Well, this restaurant is supposed to be open until 10:00 PM tonight. As usual, by 8:30 PM they are all out of just about everything. Out of chicken, out of turkey. They are trying to push that meatloaf. No, thanks! I don't think I'm going to bother stopping at this restaurant ever again.

Good food, I wish they still had the rice pilaf. If you get there after 11:10 you run the risk of long lines, yet I got there at 11 the other Saturday and the guy behind the counter told me the chicken was not ready and did not give me the option of waiting. 3 stars for that and the fact that the chicken is sometimes overcooked - with black spots on the skin and dry.

I guess to a point if you've been to one BM then I guess you've been to them all. Sure this is chain dining at a half-step over its predictable LCD but there are still quirks that can make each experience its own little adventure. * It's still stupid that BM went to extreme portion control years ago. I get it that it'll never change but this place takes that to new extremes by not only putting your "regular" side in what could best be described as a large shot glass, but they also do things like water down the mac and cheese to the point where it's more like noodles in a watery yellow broth. Yick! * Also the guy in the back who is the "chef" or "meat carver" was slathering and I mean slathering sauces over everything. BBQ Chicken Sandwich that was dripping or a Meatloaf Sandwich that was coated to the point of needing to eat it open faced. I've been to a few other BM locations and it's not supposed to be that way. God Bless the slobs who like it that way but I like to eat my food, not wear it. * The service was alright but again the idiotic practice of you not being allowed to bring your own food to your table only slows down the rest of the line and/or it's pointless when ordering four different meals since only one or two are ever ready at a time which necessitates the staff member making two or three trips which again only stops other people in line or makes you wait longer for your food. * I also can't forget to mention that the soda machine was also very watered down with questionable amounts of syrup being dispensed from the coke and diet coke pumps. At its core BM does sell quality meat but over the years corners have been cut regarding portion size in relation to price and this place's watering down of everything from soda to the mac and cheese is well...cheesy and something that I can't imagine coming back for.

I just came from this Boston market location and once again i was disappointed, i don't know why I think it'll be any different than the last disappointing times I've gone there. I really had a taste for some chicken and creamed spinach, with sweet potatoes. They were out of dark meat, really, they had a line to the back of the restaurant and instead of being able to give people their choice, they were being told what they could and couldn't have. What place runs out of the choice of chicken one wants. Who ever is running or not running that place needs to have a sit down with someone above them. maybe they are not equipped to manage the place. who the hell runs out of dark meat then tells the customer all we have is white meat. I don't want white meat i wanted dark. i promptly walked out along with other customers. If that's how they run a business i don't know how they are still operating. I guss it's just a matter of time before someone comes along and offer the people a better choice. I probably won't be going to that location again. Pretty awful I think.

Was at work late and knew the wife wouldn't be home to make me dinner so I took a ride up Germantown and located this old friend of mine. My family used to love Boston Market growing up, so I knew I'd get a good home-style meal here. I absolutely housed a half chicken, 4 sides, cornbread and a cookie. Something about that chicken that is just addicting. I know it's probably not very healthy, but it really hit the spot that night.. Can definitely see myself taking a drive over after a long day at work when I'm in need of a home style meal. If you still haven't tried Boston Market after all these years, you've missed out.

Pros: Fast service for food that doesn't taste like fast food. They have standard, good quality food. Always warm, and this location never seems to be out of chicken which is a plus. Cons: Price. That's really where you lose out by eating here. It's cheaper than a sit down restaurant but it's more expensive than fast food. My experience: I tend to get the 3 piece dark chicken meal, which comes with 2 sides. I've had most of the sides and they are all delicious. I recommend creamed spinach, sweet potatoes, or stuffing. The cornbread is also great. Overall: My go-to place when I need to eat quickly but somewhat healthy. It's much less greasy than other fast food alternatives.
