Make sure you call and make reservations ahead of time otherwise the staff at the door seemed very unorganized with seating between walk-in's and folks who call ahead. Most of the steak selections were overpriced and seared with an excessive amount of salt and pepper. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and it was nice to see the manager making rounds to each of the tables for feedback. This was our second time to outback it's definitely not our first choice of steakhouses in the area.

Takeout was basically thrown in my box, but dining in was fine. It's outback, take it for what you will

The food was pretty good, I only gave it 2 starts due to the service I received. The waitress was not the best.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal with my family on the first night of our vacation! The staff was very helpful, and our server Bryan could not have been friendlier. My wife and I enjoyed the steak while our daughter ordered the ribs and chicken combo. All was cooked to perfection. The bacon wrapped shrimp was especially delicious! We will certainly return here the next time we are in the area.

My parents like Outback and recommend it often, but our most recent visit was horrible. My pregnant wife's steak was ordered well-done and was delivered mid-rare. All the manager did was have the cooks reheat it - they didn't even re-fire her order! Not to mention she finally received her steak once we'd all finished eating. My brother's burger was raw - not rare, raw! My order of ribs was a joke - it felt like a kids platter. And I waited nearly 20 minutes for a refill on water. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Texas Roadhouse across the street - better service and better food.

This Outback Steakhouse is located easily off Route 422. The waiting time was 30-45 minutes. I should have done the Click Thru Seating to save time and could be relaxing at home or doing some more shopping. While waiting they did pass out sampler to the guest to hold us over. Love the Coconut Shrimp! After getting seated, the waitresses were quick to get us drinks and place our food orders. Took a little bit for us to get our food, but aloud us time to get a drink or two and talk. All meals were great and fresh. I order the outback special steak and it was perfectly cook! There was always someone there to quickly help you; they worked as a team, from the mangers, waitress/waiters to the busboys. Job Well Done!

Wow. We have eaten frequently at Outbacks but this facility hit an all time low. We were seated and we waited about 15 minutes until we had to go to the host to ask to send someone to our table so we could get a drink. With everyone on either side of us being taken care of, we figured we had been forgotten. My husband had salmon with his one side being potato soup. We were surprised he only got one side but he felt he would get enough food. Soup came and was fine. Then the salmon came. The presentation was pretty sad. There was a pretty dry, square piece of fish on the plate. And that was it. No garnish. No parsley. No lemon. No tartar sauce. When it came to my meal, I had the steakhouse salad. I asked for the steak medium rare. The salad was fine but the steak was rare and I would have asked to have it cooked more but no one came back to our table. I ate it but the toughness of that piece of meat was astounding. Never have I had such a poor piece of steak. I need to add that Outback was empty. Maybe the Texas Roadhouse is the better choice if looking for a quick meal in Royersford.

Best experience ever!!! I meant to write this the other night I visited the Outback however, I ordered a Flat Iron Steak, (First time) via the curbside. A very pleasant young man (Mike) greeted me immediately. I waa a few minutes early but Mike asked if I would like something to drink while I was waiting for them to finish up my order. Within moments, a nice young lady brought out my order. This is the very First time I decided not to check my bag. I'm usually the nut who will go through everything even checking for salt. But I wanted to see how they did. I just gotta say. .. IMPRESSIVE! !! My Steak was Perfectly cooked, super hot, delicious! ! Dressing on the side as i requested. Mashed potatoes loaded...perfect! !! Apps...hot, crispy, Perfect! All utensils, napkins, condiments! ! I am super picky and maybe a lil bit of a critic when it comes to dining out...so for me to write anything and be Perfectly satisfied? ? As my husband would say...a miracle!!! We are die hard Texas Roadhouse patrons but I gotta say I just became a new Outback customer over our Roadhouse!!!! Great job Outback!

Well now.... Wow.... In a very good way. Wife had Pecan- Blue Cheese chopped salad. I had Filet. Both great. Light year better than last time a year ago. New manager? Definitely new decor and menu. Congrats.

Outback is my favorite steakhouse. I've dined at the Royersford location many times and I've never had a bad meal. The 22 oz bone in ribeye is phenomenal. The ahi tuna appetizer and coconut shrimp are also fantastic every time. Service is always quick and all of the waiters & waitresses are great.

We ate here last night, Waiter Liam (?) was very good. Wifey had a filet & lobster tail, (we question the nonround filet) I had 1/2 half rack ribs falling off the bones, Loaded baked potato and unlimited "fried" shrimp, Potato was good ribs were very good, but shrimp were not even close to being crisp. which leads me to wonder if outback's actual have deep friers at all. we both had their clam chowder which is always the best. two iced teas, $65. minus the two $7.99 add ons, would had been $50.00. We will return...

The service here is very very poor. I don't recommend the calamari. The server raved how good it was. It was over done, very small portion and really tiny pieces. Shrimp skewers were very good. A little under done but tasty. Steaks were good but were under done from what we asked for. The manager was not dressed professionally at all. I would not have known who she was if she had not introduced herself. She was comping tables all over the place. We won't be returning. We should have eaten across the street and regret today for second guessing ourselves. We wish we would have spent the $100 some place else.

Very poor service at this location. We had a blooming onion appetizer which was good, consistent with other Outbacks. I always enjoy the salad choices at Outbacks. Since this is a chain that most folks have eaten at, I don't have much more to say.

Really truly slow service. Not the waitress. The kitchen. 40 min to get a pasta and salad. Recommended if you want to really drag that date out.

Frozen beef. Awesome. Not much to say. As usual, a chain restaurant completely fails in every category. The only reason they make any money is the lack of better restaurants in the area. This is what boring tastes like. Yeah, contribute to the corporate message as well. That is, frozen beef and canned crap is your thing. Hey, try to be a little discerning, please. Are you really that easily fooled? Outback sucks a**. If you frequent it often, you're a poser who has no idea what good food really is. For great steak try Henry's, or Craft Ale House or even Fairways. Ugh. Corporate crap. IF YOU FOUND MY REVIEW HELFUL, RATE IT AND SEND ME A COMMENT.

Four of us returned here on a Tuesday early evening with a 15% off coupon (yes, we're old folks!) for dinner. We were greeted by at least three very pleasant young people and promptly seated in a about half full dining room. The young man who seated us advised that we were fortunate to arrive when we did because we were "just in time" for their new menu specials. Our friendly server arrived to introduce herself and to take our drink orders. Throughout our visit we found her to be pleasant yet professional and accomodating though there were some service gaps during our time there which was perplexing given the more than adequate staffing levels in a less than full house. We shared the ahi tuna appetizer which was delightful; fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. We also shared a Bloomin' Onion, no need to explain. Two of us did take them up on their offer of the new specials, prime rib with lobster tail and steak with lobster tail. Both were very good. The two others always come to Outback for prime rib. Both were properly cooked to medium rare and more than ample , but both were chewy with more gristle than was acceptable. One of us ordered coffee that was not delivered until after the check was paid, a small oversight. The staff here could not have been more helpful or pleasant. They all appeared to be genuinely concerned that their guests have a positive experience. Overall we had an enjoyable visit, but at least two of us will have to rethink returning.

not a huge fan of this outback... had a great and friendly bartender/waitress BUT my prime rib was tougher than my shoe ...at medium rare.. the raw tuna appetizer was pretty good though but it didnt make up for my tough steak.

This is the best outback out there. Granted, it's a chain so the food is on par with what one would expect. However, this outback serves two real Australian beers and I don't mean that watered-down Foster's piss water that Crocodile Dundee sells you at knife point... Although that is available as well. Fun fact: They moved a graveyard to build it, so you know it's cool.

Yes, this is a chain restaurant, but for a chain, I generally don't mind this place. Was most recently here to celebrate my son's birthday and thankfully, they took a reservation since we were a party of 12. Normally they don't take reservations, but they do offer call ahead seating. We've always had good food and good service at this particular location. I do wish they had their potato soup everyday as I really like it, but most of the time, I seem to be here on a day they aren't offering it. If you find yourself waiting for a table, there isn't really anything else around here, so you'll have to sit in the lobby, wait outside, or hopefully find a seat the bar and have some drinks until your table is ready. We've also gotten take-out from here, and they offer curb-side pick-up. Simply drive up to the marked parking spots, and someone will come out to collect your cash or credit card and will then come out with your food. All in all, happy with this Outback location, but note that they do not offer lunch here like some locations do.

Overall we have always had great, friendly service. The servers are attentive and prompt. Overall the food is good and what I would expect. Steaks and burgers tend to be inconsistent in cooking temperature, though. I generally order the food cooked less done to ensure its not overcooked (I order medium so I get medium well). I've seen many cuts of meat sent back due to wrong temperature.

Ate here for a month everyday on a business trip. Beautiful food presentation. Great taste. Consistently excellent. Will deliver to your hotel if you stay at the Staybridge Suites (which is best hotel choice in the area by the way) All of the Outback take away servers were Warm, friendly, kind and professional. They are always appreciative of your business and take the time to say thank you. Feels like a family run institution at this Outback location even though it is a chain.

Nice atmosphere. I really like some dishes and some not so much. They tend to over salt the food for my taste. I like the fish dishes because they still taste good when salty. Shrimp on the barbie is very tasty. Good large burgers. I really like the salads. The spicy ranch dressing is fabulous. Service is typically great. Long wait on Friday and Saturday evenings. Overall, good.
