I would like to express my sincere gratitude for EXCEPTIONAL service and cuisine at Calabash today. It's hard to put into words how pleased I was with EVERYTHING from the time I arrived until the time I left. From the beautiful décor, to the professional greeters to the extremely courteous and attentive servers, all of our needs were met and our expectations were exceeded. My family and I felt like royalty as our plates were collected immediately and our glasses were filled without having to ask. We experienced a sense of comfort that I have never felt at any restaurant (and I have been to many). The food was warm, fresh, delicious, and very well-seasoned. From the jerk chicken, curry chicken, stew chicken, cabbage, rice, bake, ackee and saltfish, callaloo, roast beef, ham, fried fish, mac and cheese, fresh rolls, waffles, french toast, made to order omelettes, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, juices, bread pudding and cheesecake, my family sampled it all. We must say that we were extremely pleased. It was a very pleasant mix of American and Caribbean cuisine. I will surely return to your establishment and HIGHLY recommend Calabash to friends and family. I sincerely wish you the best of luck. If you continue with this level of service and delectable cuisine, Calabash will have a very promising future!!
