Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Great food! I've been to many sandwich shops and this is one of my favorites. Their prices are very reasonable too.

I have just found pasta paradise..... Order the "Ragu" sauce with ANY of their pasta. It has something like 3 types of meat in a FABULOUS red sauce. I just had a plate of Ravioli in it that was Perfect! Nice, pleasant, normal decor, REALLY nice people (cook came out to discuss my food allergies). I'm hooked, if I'm within 50 miles, I will be here for a meal! Thank you! (Not fancy, this is 5 stars just 'cause it's that good.)

Not bad, but not 5 stars like many of these other reviews. Food = good. Service = slow No bar/alcohol.. I would return.

No matter what meal we choose it is always excellent. The NJ Clam Chowder is superb. Service quick and friendly. Best Italian restaurant in the area.

Best food. Only ever get take out. Everything I get is delicious. Freshest salads and the blue cheese dressing is the best. We also like the dinners and the strombolli. Good prices. I'll be back soon!!

This is our favorite place in the area to eat. We love it and love the owners. Sebastiano is from Italy and does a great job. The food is outstanding (my husband is 1/2 Sicilian from the Boston area and knows his Italian food) and is very fairly priced, especially because the portions are huge and it's BYOB. The cheesesteaks are better than both Geno's and Pat's in Philly and the cannoli is just as good as that from Mike's Pastry in the Northend of Boston. Wonderful, wonderful place! Try the pasta a la Sebastiano but asked for it to be baked. The eggplant fries are great and so is the pizza.

Traditional high-quality neighborhood Italian. We like it because there is a tomato pie (no cheese) right on the menu, $10 for a medium, thin crust with a great herby sauce and leaves of basil. So there is no debate, special request, or hassle. Someday, places like this will all offer an alternative cheese. There are eggplant fries, but these no doubt have egg in the batter. I've brought a bottle of wine in here before too.

Small but clean dining area. Huge portions. We only finished 1/2 and brought the rest home. Great prices. I had shrimp scampi. It was not greasy or oily. My husband had eggplant rollatini. It was baked not fried. Salad bar or soup with entree. Can't wait to try the pizzas.

Order a couple cheesesteaks last week as my first sample of their food. Was absolutely DELICIOUS the best cheesesteak I've ever had. The staff at the counter were extremely personable and friendly! I would recommend this place to ANYONE! The pricing was extremely cheap and that always helps the old wallet!!

We met one of the owners who runs this pizza shop, they were very polite and friendly. We decided to try their pizza for lunch yesterday. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend this business, they seem to care about family and great customer service. We will have to go and sit down in their dining room area next time.
