the bar, it offers approximately 20 cocktails priced at $5 all day long. They also have a selection of craft beers, including some I'd never expect to find at any chain. There is one area, however, where they could use some work: the dessert selection. While seven offerings is pretty generous for a chain restaurant, the only fruity option on the menu is a yogurt parfait. Not even your basic fruit crisp. There are, however, three creamy options including cheesecake, tiramisu and italian cream cake. They also have "gourmet" cupcakes, which I sampled along with the latter two aforementioned creamy items. All of the desserts were a bit too sweet and had a strangely oily mouthfeel, particularly the tiramisu. Next time, I'd probably just order one of their sweeter cocktails in lieu of these lackluster confections. From the atmosphere to the menu, simple and fresh is the name of their game, which of course is reflected quite clearly in their marketing... into which I buy. Ruby Tuesday is definitely moving chain dining in a positive direction.

Always great and courteous staff. The food is 90% of the time right spot on. The only downside is that when it gets a little busy you may fall through the cracks.
