This is the best Chipotle in the area. They get stuff done right and they are very pleasant. They know what they are doing and all of their food tastes great. I live much loser to the Clairton Blvd location but make the extra trip out here for their quality and good employees. I give this location 4 stars!! Only one star knocked off for the slow assembly line. Some things could be improved but other than that this location is great.

When Chipotle's done correctly it's a great option for a fast quick lunch or dinner. This location has some issues however. They are cheap on their portions, the steak is often overcooked, the chicken is often chewy. It seems like their always low on Brown rice and scraping from the bottom of the pan and taste undercooked. If you have an extra 5 minutes, drive a few more miles south on 19 to the Perry Township location. The service and food is infinitely better.

It's another lunchtime with 15 people in line and there is 1, yes 1, person on the line. No matter what time of day, they are understaffed. And the portions are skimpy. Not the usual chipotle. I am driving the extra 5-10 minutes for a better experience.

I love Chipotle but this location is horribly slow! My mom and I went in for dinner at 7 bc we figured the initial dinner rush would be down but we still waited 25 min just to get up to order. It didn't seem like the two people working the line cared about moving fast. The one in Market Square puts them to shame on speed of service.

Wow. Ive never been to a chipotle this slow. 4 customers in front of me and I wait 30 min. Its like this every time. Unfortunately im going yo start driving further to go to a different location. I tried to wait it out to see if they would beef up staffing or get better acclimated, but no. And totally skimpy on portions. Awful all around and I LOVE chipotle. Also they dont have the same happy disposition of every other chipotle staff ive encountered. All around bad.

Chipotle is great. Sometimes it's just great...other times fantastic. This time - fantastic! Chicken fajita burrito with cheese, sour cream and two salsas: corn and tomato! Double yum.

I love Chipotle, but this location still hasn't gotten into the groove. The portions are small, and the teenage workers seem confused and act as if serving you is a burden.

All chi-pote-lay(sp) stores seem to be alike, sort of. The food is quite similar, the service is usually similar, too. You get some pretty good food at a reasonable price and relatively fast. But this location is crowded and never seems to have any open tables. Have noticed they have changed the signage, less description. Not sure why?! That made it harder for some first timers in our group. It was noisy and hard to hear the staff explaining the salsa's and different types of meat selections to the beginners. Still a fan of the food but maybe a few more tables and better signage would speed up the process.

Being a connoisseur of all chipotles. This one just seems to be missing it's enthusiasm. I felt rushed when I came in for lunch. I can't complain about the food portions seem up to standards if not more.
