I judge pretzel places on consistency. Jim's is always consistent. I like pretzels that are on the crispier side, and Jim's does it right. Really good, clean, and cheaper than Pretzel Factory.

Usually Jim's does a real good job competing with Philly Pretzel factory. Either one can have a bad day or a brilliant day. I eat too many pretzels so I can tell. Have to say Richboro is one of the best stores in the family.....except this past saturday!!! Bad bad bad....I shoulda got my money back but didn't cuz I was in a hurry. Minis were tiny, overcooked, tasteless and stale at 11.00 AM. In fact I thought they were left overs thawed out. Bad bAd Bad....but I'll give them another chance on another day but it will two strikes and you are OUT!

I have to agree with one of the other reviews that I just read. They are extremely cheap with the mustard. It's mustard! Couldn't believe it. I'll just take my business to the other pretzel place up the street. Why deal with the headache over something as simple as mustard?

Great price on good pretzels. We had to pay for our cup of mustard, though.

Lots of delicious pretzel goodness, not a lot of money, but I wish there was a website. This is my first experience in getting pretzels for a group from any of the many pretzel options in the area, so I don't know that I have a good gauge on how Jim's compares with the competition. However, I have had Jim's on quite a few occasions for events at my church, so I can speak to the consistency, at least of the party trays. PROS Cheap! I was honestly shocked at how affordable it was to get a giant tray of pretzel bites for a big group of folks. I was able to keep a whole floor of nurses happy and munching all day long for $22; and a happy nurse is what you want in the hospital! Ordering the tray was easy - one phone call and by the time I got there the tray was waiting for me. The gal behind the counter was friendly, quick, and very professional. I was in and out of the store in a couple of minutes (and that included getting a pretzel-wrapped hotdog for my lunch). All in all, a very pleasant experience. CONS I wish they had a website where you could see the options for planning a party tray and how much various options cost. If they have a site, I couldn't find it with a quick google search, and Jim's social media presence is lacking at best. To be honest, I almost didn't go because several posts on facebook said the place had closed down (they were clearly wrong!). SO.... If you are in the mood for pretzels, especially a lot of them, give Jim's a try. I know I will be back!

I've always loved this place! The staff is a bunch of characters, the pretzels are dirt cheap, and damn are they good! I've sampled from their pretzel trays countless times and have never been disappointed. Ordering from these guys is a must if you're having people over for a party or prom pictures and other events of the like.

The pretzels are great when they are not overcooked (which they usually have been). The price is right but the staff-not so much. My family and I have been going once a week for the past month and we ordered one dozen pretzels. We asked for 4 containers for the spicy mustard (one container for every three pretzels). Angela who works behind the counter claimed that she is only allowed to give one container per customer. We all laughed and told her that they never told us that before and that there is a really nice guy who has helped us the last three times we went there and had no problem with it. She said that she is the only person who is there as if we were lying. I then had to describe him and she said that he is new and that he doesn't really know what he's doing. She was totally unprofessional and rude. We will not go back there anymore. How cheap? I just feel sorry for the owner. It's a new business apparently.
