Wow! Mr. Aquilante really blew me away. He and his son served a meeting that I attended recently and the sandwiches, salads and deserts were out of this world! This was not the usual hoagie, chips and cookie kind of deal. These were gourmet sandwiches by all measures (that I know anyway). For instance, I tried a turkey sandwich wrapped in a croissant, white american cheese, a bit of butter, arugula and sweet cranberry spread. He added a thin glaze on top sprinkled with roasted almond slices. Simply superb! No detail was spared as they both expertly tended our meeting table during the meeting. Gourmet Buffets is on the top of my list! Bravo!
