Great service and great food. I usually make it a point to avoid chain restaurants when I travel but I had to check this one out solely based on reviews. I am glad I did. Thanks to the staff for being better than I expected.

It's not too often you come to a chain restaurant like Boston Market and receive such personable service. I came with the family at dinner rush and the restaurant was crowded. The staff was still extremely friendly and patient with us ordering with kids. They brought our food promptly and despite being busy had someone come by and check on us to see how our meal was. Totally awesome for a Boston Market. We will definitely be back.

I love there food, like the new outlook on seating and service. The Management and staff go out of there way to make things right if there's a problem.

Food is great for lunch. Don't go after 7 pm. Seems that a bunch Of kids working that don't care and The food isn't fresh. I give it only 4 starts because of the food not being fresh after 7.

Old time favorite for tasty rotisserie chicken. It is a healthier fast food option than burger & fries. I typically go for the half or quarter dark chicken with steamed veggies and mashed potatoes w/gravy. Yummay!!! The cornbread is okay though it'd be nice to have a biscuit but then there goes my healthy meal. KFC might not take too kindly to it either. With a plethora of restaurants available Boston Market's menu is still unique and affordable. Con: not enough locations across the U.S.

Had dinner here on Friday, was caught off guard by the in dining service. I'm Used to getting my disposable tray and plastic fork and schlepping my own food to my table. This time I was given my "chicken bowl" in an artsy bowl with rolled silverware and the cashier walked the food to the table for me. 1. I haven't eaten at Boston Market in about 5 years 2. I consider it a fast food restaurant and not a casual dining experience 3. I never saw this new concept advertised once nor do they even have a promotional experience taped to the window so I was lost. 4. It didn't go over well with Me because it was poorly executed by the cashier. My bowl sat in front of her next to the register and was so close that the receipt tape fell right into my food The bowl was not on a tray and she just grabbed it and walked it over. The good was great after I got past my Befuddlement. Cream spinach with garlic, stuffing and chicken. Pecan pie.
