I have the luck of being local to top that. The food is always great. Stop in once and you will come back.

If you are in Hershey this place is a great choice for breakfast. 1-When you pull up, don't worry about the outside appearance, the inside is clean and cozy. 2- the breakfast is fantastic. Everything was delicious.
(5)Lindy M.
Went for brunch- and the place was a pleasant surprise! Our waitress, Michelle was hilarious and tremendously sweet and welcoming. And over hearing all of the other staff - they were the same way . And the good was fantastic! A great " hometown " menu with a few surprises. Wonderful all around!
(5)JS R.
We found this restaurant on yelp and we're intrigued by the reviews. The incredibly friendly staff and delicious food met all our expectations. We had banana chocolate chip pancakes with local sausage and the western burger. Yum. If you're in the Hershey area put this on your agenda.

Great breakfast spot!!
(4)Adam F.
Great place for breakfast/lunch that reminds me of a place you'd see on Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives. They are only open until 1 or 2pm with a hard stop on breakfast at 11am (thus they don't serve dinner). Try to get some of the more unique items on their menu. I was excited because they had a breakfast sandwich on a pretzel roll - tasted great but could've used a dressing/condiment (chipotle mayo? pesto garlic herb?) to really take it up a notch. Owner was also friendly and stopped by our table to ask us how our meal was and chat a bit.
(4)Diggums S.
One of the best new restaurants in the area! Food is absolutely fresh & has great flavor! I'm in love! Keep up the good work! Haven't had a disappointment yet.
(5)Marlene C.
Delicious breakfast!!! Went there due to yelp reviews and were not disappointed.
(5)Jjjj S.
Awesome place. Great breakfast and sandwiches. They have new burgers most weeks and make one of the best pulled porks around. Very inventive combinations that taste delicious, nice to have something new and affordable in the area. I hope they add sweet potato fries soon and then beer...oh wait, I'm dreaming. I would definitely go again.
(5)Roger H.
We stopped here for breakfast and whoa! They have homemade berry cream cheese, this week was black berry. By the way, we are tourists from the Toronto, Canada area. My friend forgot his hat and the owner ran out and found us - we were driving away, even. We had questions about the Hershey park, nearby and he got the other patrons interacting with us -what a fun dialogue! It was an incredible display of warmth and hospitality. The staff clearly had a vested interest in our happiness. I must also mention the food was fantastic, and the food related service was also sweet and warm. We would eat here again anytime. Top That!
(5)Mike G.
Great lunch spot. Friendly waitress, many great specials. I had a cup of Cajun corn soup after waitress highly recommended. It was delicious, Also had a sweet fire chicken wrap. Also a great choice. Great small town feel.
(4)Etzer D.
Intimate place. Doesn't look like much but don't be fooled. Everything on the menu tastes great and fresh.
(5)Laney J.
The place looked as if it was closed down. The carpet was filthy, not vacuumed, dusty trophies every where, the ketchup and Tabasco bolted on the table were dirty and crusty. We ordered 2 burgers medium that took 25 min to come to the table. They looked amazing but we're way over done. On the plus side, the fries were great.
(2)F S.
I really wanted to like this place, but the dish I ordered (clam po boy with cole slaw, which was a special of the day) just didn't do it for me. The sandwich was big, but clams were far and few between. Most of what was in the sandwich consisted of cole slaw and little bits of fried dough, not clams. The Parmesan fries were nothing more than regular fries (somewhat soggy) with a heavy handed pouring of the Parmesan in the green can over the top. Given the high praise from other reviewers, I really expected more from my sandwich. Maybe the burgers are better.
(2)Jonathan B.
One of those unique hole in the wall local joints that has great food. Red velvet pancakes, apple pie French toast, Philly cheesesteak eggs Benedict and anything else you can think of. The owner Matt was very friendly. He took a break from cooking to sit down and talk with us. He said you can submit requests and he'll try it out on the specials menu. Great selection of delicious food and the place was packed!
(5)Rocio R.
Small little place in the middle of Palmyra. We went on a Saturday about an hour or less before they were closed and they were already out of some of the dishes on the specials board but we had gone for burgers anyway so we didn't mind. Both ordered burgers with fries. They were amazing!! Will definitely be going back and we really want to go sometime to try their breakfast dishes.
(5)Ben S.
What an awesome place in little Hershey, PA! Nothing pretentious here, and the chef/owner came out and engaged with our group in some really hilarious conversation about the history of the place. I really enjoyed their version of what is essentially a turkey reuben. Their purple cabbage slaw on the sandwich was outstanding. My only regret is that I wasn't in town longer to come back for breakfast at least once!
(4)Courtney W.
Great little place. Spent the weekend in Harrisburg and oddly nothing is open on Sunday. My boyfriend found this place on yelp and we figured, why not. Menu was all the breakfast stuff you would expect and some specials. The food was good and came out quickly. The staff were extremely friendly, treating us like regulars. If we ever find ourselves in the area we will definitely be back.
(4)Mamta K.
Stopped here on the way back from Hershey, PA. Tiny place, very cute. Amazing breakfast, great coffee. Friendly staff. Only wished they serve breakfast past 11:00am on weekends!! Had to rush here to make it in time. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
(4)Alan F.
Had lunch there for the first, will definitely go again.
(5)Jim H.
Small dinner like setting. Very friendly staff. Got the rise and shine burger. Probably half lb of beef which was juicy and delicious, lettuce, tomato, cheese, thick bacon, and a fried egg, which oozed all over everything which made the burger more delicious and juicy. The roll was soft and butter glazed. Fries were on point too. Very crispy with a slightly salty flavor. If I lived in this area, I wouldn't eat any where else.
(5)Tracey T.
This place was quaint and awesome. From outside it looks like a mom and pop diner but inside is cute with the additive sports memorablia . Michelle was our waitress and she was so attentive and very nice. The food was great and different. I had awesome apple coffee and awesome apple french toast. This place is a hiddle gem that is a must visit for sure. We are from north jersey and we for sure will visit this again when we make a trip to hershey again.
(5)C K.
Three of us went to this restaurant today at 1:45 and the ladies there said they were closed. the posted hours were stated as open until 2. this was our second attempt to try this place, the first time they were closed ( we didn't know their hours that day, thus the second try). I was shocked that they would turn business away, especially since they had a few other tables occupied. And really, how long does it take to make a burger - it's not like we planned to spend the afternoon there!
(1)Rachel B.
Top That is totally on my list of arguments for why perhaps cloning would be a good idea. 4 of us stopped in about 30 minutes before they closed for lunch, looking to get some grub before heading to Troeg's and it was epic. I tried the Turkey Burger special with aioli mayo, spinach and roasted red pepper and I wish I could tell you all these amazing details about it, but I ate it so fast I didn't take notes. Between the MMM's and OMM's, no one spoke for the entire lunch but then we couldn't stop talking about it the rest of the trip! The owner is possibly the only nice Yankees fan on the planet, so that was a nice surprise too. He shared with us some special sauces he'd made from Dogfishhead and Troeg's beers, too. Pretty neat stuff and we appreciated the personal generosity! Fries are freshly cut - delish! Service was friendly, personal and quick! Tables and seats are limited so you may have to wait a bit, but STAY WHERE YOU ARE. If you don't agree this place is a total gem, I'll take you out there when I come back again. Because mark my words, we will! Be sure to try out the specials board, too!
(5)Dock H.
This little place should be on the Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. We stopped here for a quick Sunday lunch and were met by friendly faces, good prices, and great food. Apparently, breakfast is a huge draw, but we were equally impressed with lunch. I had the pot roast burger, (juicy pot roast) topped with roasted red peppers, caramelized onions and cheddar cheese on a very fresh bun... amazing! Full of flavor and very juicy... but definitely made to eat with a fork and knife. They offer three types of french fries. We had the garlic-Parmesan fries which are made in garlic-infused oil and topped with cheese. They were just crisp enough and had a great taste. Speaking of crisp... the homemade dill pickle chips will make you ask for more. This little spot is highly recommended!
(5)Jessenia G.
My girlfriends and I went here for brunch and food was delicious!!! Pancakes were excellent, omelette good, my ham tasty. We had a lot of food and we were very satisfied! Michelle was our server and she was great! I will come back again on my next visit!
(4)Matt C.
Great family breakfast joint! Reasonable prices, generous portions, unique menu and specials. Not your everyday breakfast place!
(4)Mark B.
My wife and I stopped through Hershey for a weekend away at the Hershey Hotel. We Yelped for breakfast ...and boy are we glad we did because we found this wonderful little diner. Someone mentioned that this place belongs on DDD and they were right! I had the challah bread French toast with local syrup and a side of local bacon with a cup of local coffee. Delicious. My wife had the ham and cheese omelette with the blueberry-crumb infused-bean coffee. Yummy. Friendly service that is proud of their food and supporting local farm and food providers. We are headed back tomorrow!
(5)Alison S.
This is a great breakfast restaurant. It's okay for lunch, but it's great for breakfast. Delicious omelettes cooked right and filled with creative and tasty ingredients. The cooks and servers are all friendly, down-to-earth, and will check to make sure things are how you want them. Service is relatively quick. They handle special requests well. Seating is nice and bright, and you can stay to talk after you eat. My only wish is that Top That! would serve breakfast all day, or at least until later.
(4)Nicole L.
This is what every small town diner should be: nice, small, and quaint. The selections had some great twists, like I had the grilled cheese with crab and Brie. Very nice establishment with some kind people inside.
(5)Amir K.
Very good service and incredible burgers... Fries were awesome and I will recommend without a doubt
(4)Lisa F.
Best hamburger and fresh cut fries I ever had!!!!! Used to go to Five Guys, now we drive from hbg to palmyra just to eat at Top That. Wish they were open for dinner.
(5)Sara Z.
Really amazing burger and fries. When I was telling owner how I found place via Yelp, he went into a tangent about reviews getting deleted and so on. Would have been nice had he been appreciative. Funny too that he feels this way and has Yelp sticker on his door.
(5)Clint L.
I frequent Top That Restaurant because the people who run the place care enough to make sure your food is delivered with a smile. All the food is top quality and special orders seem the norm. This place must be doing something right because most every time I visit seating is filling up before my eyes! I recommend this place to everyone I know who loves good food, served hot and fresh as if they grew everything out back in a large garden! Parking is handled with locations available on Main street and side streets with less then 50 feet to the entrance worth the walk. New England Clam Chowder served with whole clams up to 5 clams per bowl. No where else have I experienced such quality and quantity only at 'Top That'. See you There !!!
(5)Bob P.
My first time in Palmyra and I promise that I will find a reason to return just to hit Top That again. Portions are generous, quality is high, and menu is creative. Handcut fries are tough to find these days. If you live there, get there. If visiting make sure lunch or breakfast are at Top That.
(5)Allyson O.
Best breakfast! Went here two days in a row. Apple pie French toast is delicious. The mayor was great also!! Everything we had was fantastic. The customer service is very friendly. Wish I lived here, would be back!
(4)Matthew K.
We were working in Palmyra today and needed to get a good lunch so we let Yelp point us to this local spot and couldn't be happier about the decision. There wasn't anything on the menu that didn't look delicious but I decided to try their Philly cheesesteak and my colleague had the smoked turkey ciabatta, both with fries and iced tea. I already had a feeling it would be a good meal since everyone else in the place seemed to know and like each other, as if they come here a lot. Now I'm a bit of a cheesesteak connoisseur and this might have been the best "wiz wit" I've ever had - way past Pat's or Geno's, better than Tony Luke's or even Jim's on South Street. The caramelized onions were PERFECT and nobody seems to get those right anymore. Beyond that, the hand-cut fries were double fried to crispy perfection and no small portion either. My colleague felt his turkey sandwich was the best he'd ever had and we both will be making a victory lap with our significant others at the earliest opportunity. The food took a little while to come out but it was apparent that the time spent was all about making sure the food was perfect. At $22, our lunch wasn't the cheapest but I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere to save a few bucks - in fact, I'm glad I don't live any closer or I'd be trying to work my way through all three pages (not counting the daily specials insert) of the menu. Oh, and did I mention all fresh ingredients? I don't think they keep much in the freezer. Our only mistake was not coming here for breakfast as well, but that won't happen again. Don't miss this place!
(5)Susan R.
This place is amazing! The Philly with caramelized onions and Wiz was over the top good! My kids loved the bacon wrapped hot dog. Best food in Hershey area!
(5)Erik C.
This little local gem has quickly become our "go to" eatery for lunch. The tiny interior belies a true find. As most mention, it doesn't look like much from the outside, and certainly doesn't compete with a Parisian bistro in the aesthetics department, but its clean, utilitarian interior does the trick. They even include some Palmyra-area mementos in the decor. I've had four of the lunch entrees so far, and only the cheesesteak was "so-so". My only complaint on the sandwich was that it was a little bland. Everything else has been nothing short of spectacular... delicious, fresh, and served hot. Today, I had a pulled pork sandwich served with freshly-cut french fries. The pork was by far the most tender in the area, the roll was fresh and tasty, and the sauce used was tangy and sweet. First rate. In the past visits (beside the cheesesteak), I've indulged on their famous burgers. My #1 choice is the "Rise 'n Shine", which includes a fried egg and slices of crisp Applewood bacon. Fantastic sandwich, no matter how you cut it. The meat is as fresh as it gets, to the point where I looked in the back expecting to see cattle milling about. My family absolutely loves this place... the menu includes tried-and-true choices for them as well. There are always daily specials, with thoughtful concoctions that are snatched-up quickly. One huge bonus for the place is the owner and staff. The cook is literally 10 feet away from your table (again, the place is tiny), and always gives a greeting upon entry or exit. The owner is proud of this place, and mills about the diners making sure they are satisfied and full. The waitress is efficient, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about the offerings. Don't miss this place... you'll be doing yourself a disservice.
(5)Gary D.
Best burger I've ever had! Slapshot burger was worth the trip from West Chester. The old bay fries were amazing. Michelle, our waitress, was very nice and got our food out quickly.
(5)Scott D.
Great place for breakfast and lunch. The omelets and french toast and home fries are delicious! One of the best places to get a burger. Hand cut home fries & french fries are to die for. The prices are very reasonable.
(5)Joe E.
The best burgers in Lebanon County.
(5)Courtney B.
Stopped in here while we were visiting for the Outdoor Classic - thanks to Yelp! We were greeted by the owner who was really friendly and chatted us up. I tried the Papi hotdog and my husband had a burger. Delicious and the best of it all was shortly after the owner left he called to find out how we liked our meal. I posted on Facebook and oddly enough turns out he knows someone in my family. I certainly know that if we are visiting ther Hershey area again we will stop by!
(5)Randy W.
Great food and great service! Michelle was awesome--"hi" again from Michigan!
(5)Ardelia L.
I have wanted to eat here since I saw all the great reviews on yelp! This place did not disappoint:) the food was excellent, perfect french toast. My husband said best bacon he has ever had and he really liked the coffee. With that being said the staff was even better then the food, very friendly with their customers but also kind to each other. I felt like I knew them all, that's how comfortable they make you feel...The menu is so creative and fresh, I can't wait to go back for breakfast again and try out the lunch menu!
(5)Mike T.
Doenst look like much from the outside (street parking in front/across the street), but a very clean and excellent place for breakfast/lunch in the Hershey area. About 10-12 tables that seat 4 per table, so it good for 2-4 people in your group. I went on a Sunday morning and it was busy but not crowded to the point of having to wait. We sat right down and were waited on immediately. The staff were very friendly and upbeat, aimed to please us. They offered regular coffee and whoopee pie coffee, the layer having a chocolatey smell/subtle taste. There was no need to look/wait for help; they were always back to ask if we wanted more coffee or if everything was ok. We had the specials which were: the black and blue fresh toast (a cheesecake filling that not too thick rich but smooth and complimented the french toast, with fresh blueberries and a blackberry sauce and an oatmeal/brown sugar topping); the apple pie french toast (stuffed french toast with a cheesecake filling and on top of the was a sliced apples/brown sugar/oatmeal crumble topping); the Italian sausage omelette. As other yelpers have stated: portions were perfect amount (not skimpy and not glutinous) and the quality high. The food was fresh and everything was delicious! There was no rush today, so it added to the positive experience. Go here if you are in the area for breakfast/lunch. I'm jealous of those who live close by and have this place in their backyard!
(5)Jesse R.
Small place with big flavor. I ordered an omelette with peppers, onions, sausage and pepper jack cheese. The sausage had huge flavor. I asked the owner, Matt, where he gets it from and he said it's a local Italian shop. Turns out all of their ingredients are from local places. The home fries are slices of potatoes with the skin still on. My wife got the "Honkey Eggs", scrambled eggs with, small slices of cheddar, home fries, peppers & onions all mixed in. She said it was very good. If you are in the area check this place out. Friendly people, nice small local atmosphere, and you can tell that they care about giving you a quality, tasty meal.
(5)William R.
Breakfast was great. Huge portions and priced right. Instead of waiting over an hour in Hershey drove 10 minutes for a meal that was fabulous. Went with a party of 14. They did a great job.
(5)Dan R.
I wish I could give this place six stars. As a cynical NJ resident, I am always easily impressed with how much nicer people are away from our area- but Top That's owner and staff weren't just putting on a show for us out-of-towners. Our waitress was genuinely warm and welcoming, and she made a point to engage our usually reserved 9-year old daughter (she even let her make her own raspberry iced tea/lemonade, and told her she'd name it after her!). It was raining the morning we went, and the owner himself walked a family out to their car with an umbrella because they didn't have one. Moments later he chased after their minivan to return a stuffed animal that the kids had left under the table. Just genuinely awesome folks, I wish I could have taken them back to NJ with me. And the food was top-notch. Burgers with a mix of sausage and beef, excellent produce/salads, and the breakfast sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. We're going to make a tradition of going to Hershey Park every year, and Top That is going to be a regular stop. Loved this place!

After friends and family, the best thing about coming home is food. Top That! quickly became my favorite home town restaurant and has kept the title for years. With their high quality of food, good prices, convenient location, and loyal customer base, this place is sure to stay a fixture of Main Street Palmyra for years to come. Home to countless restaurants over the years, 123 E. Main St. never had one that really made a unique mark. Top That! changed that vicious trend of closings by offering a big menu of uniquely Pennsylvanian fare with big sandwiches, fresh Philly breads and rolls, unconventional toppings, and large portions for a good price. The specials board also goes beyond the typical 1 or 2 items, with maybe 10-15 specialty sandwiches and other dishes; it's always worth trying something new. I love the cheesesteaks, especially the Palmyra. The french fries are excellent as well, also available in Old Bay or Garlic. The burgers are huge and fresh. Breakfast options are vast as well, and a great value. Make sure to have scrapple if you're just driving through. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch only, so make sure to check times before coming in. It's a small place, but has plenty of seating. Decor is minimal and clean. There is a tiny bathroom that has been practically unchanged since the 1950s. It's easy to walk here from anywhere in town, but there is also free street parking everywhere. For tourists in the Hershey area looking for a good meal, it's worth the drive down. Make sure to say hello to the owner Matt! Hands down, my favorite restaurant in Palmyra.
(5)Anthony P.
I grew up in Hershey and now live in NYC. Because of this I find little comfort in the local food options when I come home. Pizza isn't as good, no halal food around, good but not great Italian. There is one thing though that Hershey can hang its hat on and it's this small hole in the wall about 10 minutes down the road. The burgers are AMAZING and fresh, something I can only find in some of the better NY spots. The fries remind me of one of the best fry places in NYC (which was lost in the explosion a few months back, but I'll still plug Pommes Frites anyways) and the 4 or 5 breakfast options I've had were excellent. I do have to take away a star for space and hours. The place is tiny. It's never been an issue but it just feels cramped even when there's only two other tables taken up. And the hours, 7-2, keep me away most visits home. All in all a place you should absolutely check out if you're in the area visiting.
(4)Robert D.
Great food ... fresh cooked to ordered and flavor packed. Great friendly service ...
(5)Gail D.
Good food at reasonable prices with friendly service...definitely a place we will come back to!
(5)Anna F.
Michelle was amazing!!! Loved their garlic parm fries. Awesome place for inexpensive lunch on the way to Hershey park!
(5)Dale E.
Great find in a remote area, friendly staff and great food. Highly recommend if in the area. The crab grilled cheese is amazing with the avocado. The price is a little steep compared to other places around but it was worth it.
(4)Samantha T.
Breakfast was amazing...small quaint hole in the wall kind of place. I can't say enough just how great this place was. I wanted their famous Granny Smith French toast, but didn't want jut French toast. So I ordered the local yokel, which comes with French toast as a side, and they added the apples so I could get a small taste. Great service, too. A must stop if your in the area.
(5)Rosanna V.
Came a year ago for breakfast and this restaurant is so welcoming I could not wait to come back. The atmosphere is so cozy. This time I ordered a cheeseburger medium and it was cooked to perfection. Very juicy and very tasteful. All the toppings are so fresh.
(4)Janet C.
Great place to stop in and have lunch. Wanted to try breakfast but it ended at 11am so we went with a sundried tomatoe chicken sandwich and crab grilled cheese sandwich with gingerbread coffee! Food was delicious and service was great! Would definitely stop by again :)
(4)Stephanie C.
Really, really good food. Lots of options. We got the western burger and the crabcake. Try the old bay seasoned fries-yum!! Service was fantastic!! Server was great with our three kids
(5)Mike D.
Summery: food is priced well, tastes good, comes out quick. Service is friendly and attentive. Great spot before going to Hershey. We got there right at the perfect moment on a Saturday morning around 8:15a.m. where we sat down and ordered within minutes. The server (Michelle) was very friendly, interactive, and extremely attentive to filling our coffees and keeping us happy! A few of our orders came out different than what we ordered; The kitchen is right next to the dining room and it didn't seem like they weren't interpreting the tickets correctly. They happily took back the food and replaced it with the correct order. The food was solid and tasted the way you'd want it to taste when you order it. They don't take reservations so you might have to wait a few minutes, but the wait didn't seem to go past 10 minutes.
(4)Jackie S.
Good place for breakfast on your way to Hershey, PA. The diner was small and was mostly with locals. Portions were large and the prices were very reasonable. Service was great throughout our meal. + Local Yokel - Pure gluttony with the amount of food we received. This could have been easily shared by two people. The meal came with 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, fried potatoes, sausage or bacon (from local vendor), and choice of toast. + Apple Pie French Toast - This was a unique item so I had to order it. It came with three pieces of toast and braised granny smith apples with oatmeal brown sugar crumb topping. My only gripe was that the sauce wasn't warm over the toast. Shared bathroom in the side of the restaurant. It was really small and not quite the cleanest.
(4)Adam R.
From the time we walked in, we were greeted by a sweet young lady by the name of Michelle. She welcomed us with a bright smile and made us feel like we were family as we sat down. This is the type of place I always look for when traveling; local fare with a good old down home feel to it. The food was excellent and the flavored coffee certainly topped it off. If you are in Palmyra and want some good home cooked food, this is your place. Skip the chain restaurant and head here, I promise you won't be disappointed!!!
(5)Angela T.
We stumble across this place after going to other restaurants and had a 40-60 wait time. We checked this app and found this gem, small but quant. The servers were very friendly, and the cook came and told us the favorites - Apple pie French toast and omelettes....and that's exactly what we ordered......and throughly enjoyed. We will be back on our next trip to Hershey. I would have given 5 stars, but the bathroom......needs to be remodeled! Kudos to the servers a chef.
(4)Nicole R.
This was our second time eating here and it was just as delicious as the first time! The food was fabulous, the device was excellent and the prices are great! Top That is definitely now part of our family tradition when visiting hersheypark. Make the stop, you will not be disappointed!
(5)Justin H.
Great place for breakfast. Lots of food at a really great price. American comfort food. Small establishment, like you'd see on Food Network's Triple D. Had to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom, which was beyond tiny. Not surprising though, as it's a small restaurant. Wouldn't handle large groups. But sometimes, smaller is better. Everything is made to order.
(4)Maria M.
Firm believer when you are traveling through a small town, follow the locals. Breakfast was amazing. Huge portions, reasonably priced, delicious food and great service. Chocolate chip pancakes and pretzel egg sandwich were delicious. Will definitely come back when I return.
(5)Amy D.
I had the Crab grilled cheese with avocado and tomato was very delicious !! So good I forgot to take a pic
(5)Phung H.
It's a really small restaurant, houses maybe 20 guests. We kinda sat ourselves, but was greeted very promptly afterwards! The service was excellent, but she wasn't very "happy". We got all the things we needed, she just didn't have a good attitude, until a regular customer got her to do a cartwheel! No one believed that she could do a cartwheel, so she did it!! She really did a cartwheel and afterwards, her attitude definitely got better. Anyways, we got there at 11:02 AM and they allowed us to get breakfast, but both my fiancé and I had to decide on either breakfast or lunch. We ended up getting breakfast and it was a lot of food! Pretty decent breakfast food for really cheap!! Definitely worth a try!
(4)Denise T.
Best omelet sun dried tomatoes mushrooms and sausage. Great food great service. I always get the specials. Never been disappointed.
(4)Dave H.
Michelle was fantastic! Suggested some local favorites. Great local diner. Would highly recommend!

Best breakfast I ever had! Nice place only for breakfast and lunch. Yummy yummy yummy. Enough said.

Average diner food. I had the egg on pretzel bun with bacon. The bacon was delicious. The bun and the egg were a bit dry. It came with about 3 mushy home fries and potato shrapnel. The pancakes were just pancakes. No fresh fruit, no whip cream, no powdered sugar, no melting butter, just 3 dry pancakes. You can get a more exciting meal in a hospital cafeteria. The apple pie French toast looked good but the apple pie part made the French toast soggy. The plain French toast was good but again. Just a plate of French toast. Not much decor. A few old hockey sticks and a Bears jersey hanging on the wall. With such raved reviews I feel like I missed something. Maybe it was an off day? Will try again but 2 stars for now.

Don't be put off by the dated external appearance. (For weeks I drove by and thought it was a bar.) The breakfast we had was well made and plentiful The menu is creative and service was top notch - familiar and friendly. I highly recommend it. I had the "Local Yokel" for breakfast. The 2 "over medium" fried eggs had a bit of crisp on the edges (not too much) and the yolks weren't broken. Besides a side plate of two large, fluffy, tasty pancakes, the dish also included toast (of your choice) and I like that because I want to be able to sop it in the eggs. Over-all the menu selection was creative. We'll be back again. Locals say they have fantastic burgers too and that is on the agenda the next time we go.

Not your average breakfast/lunch place. Exceptional menu options. Quality food. Fresh/hand cut fries. And very friendly service. Way to go guys!

Wife and I ate here for breakfast while visiting Hershey in February 2015. The food was pretty good but the place was small and a mix of outdated but modern patchwork for decor. I had a Santa Fe omelette. The omlette was good, but the Santa Fe consisted of bland corn salsa on top. I was a bit disappointed.

Jamie, our waitress, was a delight! Efficient - we weren't in need of anything. Breakfast was exceptional. Owner treated my husband to an array of hot sauces to sample! Looks like their whole menu is fresh and innovative. Will stop back for lunch!

Went for breakfast before hitting the park. !st, loved the atmoshpere. 2nd, great selection on menu. 3rd DELISH food! Was with a party of 5, sat down right away even though they were busy and it is a small setting. There was a party ready to take our seats right away, service was excellent and the table was ready for them immediately. Will definitely go back!

Really nice local place with good quality food. The Local Yokel dish is huge and only $9; two people could easily split it. Service was good.

I saw so many good reviews of this place before my trip to Hershey. So I went there last Saturday, and had breakfast there. Maybe too much expectation caused too much disappointment. I make full American breakfast at my house all the time. I know how good breakfast should be. I ordered two Local Yokel, almost $10 each, one with bacon and other one with scrapple. I was shocked how small the only one piece of scrapple was, a very tiny thin square. Other stuff in the meal such as pancakes, french toast etc. were so normal, maybe because I could make better version. Nothing special about the Local Yokel, yes, the potion was not small, but all the cheap stuff, very stingy on the meat. My husband ordered cream chipped beef, as a cream chipped beef lover, he told me it was not that good. It's $7.95, but my husband added a poached egg, they charged $1.5 for one egg, that was quiet expensive for one egg. The orange juice was pretty pricey here too, $2 for a kid cup and $3 for normal size cup without refills. If you think a diner should be cheap, then you are wrong, we ended up paying $40 for this 3 entrees breakfast meal. My husband told me that I could make all these under $10 or less. Yes, I am cheap, when it comes to food, I expect the food quality meets the standard for the price that I pay . The service was good and friendly, so I could rate it 3 stars.

Top That lives up to the high reviews. I thoroughly enjoyed the Rise and Shine Burger (burger cooked medium well, american cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, toped with a dippy egg) and the staff was super nice. We will definitely be back, hopefully in time to try breakfast!

Absolutely hidden gem Based on other reviews I stopped in for lunch. I had the pulled pork with fries. The pork was very tasty and melted in my mouth and the bun was great. My wife had the Pitts-burger it was very good Service was great. What a great local spot. I hope to be back soon

ok, we made it back for lunch. my wife and both got burgers. she got the "Top That" and I got the "Rise and Shine" both were very good! I ordered my medium rare and it came medium/medium well but it was so good I didn't send it back. The fries are are nice a crispy and not overly salted. they had just the right amount for me but my wife add a little salt to hers. my son got the grilled cheese. it had a mix of cheeses and probably had the most cheese i have ever seen a kids meal. the owner was at the grill cooking and came right out to welcome us and joke around about how he thought i looked like some pro hockey player with red hair. he was very kind to my boys. as we were leave he was running out for something and he was walked along the street talking with us. great food and a hometown friendly feel.

They infuse the coffee beans with pumpkin, made locally! And the garlic parm fries...mmmm they infuse the olive oil with garlic and put Parmesan on them. I had the burger with bacon and egg. Everything is homemade...mushroom soup fantastic. I stole some of my friend's soup...waitress was sooo much fun! Her name was Michelle and we all loved her...she was the Perfect waitress. Thank you, Michelle for such a great experience!! We are so sad you are closed on Monday.

Lives up to the hype it's been given in every way. I ordered the Cy Young burger and was masterfully prepared. My dad ordered the frito burger that was a special that day and loved it. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and had some complaints about the lack of vegetarian options so I wouldn't recommend if you aren't looking for something meaty. She was able to find some things though and settled on the crab grilled cheese which she seemed to enjoy. The ambiance is really nice and cozy. Great small town feel with good service and friendly smiles galore. The good did take awhile but was fully worth it. All around great experience.

Had a great breakfast with great service from Michelle (taught our daughter a great drawing trick). Will definitely be back again soon. Recommend the andouille, corn, roasted red pepper with jack cheese omelet.; they nailed it. Take a few moments to head down the road from Hershey, it's well worth it.

I think it's called "Top That" because they know that very few can. Place is small and has little league trophies displayed. If you want something fancy, this is not it. But if you want something amazing, this is it. I got the Smoke burger ( I think that's what it was). I asked for medium rare, they gave me my burger medium rare. You would believe how rare that is ( pun intended). People who worked there were very nice and made me feel right at home. And it's real cheap considering how much food they give you. I suggest you eat at this place. My only issue is all the Philadelphia sports stuff on the walls. Go New York!

I'd been looking for a decent brunch place in the Hershey/Palmyra area, especially one that was open on a Sunday, since Hershey Pantry is closed that day. Top That was open, and perfect. Very good omelets, excellent service, and well priced. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely fabulous. The food was amazing, service was stellar, and the location is good for people visiting Hershey Park. Navarro made some amazing lunch for our party of 8 and Michelle was an outstanding server. Totally recommend!

Michelle was great and funny, sweet, kind, and helpful and she put up with my crazy uncle, lol. She really made us feel "at home." Chef was awesome too, he even offered to make breakfast for us even though it was way past breakfast hours. This was my second time here and my first time getting breakfast. I got the local yokel. Great portions, plenty of eggs, fresh tasting grain toast which was amazing, home fries were pretty good too even though I like them extra crispy, but that's just more of a personal preference. My first time visiting here, I got the big bleu burger with bacon and it was probably one of the best burgers ive ever had. This second time around, my family got the big bleu burgers and they were impressed too. And they're tough food critics from the DC area! Great food, great service, co-workers seemed to get along with each other like family. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but it makes a difference in your dining experience. Will definitely come back!.... With more people! lol
