Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Awesome place, the lady is awesome and friendly, and they give free waters with your purchase. Not only is it cheap but it tastes significantly better then most cheap Chinese hole in the walls!

I decided to write a review because I feel that it is over-rated by all the 5 star reviews. I am Chinese and all I can say that you get what you paid for it. That's all.

Cheap and wonderful place! Looks bad from outside, but the food is great! You can get the special menu. Just ask the boss" What's fresh today" and they will surprise you.

Cheap water ice! I actually like some of their Chinese food, I ordered it quite a bit last summer. It's grimy but it's really cheap, that's what it's good for. Beware of the customers in there though, there are some not so friendly types that hang out on that corner.

Bo Sing definitely got me through hot summer days with hot summer days & nights with their water ice. 50 cents and you get a 3.00 Ritas water ice size cop.... You splurge and spend a $1.00 if you really feeling frisky lol... Passion fruit is my FAVE! Only thing you cant mix but who care its 50 cents!!!

Don't be fooled - while this place may look like your average West Philly Chinese take-out/convenience store hybrid, it's home to the best water ice in the city. I'm giving it five stars based on their water ice alone. 50 cents will get you about 12 ounces of the stuff, and it's the best I've had. Ever. Even when I try a flavor I don't usually enjoy (like Mango, or Cherry Vanilla), I end up loving it. I am now on a mission to consume every flavor (even the weekly specials) by the end of the summer. Possibly by the end of this week. The location is incredibly convenient (right next to 40th street station on the El), albeit "sketchy" if you're not used to venturing off Penn's campus or getting water ice anywhere other than Rita's. But this water ice is so worth it - and at fifty cents a pop (or a dollar if you want enough water ice to last you a week), you can't go wrong.
