As much as I love Liberty Square pizza and food, it seems that their prices go up every so often for no apparent reason. One order of usual 2 pizza + wings and salad for a family almost $70?? I don't think so. There are competitors in the area with better competitive prices... and I'll be going there from now on because it's not worth the extra $$ that could stay in my pocket.

stopped in to grab some food for myself and our babysitter and was very surprised, in the good way. The pizza was excellent! More of the crispy flaky crust than most, but with flavor! the pizza is upside down (sauce on top) and while this makes it messy, it also makes it delicious since the cheese is stuck to the crust, and doesn't slide off when you bite it.

We tried a few other pizza joints in town and they just didnt cut it. Sure there may be some with better deals, but the quality just isn't there. The pizza is different then most and has a flavor to it that is just unforgettable. There cheesesteaks have never disapoint and if you liek spice, go for the buffalo chicken cheesesteak... my ultimate favorite. (best buffalo steak I have ever had) The prices have been slowly going up, but so has gas and food prices. Everyone has to survive. Your paying for quality. My wife and I are sad we moved from Pville and can no longer indulge in our favorite meal. (small cheese pizza, small buffalo chck steak - eat the steak over the pizza to make it a buffalo chicken pizza.... trust me) Great take out, great for a night in!

The crust on this pizza is terrible. It reminded me of something made in an elementary school cafeteria. The cheese was decent but not good enough to make the pizza good. And it's small!

In my opinion the best cheesesteak in town (thats my opinion lets not all go crazy). The Liberty Special Pizza is truly a monument to the Pizza gods. I've been getting salads, pasta, hoagies, steaks and pizza here for years and the owner and his staff are always friendly and welcoming. One of the best places in town.

Finally found good pizza in phoenixville. Everything else is also great. During the busiest day of the week at 6pm they told me they would have the food in my hands in 30min. And I couldn't believe it, they really did. So 5 stars on delivery as well.

There's a lot of pizza places in Phoenixville. This place is ok for basics. It is pretty greasy and not very quick on delivery. Still waiting for the perfect pizza - thought I found one but the other place disappointed me last year. This place will do it you need pizza. Bread for sandwiches - not always the freshest.

We eat pretty regularly here! I have always gotten everything i have ordered correctly. I love the wings especially big and crispy. Salads are great big and fresh. Personal pizzas made to order. Yummy!

I'm only here to review the pizza. I also had the Jalepeno poppers, but I'm not reviewing those. They were okay. I had fries too. They were actually pretty good. On to the pizza. I've ordered from here twice. The first time I got a large plain cheese. First of all, their large is very small. But it was really good. Really really good. Unique flavor, a little light on the sauce and my FAVORITE kind of crust. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, slightly salty, and with the right amount of pizza grease. Yum. The next week I ordered the same thing-large cheese pizza. But it tasted different. This time it tasted like a better version of Pizza Hut. A lot more sauce this time but wasn't as delicious as that first pie. I was bummed. But I ate it. And the crust was still yummy. I hope this isn't an inconsistent place and it was a one time thing-I'm definitely trying it again. One of the best pies in Phoenixville. At least judging from that first magical pizza pie.

It's been a few years since we've given Liberty Square Pizza (398 2nd Ave) a Pizza Profile. We thought they should get another fair shake. Their website states: "We strive for excellence, we strive for high standards. We use top quality meats. Top quality non-compromising means: Using only pure beef and pork, not by-products. Trimming meats by hand and not machine. Insisting on pure spices, not artificial ones. No artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no fillers. Liberty Square Pizza. At Liberty Square Pizza Restaurant, it is our goal to provide our customers with the finest quality products available. That is why we choose top quality meats!" This statement is actually very accurate as I found their pepperoni to be the best part of the pie. You could tell that it was of very high quality, so it was a great idea to double up on it. I always love when the pepp is slightly torched, just a little bit crispy. Such was the case with this one. The cheese was abundant and also of good quality. It was chewy and salty, a good combo indeed. The crust was a bit too airy for my tastes, as is the case with most Greek-style pizzas. However, with some additional baking in the oven, it cleaned up nicely. I'm glad we decided to give ole Liberty Square another try. It's a very serviceable pizza and earns a 6 out of 8 slices on the slice-o-meter. Full review: oneninefoursixzero.com/3…

The crust is easily the biggest distinguishing factor in their pizza. It's not fantastic, but it certainly is different from a traditional NY style crust. It's crunchy yet slightly spongy. It's worth a try though, and the rest of the pizza (cheese, toppings, sauce) is well above average.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country.
