A friend and I ordered the Greek Pizza today for lunch and were COMPLETELY floored. The feta was perfect, the dough was crunchy and soft in all the right places, the veggies were cooked and warm but not overcooked and mushy. This may become our new favorite lunch spot. We've ordered quite a few pizzas over the years with their white being OUTSTANDING and their pepperoni satisfying even my father who only likes "real pizza made at places with names like Tony's and Nino's." P.S. - My usual delivery order here is either a veggie grinder or veggie stromboli, both of which are great, and HIGHLY recommended!

I only have one thing to say about this place. They got the best pizza on the face of this earth.

My friend and I ordered the Meat Lovers' pizza and the Italian meat pizza. I asked for no green peppers on the Italian pizza. So instead, they put red peppers. I think they missed the idea. Both pizzas come with meatballs according to the menu, but there were none. When we asked where the meatballs were, they said it was the ground meat that was on the top. Other pizzas said "ground beef", so why did this one say meatballs and not have them? As for taste, the pizzas were very good. But the owner obviously has trouble getting good help, or they need to reprint their menus. Just make sure that they put everything on the pizza(s) that they say comes with them. We'll go back, but this time we'll be armed.

You could never tell from the outside of this otherwise very generic looking building, but the food there always exceeds my expectations. So to avoid writing a long review I will just put it in two words: Fresh ingredients. I kept wondering why the simple food tastes so much better an came to the realization that fresh, quality ingredients really make a great difference. I don't really like feta cheese and theirs is so fresh that I actually enjoy it.

A lot of mixed reviews for this place will update after a few more visits - but - first impressions!! Definitely a take out place - but man does this place et crowded during lunch for eat ins.. Seats about 50 people - and it's full for lunch. Says a lot about a place. Price $very reasonable$ depends on what you order ofcourse! Ordered onions rings (nothing special) and a large boston style and white florentine. And it was greasy!! Not too much - but definitely the kind that is responsible for the celebrating taste buds and good reviews. What upset me was that the slices were too heavy as in I felt full after two. As opposed to some other places where I have devoured large meat lovers by myself - this pizza had me hitting my limit with two slices. I also am thinking that we ordered the wrong dish - based on now that I'm looking around and people are getting their orders - no one else has ordered pizza - all sandwiches or lunch special - and they look tempting -- so conclusion -- need to come here a bit more. Try not he pizza

We had lunch here it was very good if not exceptional for the price. The gluten free pizza was easily the best I have had. The waitress was superb. 100% recommend this place.

I work very close to here and when friends want to meet for lunch, I pick this place for its convenience and decent food. I've had their pizza, sandwiches (on their 7 grain bread - yummy) and various salads. I think their pizza is okay. It's interesting that I like their non-pizza items much better than their namesake. Last time I was there, I had their salad combo plate (Greek salad, tabouleh and hummus). The hummus was a little thicker than I would like, but the overall dish was solid. It gets very busy here for lunch, so I would recommend you get here before 12 noon to get a parking space and seat. When it gets busy, the service can slow down because there are too many people for the amount of servers they need.

Great salads and sandwiches. Consistent food quality and taste. Homemade bread and great quality feta cheese that reminds me of when I visited Greece. My favorite items are their Tuscan chicken sandwich, Greek salad (without anchovies), and gyro platter. A great place for lunch!

Went for lunch, nice array of specials for each day. Vegetable soup was outstanding, lots of assorted veggies and really good broth.. Great comfort food during these cold days. The garden salad was very fresh, a varied assortment of greens, crisp vegetables. Quick service as well.. Great customer service..

I come here 2-3 times a year for lunch with a friend. The food selection is good, the prices are average and the staff is very attentive. Never a bad meal and never a great meal.

Great pizza, try their white pie if you are a fan of white pizza. The florentine includes spinach, crispy bacon and of course fresh garlic! The pizza is semi thick and the toppings go to the edge. Also, they have delicious greek salads and grilled chicken. This is a go to lunch choice as work is very close. Fast, friendly and inexpensive.

My fiance and I just moved to Lansdale and recieved a free large cheese pizza - dine in only. It was hot this weekend so we decided to check this place out and get some free pizza. We were totally floored when the pizza came out - the crust was absolutely amazing and the pizza to die for. We are in the market for a BYOB little Italian place to have our rehearsal dinner at when we get married in September, and after the pizza and browsing the catering menu, we are pretty sure we've found the perfect spot. You will NOT be disappointed by Boston Style!

I ordered take out from Boston Style PIzza for the first time ever this weekend and was pleasantly surprised and incredibly impressed by their food. I had a large boston special pizza and an order of 15 turbo hot wings. The boston special was absolutely delicious and had an obscene amount of toppings (mushrooms, sausage, green peppers, onions, anchovies, etc.). The crust was very reminiscent of a pan pizza, had just enough crunch and chewiness. As far as the wings goes - definitely order them "turbo" if you love spicy/hot food. Usually whenever I ask for the hottest wing sauce in any restaurant, it's always not hot or hot enough so I was pretty impressed when I damn near cleared out my sinuses after opening the container of wings! With regard to pricing, the wings run about $10 for 15 nicely sized pieces of chicken and the pizza was around 17 bucks. It took them about 20 mins from ordering to pick up on a Saturday afternoon, which isn't bad at all. I look forward to my next order from this place and maybe even dining in for the next go around.

I gave 3 stars because of the customer service. The pizza was good. I really enjoyed it but I didn't like the service. when I got in the restaurant no one greeted me or anything or even asked if they could help. I advised the person in front that this was my first time here. She showed me where the menus were. I should have left but I wanted to give them a try. I was trying to find a good go to pizza place in the Lansdale area. While we were waiting my mom saw one of the guys take his hat off and scratch his head then proceeded to fix someone's salad with his hands. We made sure to watch them make our pizza. So the pizza was good but service was not. I like those places where when you walk in the person has a smile on there face and are ready to help you. that was my first and last visit here.

This place would easily be 4 stars if they had adequate service. My girlfriend and I have gone twice, and both times they only had one waitress working. A horrible waitress. Entirely too chatty and forgets that she's working. I would heavily recommend to anyone that they do Take-Out. Last thing you want to do is sit there waiting for a refill while the waitress talks to other tables incessantly. The first time we went we dismissed the inadequacies as a matter of circumstance. The second time we went made it incredibly clear that good service just isn't in the cards at this establishment. We will 100% never be eating inside again, and only getting takeout. It's a shame, because their bacon is the best bacon I've ever had on a pizza.

I'm sort of on the edge here between a 3 and 4 star review. I keep going back a couple of times a month so I guess I'll aim high. I think they do a big lunch business with the company offices around there but I usually go for dinner, picking up. This is a step up from fast food chains and the gyro sandwich is a favorite of mine. The fish sandwich is also wonderful. When it's on, the food is very good, though there are issues with consistency. Most notably this is on the fries which are sometimes light and fluffy and other times fried hard. The level of hotness on buffalo wings is variable as well. The food is good and portions generous, my wife often gets a wrap which she stretchs into a lunch the next day but I will admit to sometimes wondering, as I wait for the food, what will I get today? I will also say although it doesn't taste very salty, a few hours afterward my wife and I find we are getting puckered and very thristy.

I am honestly surprised that this place has such a high rating on here. I got a pizza from there and it was literally the worst pizza I have ever had. The cheese had a waxy appearance and texture (which I realized once I bite into it). It was so bad, I ended up throwing it away in the dumpster. I can't speak for the other menu items, but the fact that the word "pizza" is in their name, you'd think that would be their best menu item.--That is a definite deterrent for trying anything else there right along with the unfriendly service. Ordered this on the day I moved in to a new place. It was around 5 pm and I wanted to feed the people who had been helping me since 10:30 that morning with no food since the movers were 2 hours late. A friend told me that Boston Style Pizza was really good and right by my new place, so I placed an order online through their website. And then we waited. And waited. And waited. About an hour later, one of the people helping me had to leave to go directly to a rehearsal, and so hadn't had anything to eat all day. At one point, I was moving some things around and looked out the window and realized that I could actually SEE the restaurant. They didn't have far to drive. And all we ordered was plain cheese pizza (which was insanely greasy). No idea why it ended up taking an hour and a half for it to arrive. So I wouldn't recommend ordering for delivery.

We ordered take out from Boston Style Pizza on our move in day. We live about 3 minutes from there and we wanted to check out what could be our new local pizza spot. Now I don't know exactly what Boston style pizza is, so I can't say they had bad Boston pizza. I can say that I wasn't impressed with it. We ordered a large plain and it was just that- plain. It didn't strike me as pizzeria pizza. I prefer good mom and pop restaurants and it just seemed very ehh. It reminded me of store bought pizza or the kind they serve at roller skating rinks and kid birthday parties. We also ordered pasta with vodka sauce. We thought it was just okay and needed flavoring- again, plain. When my husband went to pick up the pizza there was a lady eagerly awaiting her order declaring this pizza the best in town. So I guess we will give them another shot.

I used to like this place a lot but lately it's been ok. Their pizza is still good but haven't been a fan of their sandwiches lately. I also really hate how they do their toppings on slices-- they take an already cooked pizza slice add the toppings and then put it in the oven-- not a fan of that

Dining date: November 12, 2014 for lunch. The dining area filled fast around noon which was a good sign. The server quickly served our drinks and took our order. The Italian grinder was very good, and my co-workers enjoyed their Mediterranean salad and souvlaki. Overall a good place to stop for lunch that beats fast food, hands down!

I'd like to b able to review their food, but it never arrived. An hour after I placed an order online I called to check on the status. First I was told that they didn't have any record of a delivery order and asked if I wanted to place one. After I told them I had a confirmation email, she told me they did have a notification and if I still wanted it they could make it for me. When I asked why it wasn't already made she told me "it's really hard to hear the fax." I can't imagine why they offer online ordering on their website if they can't figure out how to fulfill the orders.

This was another trip during lunch break. This pizza joint is right by Merck at Lansdale, therefore, crowded during lunch. Good luck finding a parking spot! Instead of taking the risk of getting a seat, we got to-go. I got a slice of Boston Special which has grounded sausage, peppers, mushrooms, onions and olives on top. I skipped the anchovy. The crust is different in a way that it is very airy and cheesy. I guess that's what Boston style is? I have never it before, so I won't know what to compare to. The crust tasted okay to me, but I do appreciate the fresh toppings, especially the mushrooms. I despite those pizza joints who just throw canned mushroom on top. When it comes to the selection, you can choose to get a slice of any specialty pizzas they have, plain or a white pizza. For the specialty slice, it comes to less than $3, which is average price.

Their Gluten Free menu is GREAT! Their pizza just plain awesome! My fave is the white pie. You have to check it out!!!

The pizza here has a light, slightly chewy crust, which is not really Boston-like but I still kinda like. It's not as good as Emma's in Kendall Sq. in Cambridge, or even the Upper Crust, but it will do for Lansdale. Ask for extra sauce or get the white primavera. The crust is more pan-like than the chewy, thin, crispy Emma crust.

Pizza (half plain, half pepperoni) was okay. The crust was light, airy, and a mix between chewy and crisp (only crisp on the outside, not the bottom). Something was missing from the pizza though. It didn't have enough sauce, and was overloaded with cheese, but was missing some flavor. We had to add some oregano, garlic and Parmesan to really enjoy it. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive but our order of fries, that we requested come out before the pizza, arrived just as the pizza was delivered to our table. Oh well. They weren't that good anyway. No flavor and they were my least favorite kind: thick steak fries. Crispy though, which is nice. This place is actually a small, cozy restaurant once you walk past the front counter. Never would have guessed or expected that from driving by. "Freshly baked" cookies sounded great so we ordered three for $1. They were tiny and tasted like they had been baked way early that morning and sitting out on a platter all day. Not impressed, but what can you expect from a pizza place? I'd come back, but to order a pasta dish, as a lot of people around us had done. Also, it's a BYOB! yay!

Much better pizza compared to another local joint I recently tried. The crust was much crispier, especially the edges. I would have preferred even firmer yet, but overall a decent quick-lunch option. They have an extensive menu and I'd love to try some of the other items at some point.

I have been ordering take-out from here since the opening, and it's always consistent. Custom requests are always honored. They deliver for an extra fee of $2. The pizza is excellent.(Regular $9 or $13, or Gourmet,$13 or $18), I like the Boston Special with onions, peppers, mushrooms, sausage, ground beef, and pepperoni, (anchovies optional). The white pizza is good too.The Friday night pasta specials (usually under $18, with side salad) are always creative, plentiful, and unique. Salads are fresh, and the wings are delish. Let's not forget the burgers, made to order, with as many fixings as you like ($6.50, 50 cents per topping.) The turkey club is my favorite weeknight take-out item. Everything is reasonable, and conscientiously prepared. Definitely a neighborhood institution. Enjoy.

This place popped up on a search for "gluten-free." We decided to give it a try, and we were not disappointed. Not only do they have gluten-free pizza, they have an entire gluten-free menu, which is always nice to see. We opted for an appetizer of hummus and gluten-free corn tortillas, and a gluten-free pizza with spinach. There was a lot of hummus - two large scoops - but it was decent. The pizza was very good (even compared to regular pizza), the crust was crunchy, and the 12-inch size was a good amount for the two of us. Nice place with snappy service. It is BYOB and they'll even supply wine glasses.

We have been eating at Boston Style Pizza for a while and have had some excellent meals. If you haven't had one of the weekend specials, you are cheating yourself. These are one hell of a deal for the money. The service is awesome, the girls are friendly and attentive. The food is consistant and the atmosphere lends itself to a nice night out. Thanks guys!

Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Also, it's a BYOB! yay!

Eaten here before, but got take-out last night. I had the Greek salad and my husband had their wings. He's a wings guy and he was pleased w theirs! Greek salad was very good, too. Reasonable prices.

Enjoy.

Good sandwiches, good food. I had a roast beef hoagie, my wife a cheesesteak hoagie, both excellent. Bread was fresh to homemade(?) .... I recommend !
