I love this Dunkin Donuts. The staff are pleasant, friendly and always smiling. It is nice to see that they know their regular customers and actually have their orders made before they even get to the counter, I t reminds me of the TV show Cheers - the palce where everybody knows you name lol. They have updated to nice lounge chairs and large tables. So if you have not been there in a while you should definitely check them out now,

Horribly managed. I was killing time so observed operations for 830 - 9:30 am rush. Confusion behind counter with very poorly-followed roles (by well-meaning eager staff including one who chats up every customer - oblivious to the impatient line) resulting in long wait to place order. I order Turkey Sausage Flatbread w/o Hash Browns and black coffee. I wait ... no order. Eventually someone notices and begins to make my sandwich. It is ultimately inedible. Over-cooked to the point of soggy yet dry. A culinary miracle. With Hash Browns! Oh, lest I forget the green - brown 'cheese'. And the coffee was old. Worst ever Dunkins. I watch many people come and go on their morning commute (only place I saw for miles). Others quickly bail out seeing 20 ahead of them.

Went in this morning and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and a turkey sausage flatbread sandwich. Only got one order of hash browns, and noticed that the turkey sausage flatbread was actually a sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. Walked back inside, and told the woman and the front counter that the order was incorrect, and she looked up the prices then said "okay they're the same price so I don't have to change you again" which confused me since I didn't get what I paid for and was bringing it back so clearly I didn't eat it. She then walked to the man making the food and let him know and he looked at me and his response was "bread is bread, what does it matter?" then proceeded to start making more sandwiches before turning to me and stating very rudely "well I have other orders so you'll just have to wait" very unimpressed with their service.

I've experienced terrible service at nearly every Dunkin Donuts I've gone too. This store seems to be the exception however. Having come here a few times a week during the span of few months, I can say that not once did they mess up my order, talk down to me or behave rudely. Plus they have Baskin Robbins ice cream. For good food and service, I recommend this Dunkin location!

Service is very good. Staff is very friendly. Food is consistently good. Although they have at least 9 tables and 4 pleather ottomans, the downside is if you eat at location or would lkie to meet someone for business or get work done on a laptop, the furniture is cheap (especially the pleather chairs that are peeling) and dated and it's not nearly as clean and well-kept as many other newer Dunkin' Donuts locations I've been to over the past few months. I come here a few times a week.

I like this DD! Staff is friendly and professional. I asked what I thought was a dumb question( does the peppermint mocha coffee come in hot form too), I thought the staff was going to roll their eyes at me for asking such an obvious question. They were so nice about it! An added plus was the peppermint mocha coffee was delicious!!

This staff is not only slow. They are illiterate working with their backs turned on their customers and no acknowledgement when your the only customer in their store. I am finished with this location.

The staff is very friendly but tend to run out of varieties of donuts very quickly.I also noticed they don't have the fancy holiday decorated donuts so many other stores will carry for all the holidays.They are good at honoring coupons but the selection is limited and the tables are not wiped off enough.The store is empty but the tables are sticky? Someone is not doing their job.

This Dunkin is fairly new here. (Less than 10 years old) Under new management though. Having said that, on more than one occasion they get my order wrong. I order the same coffee everytime I go and every so often they mess it up. Iced coffee with Carmel. How can you forget the Carmel pump?? Place is clean though and a convenient location from my house
