This is a great Greek-style pizzeria. The Pizza is the best I've ever had. I'm biased though as I grew up in Pennsville, NJ (location of the first Pat's Pizzeria) and it is the pizza I grew up on. The Cheese steaks are ok. But in my experience, they don't provide nearly the quantity of beef that I expect in a cheese steak. Delivery is horrible. I have never ordered anything from there that didn't require at least an hour to arrive and the food is nearly always cold when it does arrive. It's best to pick it up yourself. I give it four stars only because the food is really good. As stated, it's the best pizzeria in Oxford, period.

Starting off by saying 25% of the time the food and service would be rated 4 stars on a great day. Recently I ordered a single BLT club to be delivered evening hours. A hour goes by without delivery and I politely call wondering what happened to my order. Her response was he just left a few minutes ago. OK great thank you. 20 MORE mins go by still no food. So I politely call back hi I placed an order an hour and 20 mins ago for a single BLT club this is becoming unexceptional. Excuse me but the driver has been trying to call you. I'm sorry mam I have no missed calls from your driver so I'm afraid you've been lied to. He said he's called let me get my manager. Now this women's demeanor was very rude from the start but I kept my patience. So at this point the driver pulls up with my food a hour and 25 minutes later as I'm speaking with Manger. Hi sir I ordered single BLT an hour and 20 minutes ago that's unexceptable sir driver just got here. The driver put the in the wrong zip code mam. I'm sorry to hear that but how is that my problem? Would you like the sand which free? Yes let me put the driver on the phone. OK here you go mam thank you. So I'm satisfied at this point. Go to eat my BLT club that would've cost me $7.49 plus tax plus $3.00 delivery to a total $12.88, the fries are COLD my BLT consists of BACON BITS?!?! lettuce tomato. Bacon bits though not even slices of bacon!!! For that is why you get a 1 and a review. Frustrated disappointed customer :/

I been to several Pat's and I've tried this Pat's many times but I stopped going. I agree they are overpriced. I can't deal with how long the delivery takes and how rude the staff is.

Overpriced - remember there is a large delivery fee! But - for fast food you get a huge variety and it's constant on quality.

I have had picked up and had delivery from Pat's many times since it opened years ago. In my opinion, this Pat's is NOTHING like the other well known Pat's that are in Delaware etc. The owner/manager is nice... but still doesn't change what is wrong. Their "square" pizza is not sicilian pizza, they don't let it rise. It is flat and dense and not worth the extra $3. With delivery and take-out, they never package the hot separate from the cold food. Expect wilted salads with melted cheese and melted cheese on your cold sub. The cheesesteaks are a joke, there isn't enough meat or cheese on it to even fill up my 12 yr old. They put mozzarella cheese on their salads which is too dense and rich as well as putting HOT grilled chicken on top of that. Ewww. Their chopped chicken salad is really good if you get it quickly and keep it separated from the hot food. I get take out from there in a pinch because it is convenient, but it is not worth the money at all. Can't wait to have some new places across the street!
