Daughter got kids chicken tenders with fries. Okay. Fries thick and tenders average. Husband got turkey club wrap,. Okay. I ordered Roasted Pork with Provolone and Broccoli Rabe. Okay. Definitely would never want to eat this again. Pork was bland. Broccoli Rabe had no taste and Provolone not sharp. Saturday drink special bucket of 5 Rolling Rock pounders for $8. Probably would never go here again unless we got apps or kids meal and beer special OR if we were feeling nostalic and wanted to listen to bad '90s alternative rock like Hootie and the Blowfish and Collective Soul.

Service was good. Prices steep and ordered fries to snack on and they were raw!!!! Specifically asked for well done fries. These owners have other places and this being a new place should be here managing till its a float. Not sure if I'll be back here disappointed. Fries really.....fries!!!

Nice atmosphere. Had the Mac an Cheese and deep fried Oreos. Amazing!!!! Had a very friendly and knowledgable bartender Constance. Would highly recommend to stop by afterwork and check out! Also they have Quizzo on Tuesday nights.

I ordered delivery from here, so I haven't actually been to the location in it's latest incarnation. I got the loaded gravy fries and a roast beef sandwich. The fries were definitely loaded with gravy and close to a pound of pork. The pork and gravy were a bit salty, but it worked with the fries. I have to say the roast beef sandwich surprised me. It looked like an Amoroso kaiser, and it was LOADED with beef. This was a serious sandwich. The beef was well done, seemed to be slow cooked, cut a bit thick; but was very tender and flavorful. I didn't think the kaiser could handle that much juice; but it did, and did it well. I'm glad this place opened here. I don't live in the area, but I now know where to grab a beer and monster sandwich. This place pretty much knocks it out of the park for Roslyn. You can finally get something aside from a decent pizza in this area. Next time, I'll be stopping in to try the fries loaded with turkey and the pork sandwich with sharp provolone and broccoli rabe.

Great roast pork and roast beef sandwiches. Add aged provolone and some longhot peppers, dip in gravy and it's gold! We love the fresh fries, and the Awesome beer selection. We have eaten there 2 times and ordered takeout 2 more, nothing but happy with our experience. Keep it up Prime Time!

We were pretty disappointed with this place. Ordered a supposed hand carved turkey sandwich. I'm pretty sure I had the same turkey from the wawa before. Same for the roast beef. The service we received was not friendly, but saw other servers being much more welcoming to their patrons. The server we had seemed way more interested in having conversations with the guys at the bar. The drinks were good, the food and service were fair at best. Overall, this place is underwhelming.

Stay away unless you are a drinker. Went in with family for dinner. Had two cute but uneducated waitresses. Menu is very limited. They dont even have mayo in the house. Carvery sandwiches are ok but id sooner go to nicks roast beef.

Was here for the first time about a week ago. We read the reviews first and were happily prepared to overlook any nuances that might be considered part of "growing pains." There were plenty of positives: the bartender was personable and energetic, the beer selection was good, and the fries were amazing. The previous reviews about the food being served on paper and plastic were true (cheap silverware as well.) This doesn't seem congruent with the nice decor or the upscale food prices. A name like "Prime Time" doesn't lead you to believe your sandwiches will be presented on a paper plate, or your salad on plastic. Unfortunately we witnessed an event that makes all of the above items trivial. Near the end of our meal, we heard and saw a nearly 4 minute expletive-filled rant coming from the kitchen. A man, who we were told was an owner, was flipping out on an employee. The entire episode was ugly and uncomfortable, and we felt so bad for this person. The astonishing thing was the kitchen is open to the dining room, so the man was aware he had an audience of 3 tables watching in stunned silence. It's too bad, as we were rooting for this place to do well. The presentation, the food, the prices - that stuff can be easily improved over time and are not deal-breakers. However, I'm not sure you can fix the culture of treating employees inappropriately.

This place is brand new, so I hope it adjusts in the first few weeks. To start... The beer selection is good, prices are reasonable, has some good specials. The wings were very good. Not soggy, hot but not too hot, left just enough sizzle on the back of your tongue. The pork sandwich was a let down. It was very boring. Meat was cooked well, very tender - but there just wasn't any flavor. The sandwich would greatly benefit from some kind of chipotle aioli. The beef sandwich was a bit better than the pork. It was juicy but again, lacked any serious flavor. And the 'aged cheddar' didn't taste like it, just shredded bag cheddar. Haven't tried some of their other offerings, so I can't comment on them, but I was interested in the fried pickles, I hope they are good. Atmosphere was good, not too loud, inviting, the wait staff was nice. I do think the food was very overpriced, tacking on a dollar for every topping was a bit extreme, it makes the bland sandwiches not worth the money... Better off hitting up a sandwich shop nearby and then stopping in for a beer. I think the place is good for some beers and wings now and has potential to be a good food joint if they make some big improvements.

I stopped in here for the first time since the new ownership the other day and WOW! What an amazing transition! They pride their self on being ALL AMERICAN. At first I was a little hesitant since I am a craft beer snob, but they have a decent draft selection & the daily specials are extremely inexpensive. Our bartender, Kim, was AWESOME. She recommended us beers & also the roast beef sandwich. The cold beers & food were extremely pleasing, but Kim's knowledge of specials and beer, the overall atmosphere and the amazingggg happy hour specials will not only bring me back but I will recommend this restaurant to many people. I also work in "da biz" and my first impression of this is the best thing to happen to the Roslyn community.

I was so thrilled to see someone take over Carneys. Roslyn could use a new place to grab some grub. But WOW! Such a disappointment. Service was ok at best. Food was so overpriced. I ordered a pork sandwich and have nothing good to say. DRY & UNSEASONED are the two best words to describe what I ate. I will not be returning. I should have listened to the previous comments...

Wow, what a huge disappointment. The sandwiches, or the gravy, were unbelievably salty and bland. Tacking on extra dollar was tacky for any extras, is not helpful when you are trying to just have a cheap, quick meal. The wait staff is cute, but not good at all. I had to twice take a drink of my girls beer while waiting for my refill. That doesn't work with all the salt. S-L-O-W service, over 5 mins to get a beer refill when only one other table was occupied? I personally also don't like getting my ketchup and horseradish in a small cup, let us decide how much we want to use. The horseradish was not real either, more of a bland sauce. Won't be going back, and told two friends to skip the 'new place'. If your only there for beer, good selection!!!

I stopped in to grab a quick bite during happy hour. I ordered the roast beef sandwich with cheese and an order of fries to eat. The sandwich was overpriced, even at the discounted happy hour price it cost $7 with cheese. It was tiny with very little beef on, it was also dry with almost no gravy. I easily could have eaten three sandwiches. The fries were fine. I also ordered two beers. They have a dozen or so beers on draft, but the list was pretty dull with lots of light ales, lagers and a watermelon beer. I was here a few months ago and the happy hour specials were much better. Prices have gone up since then and the quality has gone down.

My wife and I live less than a half mile from this place....and you know?, there are awesome places all around us to go to....Kitchen Bar, KT, Riviera Pizza....all GREAT place with excellent food....and throw in Trevi, the chains near Willow Drove Mall, and yes, we have many places to eat and dine....BUT YO, THIS IS OUR BEST place to go. Great food, great drinks, and EVEN BETTER wait staff (Kim, Jenna, Zola) the best....This is as FIVE SOLID stars as that could be.....

I've been her twice since the recent "soft open". Once for drinks and once for dinner. I can say that they have good happy hour specials. I'm also super relieved that they are non-smoking and a great job was done with the décor. Now for the negative: Lousy service and overpriced food. I really don't like when a waitress doesn't write down my order. This may be a restaurant policy, but I can tell them this is not helping their staff. The girl had to return to our table to ask questions. Twice. "Did you want cheese?" and "What kind of gravy did he want again?" If you would have written it down, you wouldn't have had to come back 30 seconds later. I REALLY wish restaurants would stop hiring ditzy girls. I don't care what my waitress looks like. What I care about is if she can get my order correct and if she notices when I need another drink. Ours was incapable of either. My fiancé ordered the roast beef sandwich and I order the roast pork. Both were good but we had the same criticism on presentation. The meals came out barely fitting on these super small paper plates. Good luck cutting your sandwich!! It ended up going everywhere. Now I know that this type of food can be messy but it was way too wet and juice spilled all over the tray. Tack on a dollar for cheese and another for broccoli rabe, you are looking at a $10.00 Kaiser roll dinner. I can go up the street for a $10.00 sandwich on a real plate that comes with fries and a pickle. This was not worth it. We ended up spending close to $45.00 for two sandwiches, one order of fries and three beers. We live in the neighborhood behind the bar so chances are that we will be in again for drinks. I might try an appetizer and see if the service is better at the bar. Hopefully because this place is new, they didn't order plates yet and their meager paper ones will disappear. I'll update my review if there is any improvement.

Love the renovations!!! Had there loaded fries with turkey. It is to die for in my opinion. Drinks are reasonably priced!! Bartenders are class acts.

This was my families first try at this local establishment. I liked the beer selection list as it included a variety of craft beers on tap. The sign even indicated you can fill a growler. The menu is a typical bar menu. It could have a little more variety on it. We had an appetizer of philly cheese steak egg rolls. My wife and son really liked them. I thought they were average. It had a funny taste to me. I ordered a pork sandwhich that was wet. They had options of dry, wet or extra wet. It was flavorful. You had a choice of a roll or flat bread. I went with the roll. It came with a bag of chips and a pickle. My son, he went for a lobster Mac and Cheese. He really enjoyed it. He had not had that kind of Mac and cheese before. And his preference when eating out is always Mac and Cheese. This dish was reasonably priced. My wife had some kind of Salmon dish. She liked it as well. We ordered a dessert which was mostly eaten. It was a cookie with cream and fruit on top. My wife and son liked it. The downside to the place, they serve everything on plastic plates. We thought it would be nice if they had something else. The high top table we chose was wobbly. The server was attentive and friendly. We probably will go back because it is local and meets several requirements for a family outing.

This was better when it was carney's it seems like the drake tavern company is taking up all the good dive bars in the area and spreading their yuppy bar filth all over the place
