I don't know why I'm even writing anything. If you live around here you know that Charlie's makes the best pizza. Its that simple. Try their red top pizza; it's really something fantastic. Aside from that, all their pizzas and Strombolies are fantastic.

The pizza was so greasy. I had heartburn for days afterwards. The people there were beyond rude. The guy at the cash register got annoyed with me because I had a tax exempt from (I work at a non profit) and I had never used it before. Both him and the lady were so rude to me because I didn't give it to them earlier. I ended up apologizing profusely and tried to explain that the food was for work and I didn't know how to use the form. I was spending close to $70 on pizza so I was surprised that they both treated me so poorly. I will never go back.

Consistently good pizza. Always ready on time.

The best pizza in norristown. When I lived in norristown this was my go to place almost every Friday. I love, love, love, their sauce. I don't live in the area anymore and can't find a pizza place that can compete with this place. Every time I have someone visit from out of town I bring them here.

This was probably the best pizza I've ever had. The red top was fantastic!! A little disappointing there was no wings or fries, but I will definitely be going back!

After we went bowling at Facenda Lanes across the street, we decided to stop in here with the kids -- very simple looking, old decor and looks beaten up -- but the food was amazing! Pizza could not have been any better! Needless to say, we will be back. Four stars has nothing to do with how great the food was....just a little cramped and old inside.

  • Tom L.

Nothing fancy about the place, old bench tables that rock, very worn, tight space, bathroom in the back and my wife will still not stop talking about the place and when we can go back .... tell you something? :) The red top pizza is absolutely delicious and my mouth is watering right now thinking about it. Sausage cooked while the pizza bakes....are you kidding me? Service was incredibly friendly too. Inexpensive and a must try for any pizza lover on the planet.

If you're looking for amazing pizza, head to Charlie's for their "Red Top" pizza, I promise you won't regret it. The crust is crispy thin and the sauce is sweet, blended perfectly with just the right amount of saltiness from the cheese. They also sell beer to take with you, which you can't drink inside while indulging on a slice while it's still piping hot. The only real complaint is that the pizza is so good, there's just never enough to go around, so order more than you think you'll need.

Phoned in for a large pizza with sausage, onions, and mushrooms. I was given a 20-minute estimate, and when I got there, I only had to wait a minute before my order was ready. At $10.90 for a large pie and $1.80 a topping, the total was around $17. Not bad. As expected, our pizza was delicious! Crispy crust, wonderful aroma, nice heft to a slice. If you want New York style pizza, this might not be your place - they don't outright claim to make those here, anyway. Thanks to Charlie's, my car now smells like pizza. Best air freshener ever!

What once was a quality pizza has gone down hill.... You can't fool me, I'm a pro. This place has definitely replaced quality ingredients with cheaper ones; I can taste it. Maybe they need to do this to avoid raising prices.... What was once a Norristown tradition is now another run-of-the mill pizza joint. Red top pizza tastes... sweeter, less flavorful. Guaranteed they have replaced a quality ingredient with some type of sugar product ... Sucks that they had to do that.

amazing pizza, various beers for dine in or take out. If you have never had red top, you need to try this.

Among many people who grew up in the area this is the best pizza around. Recipe hasn't changed in all the years they've been around. This is thin crust pizza. Very cheap for a HUGE slice of pizza. Food 10/10 - Thin crust pizza. Best eaten hot and have the gooey cheese burn the top of your mouth. Service 10/10 - Nicest people working here. You'll get your pizza fast. Conclusion - Best pizza in the area hands down

This is the BEST pizza in town! Hands down! I've been going there since I was 14 years old!! Love everything about it!

  • Danan R.

Just get the red top pizza. It's delicious with a good, flavorful, not overly sweet (for those Franzone haters out there!) sauce, perfect amount of cheese, and a thin and crispy crust. Try the vegetarian works (broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, olives, onions) during Lent. Large was huge and only $15. Plus, they were very accurate with the time estimate (15-20 min).

My wife and I were out that way on a Wednesday in September 2010. It was just after 9 and Panera had closed. So Charlie's it was. I've previously written about my disappointment with their plain slice and their epic fail ricotta-less white. This time I tried a slice of the red sauce top pizza, figuring it would make a small difference. My wife ordered a slice too and we shared a Hank's root beer for a grand total of $4.95. As I ate it, I found myself wanting more and more of the slice. The red top is a genuinely good tasting slice. I think there is a vast difference between their red top pizza and their plain. Now I get why the place has been there so long. Get the sauce on the top and you're in for a treat.

  • Christopher H.

Great red top pizza as usual. Perfectly cooked with just enough cheese and sauce. Thin and crispy and it was just delicious. I only wish that they would add delivery. One can dream I guess.... The quality and consistency is and continues to be excellent. Definitely recommend this place if your in this area.

Great pizza. Always busy. Order earlier than you expect.

  • Tar K.

One of the Best in the area. Period. Yes, they have a VERY thin rough cornmeal type crust. The Red Top is WAY better than the Fra******s that dominates the area (They are SWEET). The best pizza they have is not listed on the menu. Call and order the : " Cheesesteak Pizza " Cheesesteak meat, onions and green peppers. Add mushrooms. Your Welcome.

As some one who lactose and tolerant, the red top pizza is the best for some one like me. When I crave for pizza, this is the place where I want to get pizza from!

Came across the dazzling reviews a few sundays back. After talking to a friend who grew up very close by, I had to try this place out. Pizza is pizza right? Nope!! Incredible pie, the Red Top that is. I was weary after reading some yelpers compare it to Franzone's. (Franzone's sauce is extremely too sweet for my liking, ragu + sugar is the myth I believe) Perfectly thin and crispy. Sauce is delicious to compliment the perfect amount of cheese! Prices are extremely friendly too. And....not many pizza shops around here that you can get a slice with a single beer or two, ahh heaven.

  • Jack S.

Cheap, delicious, red top (sauce on top), beer. Best Pizza on planet.

  • TJ K.

Last night was the second time getting pizza from this place...and it confirmed that it's the best in the area (that I've had.) There are many sub-par pizza places around, but the red-top here is incredible. The sauce is so amazing. We had onion (very sweet) on one pizza and pepperoni (perfectly spicy) on the other.

  • Jeff R.

Nice Pizza. The sausage is great.

  • Sophia L.

The only reason Charlie's doesn't get 5 stars is because it is soooo dirty inside! Their is dust everywhere!!! I once ordered a pizza, and found hair in it, so I had to wait for a new pie all over again! But besides that, their pizza is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their cheesesteak pizza might just be the best slice I've ever had in my life!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CHEESESTEAK PIZZA!!!!

Great pizza even though it can be greasy at times.. Good prices and excellent service. Huge take-out beer selection.

Best Pizza in the Greater Philadelphia Area, and it's in East Norriton! If you're looking for great pizza - great crust, sauce, and cheese - either thin New York Style or Chicago Deep Dish Style..., it's one of Philadelphia's Best. Atmosphere us simple, with old tables engraved with visitors from years gone by, and walls have some old photos and some sports memorabilia... Nothing special, but comfortable atmosphere with the best pizza.

Finally, after moving to this area a year ago, I've found the best pizza place this side of the Rockies! It's the genuine old fashioned balanced pizza of yesterday, not the kind today that's made with a Boboli crust, or size dis-proportioned. Everything about this pizza is wonderful from crust to sauce to cheese, baked just right in a hearth oven. I never eat the end crusts on a pizza, but with Charlie's, I will eat the entire slice. And it is soo good, you don't need a topping, plain will do just fine. Unfortunately for us, the consumer, they don't deliver, but that just speaks of how good they are, as they don't "have" to. It is so good, you would rather drive to pick up rather than order from another place that delivers. Thank you, Charlies, for taking me back to the good old days of great pizza making.

  • Marshie M.

Red top pizza is so good it's the only pizza I eat. Charlie's for life.

  • Brian M.

When I come here I can never decide if I want Red Top or Plain. They are both awesome, incredibly greasy, and nothing short of delicious. Easily one of my favorite pizza places.

Note: There pizza might be terrific but Yelp is wrong - they do not deliver; :-(

Charlie's is some of the best Pizza around. Not growing up in this area I wasn't used to all of the local pizza joints. I've tried a lot of them but drive all the way from Lansdale just to get Charlie's.

  • Amy C.

Great red top pizza...if you're on who doesn't like a lot of cheese, like me, this place is GREAT. Sauce is very flavorful, and it's thin pizza with crispy crust. My mom also loves their white pizza! This place is great if you're looking for something other than your ordinary cheese pizza. They also sell 6-packs of beer, bonus, and are conveniently located next-to or right near a beer distributor (in the same shopping center). If my memory serves me correctly, they're also open later than some of the other pizza joints in the area..which is ALWAYS a plus.

  • RB B.

Sauce, cheese and toppings were good. Crust was like biting into styrofoam....sort of the texture of astronaut ice cream you can get at a science museum. The top of the crust was dry, brittle and crumbly, while under the sauce and cheese it was limp and soggy. Wouldn't even crisp up in the oven. I know it's hard to find the perfect balance of chewy and crispy, but this crust was neither. I think Domino's (eeeek) has better crust. And no salads. That's a bit odd to me. Most pizza places have a salad, even if it is simple iceberg and a few green pepper rings. I had to go next door to Panera to get a salad to take home with my pizza. Might have earned another star if the staff didn't act so awkward towards a customer without an arm.

    (1)
  • Eric D.

My favorite pizza is Charlie's Red Top. I wouldn't even suggest ordering anything else here. A very sweet sauce tomato pie type of pizza, there is cheese, just not a lot. Thin crust means I can eat too much is the only problem I see! Plus they have a very good selection of cold six packs even single cans from behind the counter.

    (5)
  • C W.

Very good quality pizza. You can tell they care about details which is very important with pizza. The crust was great with a little chared semolina on bottom from dusting the peel; that's a good thing. Cooked in a well seasoned deck oven too; another good thing. It's a hole in the wall but rememtober that restaurant quality is generally inversely proportional to the quality of the building or decor.

  • Denise W.

Charlie's is like one of those on again, off again relationships - for a bit you think it's all good, but then you decide it's not so good, but stay together 'cause there's no one else around. The crust is ok most of the time, a decent chewy/crunchy texture to the crust but then one night it's just a disappointment. One night the cheese and sauce satisfyingly blend and then one night the cheese is separating as you pull the slices and the oil is leaking out - yuk. In a nutshell, it's the inconsistency that gets me...but I know I'll be picking up the phone again, trying one more time.

  • Heather A.

Sorry... I don't get the hype. Between the people who work there and the appearance of the place when I walked in, I felt like I was in a horror movie where the girl walks in to a pizza place to ask for directions and never walks out. The woman at the counter was very rude and short tempered. She apparently was perturbed I was using a debit card even though they have a debit machine : / Slid my take out box across the counter to me and immediately turned her back and picked up the phone to dial as I stood there sheepishly waiting for my receipt. No "thanks have a nice day"..... nothing. Most of the reviews on here are for the Red Top pizza, so maybe this place should be Charlie's Red Top pizza, because the white with broccoli was only so-so. I agree with one other poster on here about the texture of the crust. Not Brooklyn style at all... very foam-like. I will be sticking to Rocco's Brick Oven and paying a couple extra dollars for all my food in order to be treated nicely and not have to sanitize my hands when I leave the place.

  • Lisa K.

Closest thing to Brooklyn pizza in the area. Great service! Get a red top!

  • Mindy C.

I went to Charlie's pizza because I read about it in the Philadelphia magazine as one of the best. I think it was one of the worse. Way too much sauce on the pizza. It was drowning in pizza sauce. Also, the place was disgusting. It was dirty and grungy and I will never go again.

    (1)
  • Jand J.

I go out of my way to get to East Norriton for Charlie's Pizza. I rented an apartment near there a few years ago, and I have missed Charlie's every day since I moved. Charlie's also sells takeout beer, which is convenient and well priced... the pizza is just outstanding!

I went to friends house in Norristown to watch the Phils game, and we ordered a pizza from this place. I am a pizza expert, and this was the best pizza I have ever had in the Philly area! Hands down, the best! I would drive all the way there from Havertown just to get it! it's worth the trip!!!!

    (5)
  • Jason D.

Red Top pizza is hands down the best pizza in the area. If you haven't tried it you're missing out.

The home of the best pizza I've ever had! My husband and I drive by at least 15 other pizza places to come here, but none can compare!

  • Cara L.

Love the red top! Its a regular in our house. Decent selection of beer as well, so its a convenient quick stop. Only wish they would add some salads to the menu.

    (4)
  • Chuck C.

Best pizza in the srea. Red top is the way to go. Thin crust, tasty sauce. If you're hungry, figure 3 people per large pie. Sandwiches are very good also. Take out beer selection is good, but don't expect a lot of micro-brews.

    (5)
  • Brad L.

This is the best pizza around I grow up with this pizza It been around a long time It's original Red top is to die for I go every chance I can even I don't live close

    (5)
  • Joe W.

Their regular pizza is disgusting. I'd give zero stars if I could. Dried out, greasy sauce, burnt dough, burnt cheese. Absolutely horrible. I don't think I've actually ever had bad pizza - it's pretty hard to mess it up - and I've certainly had a fair share of just average pizza, but Charlie's goes below and beyond - truly horrible pizza. Never again. I won't eat it if they handed it out for free. Redtop is average. Nothing to write home about.

(3.75) ~ Good Overall Food & Service. And yes, they take Credit Cards. OUR PIZZA MENU: * Large Red Top = (3.75) Good...kinda reminded me of Grotto's Pizza down at the Beach(Delaware;) * Cheese Steak & Hoagie Pizza = (3.75) Good Combo:)

  • Jeff H.

A consistent name thrown around when talking about the Philadelphia area's best pizza, Charlie's took home another "Best of Philly" award in 2015 from Philadelphia Magazine. This is not artisan pizza - this is old-fashioned style but superbly done. The prices are on the old-fashioned side as well. They are most famous for their Red Top Pizza but really any kind of pizza here is tasty. It's a bit out of the way up in East Norriton ... but real pizza lovers seem to find their way to Charlie's!

    (4)
  • Jason F.

Best pizza place in the area when I was in high school and a must visit when I was home or had people visiting. Doesn't look like much really, kind of in a strip mall next to I think a laundromat or something of the sort. The interior is pretty spartan, but seating is quick and it is never packed. The pizza is killer - that is the only thing I've ever had there. Red top, pepperoni, bacon, veggie, whatever, its all good. The pizza is always hot, they have beer for take out, and lots of bottled drinks if you want to sit in and eat. Whenever I'm in the area, my friends from home and I make a visit.

  • Kay B.

Summary: would come back again for sure! Pizza with character and all of the right trimmings. Atmosphere: - Old Coke memorabilia on the walls. Arcade games in the back. Old wood tables engraved with customers past. - It isn't anything fancy, but it's comfortable and you'll enjoy eating here. - Charlie's is in the same shopping plaza as Panera in Norristown. There is free parking in the plaza. Food: - I can only speak for their pizza...it is great. The dough is thin but not too thin and it's never soggy from the sauce and cheese grease. - Perfect amount of sauce and cheese. - Some of their pizza toppings are fresh and some are canned...no complaints. - I brought a few pies to a friends and they scoured it. I turned my boyfriend on the pizza and it's currently our exclusive "not healthy" pizza place in the area! Service: - For a pizza place the people actually care to take your order and make sure to get it right. - They encourage ordering ahead and always have your pizza piping hot in 15-20 minutes. Misc.: - They also sell beer and soda in the store.

    (5)
  • J T.

The pizza is very good; however, the customer service is piss poor. I was really taken back by how disrespectful they are to their customers. Although they were not rude to me personally i will not patronize an entity that openly disrespect people...especially when it was a man to a woman. And yes the place could use a good cleaning. Thought i was in the hood!

    (1)
  • Brandon Y.

I only went to this place because it was very highly reviewed on yelp. This is one of the few times I completely disagree with most yelpers. The service was terrible. The lady at the front counter was very rude both on the phone when I placed my order and when I picked it up. I think that's just her personality.... and maybe it would fly if this was actually a good pizza joint, which it isn't at all. The place itself is totally filthy. Not in a cute kinda way... it's just gross. At any time of day you're likely to see some local alcoholics going there to buy some of the 25 oz beer cans... I think this is probably the majority of their revenue. I'd be completely and totally willing to overlook the above two items if they actually had above average pizza like Yelp proclaims.... but they simply don't. I've went twice and tried the plain and the red top. Both are very sub par. Not good at all. Honestly was a bit shocking just how bad it was based on the reviews I read here. I'm a lover of food and will eat and enjoy most things. tl'dr, I've had much better pizza at any random no name hole in the wall pizza shop than I did at this place.

    (1)
  • Kat M.

Very disappointed after reading such good reviews on yelp. We had a red top vegetarian works. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were mediocre. The crust was very soggy that we had to eat our pizza with a forks and knives as we weren't able to pick up the soggy crust with our hands.

    (1)
  • Jill M.

Delicious! Best pizza around! The sauce has a lot of flavor with a little bit of sweetness. They have a good selection of take out beer. Their prices are reasonable and I never have to wait. The pizza is always perfectly cooked. There is a small area for dining in. Besides pizza, they offer cheesesteaks, sandwiches and strombolis. The red top pizza is a must try!

    (5)
  • Brandon L.

REDTOP REDTOP REDTOP!!!! Their redtop pizza is amazing! Best pizza I've ever had. It's a little place off of germantown pike in a strip mall. You would drive right past it and not know it was there. Don't..... I repeat, don't do that. I've only ever had their pizza, nothing else, but it is very good. Both their redtop (which is my favorite) and their regular pie. It's kind of small on the inside but it's cool that you can place your order and then go and sit down and grab a beer while you wait for your pie to get done. Overall an excellent place that serves excellent pizza.....redtop that is.

  • Sheridan E.

Back to living down the street from Charlie's and so happy about it. Their pizza is solid, they do a really good cheesesteak and stromboli. At a friends house they ordered a sausage pizza and while I wouldn't usually eat sausage pizza, theirs was actually crazy good. We also got a bacon pizza which seemed good if you like bacon a lot. They put big pieces on rather than coarsely chopped bacon bits. It was a little greasy for me, but just because bacon is kinda greasy. I'm sure lots of people would like it, though.

    (5)
  • Richard M.

The best red top pizza in the area. I highly recommend to everyone.

    (5)
  • Matt H.

Charlies Red Top Pizza is the best Pizza in the area. Hands down. Their Cheese Top is awesome as well. Good old fashioned No-nonsense Pizza and beer joint. Grab a pie and a 40oz and settle into the small seating area, or take it to go. I have eaten alot of Pizza from many places in my life, and Charlies Red Top is still my favorite.

    (5)
  • John F.

The red top is the only thing I've had from the menu here, but I've had it a lot and will have it again... It's great. This is a great place that we frequent when we don't feel like cooking or dining out. They have a descent selection of to-go beer which is a plus. Don't be discouraged by the looks of this place... It's not "crusty", it has "patina".

    (5)
  • Laurie S.

This place may not look like much but don't let the decor fool you - they have some of THE BEST PIZZA that I have eaten in my life! REALLY: order the "red top" pizza. There is something about the sauce that is so yummy! This place is the only thing I miss about living in Norristown. I really need to make an effort to stop in soon.

    (5)
  • Erin M.

This place usually has a line of people, so it's probably one of the better pizza spots in the area for a traditional pie. Ask for the red top and they'll put extra sauce on top of the pizza; it's a sweet sauce and quite tasty. We ordered a white pizza as well this weekend and it was entirely bland. Who makes white pizza without ricotta? The pizza dough also has a rough bottom of cornmeal which I'm not crazy about. I'd go here in a pinch, but it's not my favorite pizza spot in town. I'd stick with Via Veneto in Norristown or Franzone's in Conshy.

    (3)
  • John J.

One of the best red top pies in this area. Scratch that. The best red top in the area. Stop by for a large red top and a six pack and enjoy.

Pizza is delicious! I started going here regularly for lunch since it is in such close proximity to my work and I'm hooked! Something about their pizza that is unique and sets them apart from other places in the area. Prices are good too. Keep up the good work Charlie!

I grew up on Charlie's Pizza. I am now in my forties and get my red top pizza whenever I can. Trust me, I've eaten a lot of pizza over the years (lots and lots!) and nothing compares to Charlie's. I lived out of state for a while, but whenever I came home Charlie's was one of the first places I wanted to go. So why is Charlie's so incredible? The sauce is rich, perfectly seasoned and delicious. The cheese is mild and not your plain ol boring gooey mozzarella. The crust perfect...crisp and flavorful, and I look forward to finishing every last bit of it. This place is "home" to me and my family. I only get the Red Top, but Cheese Top isn't bad. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. Oh, and get it with a birch beer. :)

  • Meghan N.

I grew up on this pizza. Weekends at my Dad's weren't complete without a red top from Charlie's. I used to lived a half hour + away and made the drive to Charlie's AND brought some converts with me as well. Now that I'm in Conshy, still a drive, but... I'm closer to Charlie's. THIS is what pizza is about.

  • Chris S.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is awesome but other times it's sub-par, there is no way to predict what your going to end up with.

    (3)
  • Glenda P.

The best pizza in the area. You MUST get their red top pizza. We always get their red top mushroom pizza and their Super Italian Stromboli. We've dined in a few times (don't expect much - it's definitely a hole in the wall type of place, but you might get lucky enough to sit at the Space Invaders machine). We usually get take out, and if you won't be ready to eat your pizza as soon as you get home, or you like your pizza fresh out of the oven, you can order your food partially-baked so that you can finish it off in your own kitchen.

This is my favorite pizza shop in Norristown. I do not eat whole a lot of pizza like I used to do, but when I crave for a slice, I want the best.

    (5)
  • Chris H.

Let me preface by saying that I'm no pizza expert. The pizza back home in Cincinnati is quite different from what I've had in Philly. But I was craving pizza today and found Charlies on Yelp (it's just down the street from he long term hotel I'm staying in) Walked in and first impression is if I didn't read the reviews I'd probably have turned around and walked out. I actually like (prefer) whole in the walls, but this is the place that time has forgotten. Anyway it's the food that counts. Wanted just a slice and they didn't have much ready, so I chose a cheese/mushroom slice. Pizza is damn good. $2.25 for my slice. Not greasy, crisp thin but not ultra thin. Overall a solid piece of pizza. I'll have to give the red top a try next tyme (what ever that is)

    (4)
  • Darnell T.

Late on posting about Charlie's. Even though we live nearby, we had never tried until I did a yelp search. Since then, it has become a family favorite when take out pizza is on the menu. While many like and rave about the red top, the square or Sicilian is a great choice. We have not tried anything else on the menu yet so I can't comment. If trying the red top, you have to specify. My first trip I did not know and received a regular pizza. They did give me a couple of free red top slices though.

One of the best red top pies in this area. Scratch that. The best red top in the area. Stop by for a large red top and a six pack and enjoy.

Great pizza at good prices. We would eat food from here all the time if they delivered. Wide selection of beer too.

  • Tedward S.

  • Dave H.

  • Greg L.

  • Phillip K.

    (4)
  • Christopher H.

Great red top pizza as usual. Perfectly cooked with just enough cheese and sauce. Thin and crispy and it was just delicious. I only wish that they would add delivery. One can dream I guess.... The quality and consistency is and continues to be excellent. Definitely recommend this place if your in this area.

  • Andy S.

Cheap, delicious, red top (sauce on top), beer. Best Pizza on planet.

    (2)
  • Lisa K.

Closest thing to Brooklyn pizza in the area. Great service! Get a red top!

    (4)
  • Mindy C.

I went to Charlie's pizza because I read about it in the Philadelphia magazine as one of the best. I think it was one of the worse. Way too much sauce on the pizza. It was drowning in pizza sauce. Also, the place was disgusting. It was dirty and grungy and I will never go again.

    (1)
  • Kat M.

Very disappointed after reading such good reviews on yelp. We had a red top vegetarian works. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were mediocre. The crust was very soggy that we had to eat our pizza with a forks and knives as we weren't able to pick up the soggy crust with our hands.

    (1)
  • G M.

The best pizza in norristown. When I lived in norristown this was my go to place almost every Friday. I love, love, love, their sauce. I don't live in the area anymore and can't find a pizza place that can compete with this place. Every time I have someone visit from out of town I bring them here.

    (5)
  • Kati L.

This was probably the best pizza I've ever had. The red top was fantastic!! A little disappointing there was no wings or fries, but I will definitely be going back!

    (4)

    (1)

    (1)

    (3)

    (5)

    (5)
  • Brian M.

When I come here I can never decide if I want Red Top or Plain. They are both awesome, incredibly greasy, and nothing short of delicious. Easily one of my favorite pizza places.

    (5)

    (5)

    (5)
  • Chris S.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is awesome but other times it's sub-par, there is no way to predict what your going to end up with.

    (3)
  • Kym G.

Charlie's is some of the best Pizza around. Not growing up in this area I wasn't used to all of the local pizza joints. I've tried a lot of them but drive all the way from Lansdale just to get Charlie's.

    (4)

    (5)
  • Jim C.

Consistently good pizza. Always ready on time.

    (4)

    (3)

    (5)
  • Craig C.

I went to friends house in Norristown to watch the Phils game, and we ordered a pizza from this place. I am a pizza expert, and this was the best pizza I have ever had in the Philly area! Hands down, the best! I would drive all the way there from Havertown just to get it! it's worth the trip!!!!

    (5)
  • Jand J.

I go out of my way to get to East Norriton for Charlie's Pizza. I rented an apartment near there a few years ago, and I have missed Charlie's every day since I moved. Charlie's also sells takeout beer, which is convenient and well priced... the pizza is just outstanding!

    (5)

    (4)
  • Jason D.

Red Top pizza is hands down the best pizza in the area. If you haven't tried it you're missing out.

    (5)

The home of the best pizza I've ever had! My husband and I drive by at least 15 other pizza places to come here, but none can compare!

    (5)

    (5)

  • Majid E.

    (4)
  • Jeremy S.

I don't know why I'm even writing anything. If you live around here you know that Charlie's makes the best pizza. Its that simple. Try their red top pizza; it's really something fantastic. Aside from that, all their pizzas and Strombolies are fantastic.

    (5)
  • Lauren G.
