Have always been a huge fan of Primo Hoagies but this location consistently offers terrible service. When the owner is there it's fine but more often then not he's not there and the teenage kids he leaves in charge are just clueless. I've ordered over 100 trays for business and entertaining from this location and after the service I received today I will be going to the Collegeville location from today forward. Thanks for making my decision easy Mike the manager!!

Love it here!!! The rolls are delicious, crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside. The high quality meats are freshly cut with each order and they'll even give you extra pickles. What's not to like?

Sandwiches and sides are really great but service seems slow for how many people are behind the counter.

Have liked Primos in the past so I came to this store for a hoagie fix. I ended up getting extremely sick and when I called to let the manager know before i could even talk to anyone the phone was put on hold. When I called back the phone was picked up then put on the counter - no one ever answered.... I called back a number of times and finally got a person who handed over the phone to the manager. I called to simply let them know that they should be aware that I got extremely sick after eating there and the guy didn't seem to care at all, infact he denied that there was even a remote possibility that I could have gotten sick. I will never return to that store.

Was excited about this hoagie shop moving into town and at first some very good food. Though they are a premium priced outfit with some very inconsistant product. We've been skimped quite a few times on ingredients. You pay a premium price you better have a fat consistant product. This is not always the case. I may be travelling back down the the Collegeville Deli from now on. Their hours are strange as well. Not going above and beyond for their clientel.

I love it here. I could have never imagined a lunch meat sandwich could be so special. When I picked up my first order, the bread was the first thing that amazed me.They informed me that the bread was still warm from being baked at 2 in the afternoon. That was such a pleasant surprise. It was fresh made in the middle of the day, not something that was frozen and thawed. It does get busy here and they prepare everything to order. Be patient and you will be rewarded with the highest quality meats that you will ever taste!

I was excited to try this place since I have heard good things about it. When I first saw the menu, I thought everything was pricey for subs, but figured they would be pretty big to account for the cost. I was wrong. The sub didn't have much in it, wasn't very big and was way too dry. I definitely won't be going back.

BTW this is in Royersford not Limerick. I went here at the request of my boyfriend not thinking I would be able to get anything since I eat gluten free. I decided to order my sandwich w/o a roll which got a crazy laugh and look from the girl taking the order .But the owner (I am assuming) came out and offered it on a wrap. When I told him I could not have gluten he informed me all their meats and cheese are GF and if I want to bring in my own GF roll they will make it on that. As someone else said in their review it took a little while but the make everything from when you order it so I am willing to wait--if you want it quick buy something pre-made wrapped in plastic wrap. You gotta wait a little for the good fresh stuff. We loved our food and my sandwich in a bowl was so pretty and made me very happy esp since I got about 4 sandwiches out of it at home. Thanks for giving me a place to eat in Rofo that will cater to my GF life and make my teenagers full and happy too!! We will be back.

Customer service is lacking but the sandwiches are the best. What do you expect when you hire high kids?

I love Primo hoagies. My favorite is the sharp Italian with hot and sweet peppers. Meats are freshly sliced. When they're not busy, they're quick to fill an order. Their secret ... their rolls are the bomb. My only real issues with them are: (1) Expensive. A typical regular hoagie will run you almost $10 with no sides. Most of their store packaged sides (salads) are over $2.50. (2) Inconsistent quality. We've had sandwiches where we we're looking for the meat. A $10 hoagie should be flush with the good stuff.

It's good enough when I want a Primo hoagie, but there are better Primo hoagie franchisees. They're sandwiches are not consistent quality-wise when compared to other Primo stores. Also for the price, I expect better. I'd sooner just travel to the Italian bakery in collegeville or to Giovanni's about a half mile away.

I love this place! Every time we go it's fast and flavorful. I always order a different sandwich each time I go and I've never been disappointed. The bread has a good tooth to it and they use fresh ingredients. I love the fact you can get fresh mozzarella on your sandwich. I also like they offer sweet or spicy peppers. They also offer prosciutto. I love the spicy/diablo sandwiches they offer. The diablo beef is probably my favorite. This is my go to sub place. They people working behind the counter are always super friendly and professional. I like to call my orders ahead and just run in to pick them up. Prices are a tad more than subway but the quality is miles apart. Once you try this place you'll never go back to subway again. Five stars all the way.

I have been a loyal customer since this location opened. I have always been treated with kindness and have been appreciated as a customer until tonight. I placed an order on the phone for my husband to pick up. He brought it home and it was the wrong order. I called Primos to tell them the mistake and it was blamed on my husband because the person on the phone insisted she verified the order with him. I asked how could she verify when he didn't even know what I ordered. I asked him if she *did* try to verify and he said no. I said for the inconvenience I would not expect to be charged the difference (which could have only been a few dollars). I was told I absolutely would be charged the difference. I asked for the manager, she said she was the owner and told me "have a nice day hun" CLICK and hung up on me. This is no way to run a business. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

Great choices, good quality. By mama-mia: expensive!! Not sure how they can stay in business. Too many good places with more reasonable values

These people need to get it together. They are lacking greatly in customer service. The girl at the front, may have been in training... Not the brightest crayon in the box. I loved my hoagie, others with me not so much. 2 meatballs in a sandwich, really? If it was a child's mean I would understand that...
