Haven't been here since I was a kid so when I saw a co worker eat lunch here i decided to follow suit on my lunch. This location was adequately staffed around the lunch hour very nice, and place looked clean. Ordered the Mid Beef and Cheddar meal and substituted the fries and drink for an orange cream shake and jap bites. Milkshake is awesome! Tastes just like a cream sickle, and the jap bites were hot and tasty. The beef and cheddar is just how I remember as a kid. Juicy and cheesy. Glad to see Arby's is still pumping out consistent and awesome food. I would say the experience was perfect except 3 other people got their food before me. I only waited maybe 3 minutes but hey still I had the least complicated order and order does matter to me. Also ladies are a bit loud behind the counter, and without music in the lobby we can hear everything.

How how how does this place stay in business. The lot is always empty. The food tastes like its been under the warmer for hours.

I just want something different! That's been the key to success for these folks since 1964. And you know what? That's exactly the reason I show up once in a while. There are no burgers here so if that's a problem move on. The focus is on roast beef and yes everyone knows it's not actually sliced off a roast of beef. The toasted buns they use here are very good and it makes for a darn tasty change of pace. Speaking of changes of pace, you can get sandwiches here on actual slices of bread. What a novel idea! :-) You can even order a Reuben. The fries are the curly type and I think their onion rings are very good. They're made from actual rings instead of that chopped and formed junk. I've found this location to be clean and they have a speedy drive-thru. When I compare their customer service to the big three fast food folks, I think the employees here are a notch better. These folks are A-OK for sure. So the next time you want something different, check them out.

Though they have improved their good over all as a company this locations staff has ruined every experience I've had with Arby's. I was hoping things had improved, but earlier today my father wanted to pickup food on his way here and chose this Arby's. I ordered 2 Jr. Cheddar Bacons Melts. They charged him for them, but forgot the bacon and cheddar... They of course as usual did not supply a receipt either so I could call and complain. I will not be recommending or giving this Arby's another chance, beck I might be done with Arby's over all with all the bad experiences I've had so far. Edit: Since posting this, I decided to give them a call and let them know about the issue and they did not seem at all surprised by the issue. I was than offered a replacement meal on the day of my choosing even without the receipt, that's turned me around a bit and I'll pull this up to a 3 of 5 till I actually get to try the product I ordered. Who knows maybe this will be a better experience and with that kind of offer I'll give it a shot. At least their customer service helps.

3 Stars, Down from 4 Arby's is a chain whose specialty is roast beef sandwiches. Note that this is pressed beef, not beef sliced off of a roast. While still fast food, Arby's is a nice alternative to greasier offerings. Like most Arby's, this location is generally clean and inviting. The service at this location used to be well above average for fast food establishments, but recently has disappointed (hence the downgrade from 4 stars to 3). Our most recent visit involved multiple mistakes in our order.

Beef N Cheddar's Haiku You're Enhanced Only By The Cold Jamoka Shake Under Autumn Leaves Arby's is hard to come by in the Bay Area so I need to represent a little from home.
