My girlfriend loves Domino and we just moved from Philadelphia. We order a few other place before but she really wanted Domino. We place our order online just fine. So really to have some Domino for dinner. Watching the tracker it took them a hour just to place the food in the oven. more time has passed My kids starting to get annoyed and my girlfriend went to sleep. I call the store and the manage stated that they was behind because of staff issue which i think is the right thing to tell a guest. Then wanted to accommodate with a free drink and desert my next order. Which i just believe is a pitch to get me to order there again. the food is still not here but i will bet my life saving that its cold. I placed my order at 7:57pm, still with no food its 9:40pm. Being a General Manager of a Restaurant this is unacceptable!!!!!

I gave them a 2nd chance. ....i sent a msg 30 mins or cancel order so I can order elsewhere....? An hour later they tell me order was cancelled cuz of my msg but estimate was 22 to 32 mins...they never told me they cancelled order....i gave manager a chance to fix situation I'd wait again and he was not interested in fixing their lack of communication.....i even said id wait and he didnt care it was closing time...i even said id leave a bad review and the manager didnt care..i was shocked Different post they managed to f up both times... I ordered.....Sat around for a long time....called in cuz the pizza tracker said it was done long time ago.....called in and they said pizza tracker was b.s. and even though an hour in to ignore their tracker my pizza wasn't even started......called again after another 20 minutes and was told my pizza still wasn't made and told them to cancel and they were like whatever.....I waited so long nothing else was open

No problems with pick-up here; it's a Domino's like any other. However, their delivery leaves a lot to be desired. I don't think we've ever had a delivery arrive in less than an hour. And I have no problem with that, they are usually pretty honest about the delivery time. What I do have a problem with is that they will make our pizza within about ten minutes of us ordering and then it sits under their warmers for an hour before it is delivered. That is not an exaggeration, I watched the Tracker app last time. By the time it arrives, it is really lousy and not even hot (barely warm). This happened a few times now and I don't know that we will order again. The worst part? I wrote them in response to the problems we had last time and instead of reaching out, we got a flyer in the mail saying something to the effect of "We're sorry your last experience wasn't good" and then had the same coupons on it that you can find online. To me, that doesn't really count as accepting responsibility or apologizing for providing a sub-par product. I would have preferred no response because then at least I could have assumed my comments to them got lost, rather than just an excuse to send me more coupons that I don't need.

Delivery takes foreverrrrrr! Ordered an hour and 15 minutes ago and still no food!! Do not order from here unless you want to pick it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have only had one order come to me from this place incorrect, and I get here rather often. And that time aside, each time it is really good as far as chain delivery pizza goes. I only wish they would use box liners for their parm bites. They put the larger order in a box without a liner, and that box leaks the butter sauce that coats the bites. The smaller order is in a bag that doesn't have seams like the box, so no leakes. Come to think of it, I will ask for two bags instead of the box next time.

Ordered from here several times now - I've always ordered pick-up. Haven't had a problem! Pizza is fresh...no complaints here. If you order on Dominos.com you can use the tracker and see when it's ready to pick up! Cool.
