About Taco Bell
Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.
The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.
Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.

I'm from the south so this pizza was the bomb dot com. The staff was friendly and sweet and the pizza took no time to be ready. It's a must if your in the area. The only thing you may have to do if you really like the sauce is ask for extra sauce. They did a $5 for a large pizza so it's super affordable.

Tried the plain pizza at Bella Napoli and got a Friday evening special large for 5 dollars. The pizza was good and a great value. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I will return and try again with toppings next time.

I've finally found a go-to place for pizza in Phoenixville. I tried BN years ago and for some reason didn't want to return. I honestly can't remember but it must have not been anything really significant. But since Planet Fitness opened I drive right by them on my way out of the parking lot so I thought, why the hell not, let's try them again. Glad I did. Given the pricing structure, I've determined BN to be the most affordable of any of the pizzerias I've tried without a sacrifice of quality. The crust is on thinner side which is my preference. They're also very efficient. Yay! I'm now a fan.

Bella Napoli is my favorite stop. Their chef salad is out of this world. The price is very affordable and they are very courteous. Order a chef salad, then a second one to go for work the next day. I'm addicted.

We ordered a pizza online and the order was misplaced so they offered to send us out a Free fresh pizza ASAP. ASAP turned into an hour and 5 minutes later. So we ended up waiting over 2 hours for our pizza. We ordered a margherita pizza which had no basil and was mostly sauce with a little bit of cheese. Not the pizza or service that we bargained for so we need to give a big thumbs down.
(1)Caroline S.
Bella Napoli is okay at best. I ordered tonight, and delivery took an hour. They didn't call to tell me that they no longer make milkshakes because the weather is cooler, even though it was part of my order. I found out when I called to check on my order - seems like something they should have informed me about. When my pizza and sandwich finally arrived the pizza was cold and the sandwich lacked the Swiss cheese that was requested. Not a huge deal on the cheese, but the pizza was a deal beaker considering I live about half a mile away. I left a $5 tip to the driver on a $13 order and feel like that is now entirely undeserved. To be fair, Bella Napoli offered me a credit on my order. I have yet to see if they will follow through, but I will update when/if I find out.

They have lost my business for life. They are unethical and will deliberately charge you more than you should be charged. My girlfriend and I will usually have ordered from here a few times per month. The $4.99 large cheese pizza tastes decent, and you can't really beat the price. However, on more than one occasion, we have been charged considerably more than what the actual cost of our meal should've been. We let it go the first time because, hey shit happens, people make mistakes, we get it. This last time, we ordered our usual $4.99 large cheese pizza for delivery. We paid over the phone with a card and left a $4 tip for the driver. We looked at the statement yesterday and saw they charged us over $25! That's not a small mistake. We immediately went to the restaurant to address the issue. I asked to speak to a manger, but the girl behind the register decided she would play manager that day. Without even finishing my statement she said "oh did you get charged wrong?". She kept looking over her should as she frantically tapped away on the ipad trying to get our money returned on the card. Our address is 236 (insert name) drive. Her excuse...."Oh we get so many deliveries to that street. 237 (insert name) drive actually ordered 4 pizzas and we accidentally switched your bill with theirs." Guess what sweetheart, there is no 237 (insert name) drive. All of the address numbers on our block are even numbers. Nice try though. For her trying to swindle us out of less than $20, that business has now lost hundreds of dollars we would have spent there in the future. Not only will I never eat there again, I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Great prices, very friendly staff. I go here once a week, quick service, clean. Pizza is average but for the price you can't beat it. Great daily deals
(3)Katie M.
This place is decent, at best. After moving to the area and trying various pizza delivery places, we quickly fell in love with Bella Napoli due to the fact that they are cheaper than most other places and delivery is super fast! One downside seems to be that that are constantly "out" of necessary meal items. The first time this happened, I placed an order online. With my order I requested a turkey hoagie, only to receive a phone call back to inform me that they were out of turkey - not a problem. I simply asked them to remove the hoagie from the order. However, a mix up happened and instead of removing my hoagie, they charged me for TWO (with tax, delivery charge, etc). Luckily, I have a very watchful eye and discovered this mishap a few days later after checking my credit card statement. They were apologetic and quickly reimbursed me for the wrong charge. Hoping that was an innocent and isolated misunderstanding, we placed another order a few days later. This is where it gets hairy. Thinking this place would remember their wrong-doing and work above and beyond to satisfy our customer needs and ensure that we stayed customer, we placed an order for a large buffalo chicken pizza, a turkey hoagie, extra meat (hoping they figured out that awkward turkey shortage problem), and some buffalo wings. The entire order was $27.75. I placed the order online. Now, upon arrival things got confusing. My boyfriend unknowingly handed the driver a $50 and told him to keep the change. (Thinking the total was much more). This is where we talk about ethics and morals!!! Say you are a driver and you realize a customer is about to give you a TIP that is practically equivalent to the cost of the ENTIRE MEAL. Is it not polite to verify this good deed by asking, "Sir, are you positive? Your meal was only 28 bucks and you're tipping me close to 23." No, this driver took the cash and quickly left. Who does that? (Had he questioned or acted alarmed by our generous tip amount, I probably would have thanked him for being honest/pointing it out then let him keep it). Now, I like to consider myself as a pretty good person with a pretty good heart and (as Larry David would put it) a pret-ty pret-ty pret-ty good conscience to go along with that, which is why this is a HUGE problem for me. Not only did this driver take our money, but Bella Napoli screwed up the order AGAIN. Mind you, it was a minor error - I asked for no oil and extra meat. But what was my result? Gallons of oil and no signs of extra meat (90 cents down the drain). On a normal occasion I would have not complained. But being that they overcharged me the first time...and this driver did away with an unnecessary large tip... I was livid. Livid!!! So I called, I spoke with the manager, and they did what what any genuine restaurant business owner with an honest mind would do. They offered to credit our meal, no arguments and no questions asked. That is how Bella Napoli redeemed themselves in my heart. We got a credit for the entire meal. Tonight, 2 months later, we used that credit to place an order. (Unfortunately they were out of grilled chicken, but I'm seeing this as a habitual problem in the meat department and I will let that slide). In conclusion, if you want cheap food FAST, make Bella Napoli your friend. If you want a turkey hoagie, or God forbid, grilled chicken added to a salad...good luck with that!

Alright, I have to preface that I'm allergic to all dairy, so no Pizza for me at this place (I didn't ask if they had a non-dairy option, I usually don't like to hassle places that specialize in dishes that are dairy oriented). I had an outstanding customer service experience, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed a slice of Ricotta/Tomato thin crust pizza. I had crispy, hot french fries that came out right quick, along with her slice. The prices were great, they have beer on tap and to go with a basic Suburban Philly bottle/can offering. I usually get fries at pizza joints, and this place delivered with a smile. I will be a repeat customer. They have specials for football game days as well.
(4)Dave E.
This is an average or maybe a little less than average pizza shop. The only reason I go is for the low prices on a day when I want a cheap meal. The cheesesteaks are flavorless and very light on meat and cheese, mostly bread and grease, yuk! The pizzas are at best average but at $5 for a large, what the hell, I can deal with an ok pie now and then. I would rate more like 2.75 stars but since its not an option we will go with 3.
(3)Shawn R.
For the cheap price of a pizza pie, the pizza isn't too bad. However, the service is depressing and terrible. I ordered mozzarella sticks to only learn that they were out of them. How does that happen for an Italian restaurant? I found one of their employees smoking at the front door. I don't need that nonsense. Go out back. Don't expect much from the staff but go in drunk and expect to get some cheap pizza that will take care of your stomach. Beyond that, I'm not impressed.
(2)Timothy M.
The pizza in this place is divine. They have one of the best menus in the area. Good room for dining and a staff that is constantly on the movie. My only complaint is that I don't get to eat here often enough.
(5)Kevin D.
This place used to be great, but I think the amount of business and their cheap prices are catching up with them. The pizza we had Saturday night, was average at best. And by average, I mean a slice you'd get at the Mall. The mushroom pizza was okay, but both that and the Margherita were gipped of sauce. Very light and dry. This was a Saturday night. Certainly not on their A game for biggest pizza night of the week. Even our guests said the pies weren't up to par. And what's funny is, I told my mom about this. My parents ALSO ordered from Bella Saturday, and she said they had a terrible pie as well. No coincidence. And as for the service. I'll leave it up to you to order there to find out. Oye!
(2)Bill H.
I discovered this place after an ad arrived via snail mail. I have been there twice this week for lunch. I have had the chicken cheesesteak both times....it is that good. The roll is perfect and the small size is perfect for lunch. The restaurant is not a dinner venue.
(3)Jennifer H.
We've been patronizing Bella Napoli for several years! Their food is consistently well above par! The pizza has a slightly sweet sauce, with generous amounts of cheese and a firm thin crust. The white pizza is garlicky & crunchy, and we really enjoy the buffalo chicken pizza! It's spicy without being overwhelming and loaded with chicken! Their junkyard fries are a guilty pleasure! Loaded with cheese, bacon & the optional ranch dressing, the portion is large enough to split between two adults & a 14 year old boy! The strombolis & calzones price are stuffed with fresh ingredients & made to order, just be sure you're hungry because they are huge! The staff always remember who we are, where we live & delivery is consistently prompt-between 40-45 minutes at the most- even on a weekend night when you would expect to wait for the food to arrive. We've only experienced issues with our order two or three times in all the years weve ordered from them, and each time the problem was fixed quickly & a free item was offered, and honored, the next time we placed an order. I can recommend Bella's without reservation! The food is reasonably priced, consistently good with high quality! Bon appetite!
(4)Stephen C.
You can't beat the deals here. It is exactly as a local pizza shop needs to be: No frills and a friendly, lively staff.
(4)Michael N.
This is my go-to place for pizza in the Phoenixville area. Service can be a bit slow on Friday nights, but that is to be expected when they are busy. Everything tastes delicious and somehow it is always less expensive than I expect it to be. Great prices, great food.
(5)Kimberly C.
Great pizza - fantastic price - We practically pay their rent - we order all the time - People are great and pizza is always piping hot and fresh - BEST pizza around - and sooo well priced!! YAY for Bellas!
