Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Mike's is king when it comes to cheesesteaks and pizza. It's not quite as close as many other restaurants, but it's more than worth the drive. We make an effort to go at least once a month. Never been disappointed after at least 12 visits!

I moved to pottstown a couple months ago and since I love pizza, I had to find a local pizza place. This place has the best pizza and strombolis locally. The employees are also super friendly and accommodating anytime i dropped in. I cant really comment on the rest of the menu, but this is my reccomendation for local pizza. Also great specials

Once again disappointment... Tried ordering from them once again, after three years thinking they may have changed. Food arrived warm not hot... Driver was rude and unprofessional, not happy with his performance and the lack of consumer severs....Will not order from there again.

We ordered a large last minute catering type order. They were accommodating and friendly. My dept. all agreed the hoagies (italian/turkey) and wings were great. Will definitely order in the future from them!

I had a coupon and decided to continue my quest for the ultimate white pizza. Mike's pizza was very good and the service by the staff was very good. I did find the prices a bit high but the pizza is very good and I have not seen many good pizza places in Pottstown (my other spot that I order from is the one across from Redner's market).

5 stars for the pizza. 3 stars for the garlic bread. Average it out, you get 4 stars. Only real brick oven pizza place in the area. Dining area is mediocre, location isn't ideal. But hey, good food, right?

This is our go-to place in town for pizza. They have fantastic daily deals. The sauce is great on the pizzas. We usually get delivery. They are NEVER dishonest with the delivery time. It's nice because they will tell you if it's going to be 40 minutes and let you know that the Sicilian pizza takes a little bit of extra time. The delivery guy always has a steaming pizza and the cheese is never sliding all over the place. Oh and if you save up 10 boxes, you get a large cheese pizza for free. I am one pizza away. We usually call them once a week because it is so good.

Don't eat the pizza here it's not that good. Everything else here is really good, that is the reason why I keep returning.

Great Italian hoagie, good wings and pizza. Prices are fair. Friendly staff. A bit cramped at the counter.

Last Saturday, I went to Mike's because I heard from a friend they had unique brick oven pizza. As I approached the building, I saw two neon signs advertising the fact that they did have brick oven pizzas. I got excited. I parked on the street (no parking lot) and, upon entering the building, I noticed not one, but two (!) brick ovens to my left. The layout of the building was odd. I later learned that it was a former grocery store. There are three rooms with the kitchen located in the back left. I sat down in the front room awaiting someone to take my order. This took some time. While I was sitting in the booth, I noticed a model train track running along the wall and exiting the room through a tunnel (will explain the significance of this later). I ordered, from the newspaper-like menu, a medium with steak and sweet peppers. I saw the confusion in the worker's face and wasn't sure what to make of it at first. Turns out he thought I was ordering a cheesesteak and not a brick oven pizza! Once we cleared up this misunderstanding, I sat back down and drank a glass-bottled Coke. As you recall, I said I would mention more about the train. Here it is. If you can believe it, he pizza was delivered to my table via train. After the disbelief subsided, and my pizza was on my table, I looked around for the normal array of spices/parm cheese that you would find at a pizzeria. I instead saw a sign that said, ring bell for service. I rang the bell, an employee came out to the counter and asked what I needed. I told her I needed some salt. She sent out the train again with a little car full of not only salt and pepper, but also various spice packets. As I let my pizza cool off, I got up to use the restroom. As I said, the layout of the building was odd because it formerly housed a grocery store. I accidentally opened a door, thinking it was the bathroom, but it was actually the basement. There was a man hunched over in the corner with soot on his face. It appeared that he was trying to cool down because he was using a pizza box to fan himself. I could see why he needed to do so because I immediately felt the intense heat wafting up from the basement. Having some knowledge of brick ovens, I realized that they must have an Olivia Brick Oven (the type that is coal fired from a lower level). These type of ovens are preferable because they allow the heat to rise through a stack, keeping the heat and smoke out of the dining area. I guess this poor gent was in charge of keeping the coal fire stoked. I apologized for the intrusion and went looking for the proper entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom was your typical, clean, unisex bathroom. I enjoyed two slices of my pizza and took the rest home. I ate it again the next day and it was just as good. I would recommend this place.

Love it. The turkey grinder is soooo good. Fries are crisp and tasty. In the winter the dinning area is entirely too cold to eat in.
