Best chick-fil-a we have ever visited. Customer service is always off the charts. Cleanliness is too regardless of the day. That is why this location gets five stars. We have visited this location multiple times due to the Plymouth Meeting Mall kids club. Kids receive a free nuggets meal EVERY Wednesday. See mall desk first floor for free membership. Food is same as any other chick-fil-a, yummy. Try to hit lunch early before it gets busy. Seating is a premium during normal lunch/dinner rush times. Brian is store manager and runs a top notch business. He treats everyone with class and expects his employees to do the same. Comment cards and box on the wall before you leave.

Ok, I have to say, writing a review about Chick-Fil-A is borderline embarrassing, but I just HAVE to share the experience that a co-worker and I had at this location last week... We were rushing from one appointment to the next, and wanting to find a quick lunch for a cheap price, we decided to forgo the pricier restaurants right outside the Plymouth Meeting Mall, and headed straight for the food court inside. But lo and behold, we came upon a Chick-Fil-A upstairs, and decided to give it a go. Let me just say, the service at this place tops some of the 5-star restaurants that I have been to in Philadelphia, and that is saying a lot. The cashier was friendly, engaging, and quick, and she did everything with a smile. While sitting and enjoying our chicken sandwiches, the Manager came over, asked how our lunch was, and offered to get us refills on our drinks! What?! I have never in my life encountered this at a fast food restaurant, and it literally blew me off my feet. This place reminds me of the saying, "Dress for the job you want, not the job you have." The manager and employees here are treating their customers as if they are dining at an expensive restaurant, and the service is out of this world. Who would have thought?!

Nice, standard Chick-Fil-A. These chains aren't everywhere, so I always get a bit excited when I see one. Also not open on Sundays for religious reasons, which is an interesting concept, but no different than B&H being closed on Saturdays. That being said, their buns are DELICIOUS! Buttery, toasted, yum! The chicken is generally more tender as well. This particular Chick-Fil-A is about average. A lot of teenagers from the Plymouth Meeting/Blue Bell neighborhood work here so you get lots of very enthusiastic and happy to work employees. The cleanliness of the place can be hit or miss. I've eaten here about 5 times, and when it's busy, it's hard to keep up w/ wiping the tables and the floors. What does stand out was the last time I went. This kid who didn't look like he could be any older than 14 was very very quick in efficient. Both at ringing me up, getting the burger, fries, and drinks... I barely had time to blink, much less get my wallet ready out to pay before he was handing me my stuff with a smile. Got to appreciate good service. It's not always easy to find a table either. That being said, the decorations showing posters of cows using advertising to suggest that we eat chickens is pretty funny. Their fries are also Waffle fries, which are different, in a good way. Not always crispy enough, but it's new and different so worth having every once in a while. If you've never been to a Chick-Fil-A, GO! It will rock your world better than KFC and Burger King combined. This is the king of fast food (well, this and Cubby's if

Standard Chickfila. But, Chickfila is way above the standard when it comes to fast food chains and this one is no exception. After living in Atlanta, I wish there were more Chickfilas in this area. This one is located in the mall and I have actually came to the mall during my break in the day just to get it for lunch. Food is always great. I love their chicken nuggets and waffle fries. And, the lemonade. Service is amazing for a fast food place. Employees are friendly and quick. I've even had the manager come over to me while i'm eating to see if I needed anything. It gets pretty busy in here around lunch time.

I don't know....I have been to many Chick-fill-as in my life, but this one somehow did not live up to my expectations. I'll explain as best I can: We're from out of town and travel a lot for work. On Wednesday, we decided to stop there as the location is convenient and we were staying at a nearby B and B. My co-worker Greg, ordered the nuggets and another colleague, Brad, ordered the chicken sandwich. I am a vegetarian and on top of that I am gluten-intolerant, so i just sat there and watched while eating a salad I had brought from the B&B. The nuggets for starters, weren't yummy enough according to Greg. He said, "Yummy? I would call them gummy, not yummy." He said the flavor "just wasn't there." But let me share what my co-worker Brad said about the buns. He complained that the buns were "not hot and buttery as advertised," and that he could find better buns at other chains, such as Sonics. "I like my buns hot and toasted, not soggy and cold." I told him that maybe he was expecting too much from a fast-food chain that's decided to mess with a minority. He asked me what I meant. I said, Brad, don't you read the news? Chick-fill-a is messing with the gays! He didn't seem to understand so I pointed to the long line forming outside. "That, my dear Brad, is Chick-Fill-A appreciation day." Greg, despite having criticized the nuggets, was gobbling them up, but opened his mouth long enough to say he didn't care. "I'm sorry I didn't tell this to you before, but Brad and I wanted to come here to support this company." Let me just say, I was floored. Who would have thunk? Anyway. I told them I needed "a decent meal, not a freak show" and left the premises. The whole thing was too bizarre for words. So go ahead, eat there...if you like politics with your chicken sandwich!

The last two visits I was serviced by Daniel, one of their managers. He was extremely courteous and did his best to get me in and out quickly! I've been here quite a few times (sometimes my job has me out in the area) and pretty much everyone who has ever helped me has been great! The food always comes out hot (not lukewarm like some places), the sweet tea is always the perfect amount of sweet, and you can get all the sauce you want! Plus it's a much better option than most places in the downstairs food court. I'm obsessed with their chicken nuggets and the polynesian sauce they have to dip them in! If you're going to do fast food, do it right! Go here!
