Place was clean, waitress seemed friendly enough we got our drinks, and waited. That's where it ended. My two kids ordered fries, one plain, one cheese fry. The plain ones came out right away no problem but the cheese fries came out with the rest of her food wish you wouldn't of been an issue but everything else we ordered was wrong. My husband and I ordered a medium pizza, half pepperoni and half supreme. They brought out a huge pizza which turned out to be a large and the only topping was cheese. The kids ordered barbecue wings and got plain wings and the cheesy fries had no cheese on them. When we said something they took the wings and the fries back and doused the wings in barbecue sauce and brought them back out and put some shredded cheddar cheese on top of The fries stuck them in the microwave and brought them back out. The wings were a mess and I definitely wouldn't call those cheese fries. The ingredients on the pizza were fresh though so I'll give them that. For a new place I would have expected better, oh and not to mention we lost our waitress to some couple she was chatting with in the corner the whole time we were there. Going back here... I'd say not.

Let me start with, I gave this restaurant two tries. 1st time the food was ok, the service was so so but the kicker was that the price on the menu isn't what they charge you. They charge you more and say "oh the menus need redone because the prices are different now" hummm let's see menu states one price then you charge more and don't let your customers know. I let them know and they changed it the first time. We decided to give them a second try thinking it was a mistake they corrected but we were on the look out to see if it would happen again. Low and behold it did, what a suprise NOT!!!! I stated to the server that the prices were incorrect and she said she would speak to the owner, well didn't we get the same bull crap story " the menus don't have the updated prices and we have to charge more. No sorry, no fixing the price isn't that called bate and switch....advertise one price then charge another. Well we will never go there again. WARNING if you do make sure to check the menu prices and don't let them charge you more than what the menu states. Very disatisfied customer!!

Oh, Yelp. Here I am with an extremely generous two-star review. I had high hopes - but I was so disappointed. To start, there is no beer or drink list. So if you want one, the waitress will send you to stand in front of a case and come back and pick one. Next, my friend ordered a buffalo chicken salad. I ordered a small buffalo chicken cheesesteak. We had to repeat ourselves both times. Then, the waitress brings my friend a buffalo chicken hoagie and walks away. She comes back, we explain the error, and she blames it on the kitchen. "Well, I wrote down salad." Yeah, honey, but you also put a hoagie on the table. Are you gonna order an unsweetened ice tea and ask for sugar? Then you're going to get a cup of sugar. No packets. After all is said and done, my friend was charged 75 CENTS for a cup of ranch to go with her salad -- even after they got the order wrong. Maybe they're new servers, but these aren't opening night jitters. Overpriced, poor service, small portions. Want a small cheesesteak for over $7 with no fries? Then maybe try here.

Was out that way visiting family and shopping at the outlets. A few of us decided to come here for dinner. What a great choice! I've been to the one in Ardmore and was happy to hear it's the same owners and they put a second location. From the staff to the meal...everything was great! Each of us got a different pasta and some veggies and shared amongst ourselves and we loved everything! Authentic and delish!

Eh. Overpriced, no kid's menu so when I asked for a half order of pasta and 1 meatball I was charged $8.00 instead of $8.95 - the adult price. When I questioned this it took 2 managers with 2 different answers to finally hand me $3 back. Sauce was good but "chicken parm" sandwich is chicken fingers with sauce & cheese on it. Nothing special and the last thing this area needs is more pizza and cheese steaks.

First a summary for those needing a quick review: Utterly Forgettable. We heard good things from co-workers about this new Italian/Pizza/Sandwiches Restaurant and were eager to try it. We ordered a wide variety of offerings to better get a grasp on their quality. We ordered wings both buffalo and bbq, we ordered two types of salads, we ordered 3 different hot steak sandwiches, a couple orders fries. (Spanish Fries? Menu says Mozzarella, Jalepenos and fried onions). We ordered a stromboli and burger meal as well. Everything was decent, but nothing above average. It was simply put, AVERAGE. This restaurant's gone through a 2 year nightmare of construction and we get this crap? The fries are the standard pre-cut pre-frozen drop em in oil fries you find everywhere else. Nothing to note at all except that the "Spanish Fries" we ordered came in the form of plain fries. Ya done goofed. The wings were again nothing to stand out, they were identical to every other pizza/sandwich sshop in town, of which there are over 2 dozen. f The salads while delicious did not come with dressing although that was also ordered. The steak sandwiches were also exactly like every other place in town. Pre-formed steak-umm style meat, fried up on a grill. The chicken cheesesteak was rather dark and beefy-tasting , so it was cooked in the same spot and not washed since the beef steak was cooked. The burger was of average quality for a restaurant of this type. Above fast-food quality, but still obviously a frozen puck. Definitely not worth nearly seven dollars. Again, Pottstown has two dozen restaurants that sell this same menu at a better price, Bella Italia was totally unnecessary I've not tried their pizza, and our stromboli is untouched as alas all 7 of us are quite full. Follow-up review to come .

Very very few times in my life do I ever stop at just one slice of pizza, but this is the first time I think I have ever done so. This is a "new" pizza place in Pottstown. My family rarely cooks during the days leading up to Christmas, so this left us plenty of opportunity for takeout. We decided to give the brand new Bella Italia a shot. We should have just stuck to our normal pizza places... We placed our order which was only a simple Sicilian Pizza and a Stromboli. Simple enough we think, and even harder to mess up...yet they did some how. When I say "mess up" I don't say that they got our order wrong, or that there was any trouble in the service. The sicilian came to us THINNER THAN A NORMAL PIZZA! How is this possible? That is not even close to your typical sicilian pizza. This may have been able to be overlooked if the taste was there..which it was not. They could have just put sauce and cheese into the cardboard box and that would probably be comparable. The stromboli was actually quite decent in my opinion..a little low on the meat, but nothing outstanding. The prices are higher than a majority of the surrounding pizza places, yet these prices (in our experience) do not reflect higher quality or taste. You would think in the 2-3 years its taken to get this location open, the kinks would have been ironed out by now. After a little research, I was surprised to find they have another location that has been open for some years. If it were up to me I'd MAYBE give it another shot in a few months once they have their feet under them...but due to the fact they've already operated another location, I'm not too optimistic.

I placed an order to go consisting of baked ziti with a side of sausage. The food came in separate containers. Let me state that the gravy on the ziti was entirely too salty. Meanwhile the gravy on the sausage was very good. The salad that came with it was just iceberg lettuce (yuck), a couple tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions. Garlic bread, no, just a plain half of an unsliced hoagie roll. I also find this place to be a bit pricy. My order was $13.

For not even a month old, this place is top notch. And so glad to have in the area! After all the hurdles the township put them through for opening, it's good to have them. Food and quality is unbelievable. And more than a pizza and cheese steak place. Th dinners in the evening are superb and nothing this area has seen before. I have been to their original location and it is a well known place in the main line.

Horrible!!! I was very excited to see a new pizza open near me so I checked it out. We ordered on a Friday the first week it opened. I first called to ask if they had Sicilian pizza and Stromboli. I was told to get a menu. So I had to drive there just to get a menu come home and order the food. We ordered a lg cheese steak Stromboli, Sicilian pizza and bacon cheese fries. Went back to pick up the food to stand there and wait. The Stromboli was so burnt, we couldn't even eat it. The fries had no bacon on them and a side of cheese was cold and never heated up. I called to tell the owner what happen and they said I'll get 50% off my next purchase. I never in life called to complain about food but it was that bad. I will never order again to get the 50% off. Also it was over priced. Total bill was $50 for food we had to throw away.

Hit the outlets this weekend and headed over to Bella for some dinner. I'm a huge fan of their pizza in their other location located in Ardmore so was excited to give this place a try. Same owners and same great taste! Friendly staff and great service would definitely recommend this to any locals or those passing by!!

We had pizzas and salads from Bella Italia last night and we were impressed. The pizza was excellent. We loved the sauce, crust was pleasantly chewy, thin and crispy on the bottom even though we did take out. The salads were nice and fresh. My only criticism is that they didn't label the salad dressings. Our caesar salad was mistakenly accompanied by honey mustard dressing. The casesar salad was also topped with pre-shredded parmesan cheese which was a disappointment for an Italian place.

Not kid friendly. No kids menu. Food was good and fairly priced, but when I got the bill there were changes for extra bread for our table and drink refills, neither which appeared on the menu.

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
