I come here usually for samosas or simple purchases but never bought groceries. The girl at the register is always very nice and the place is decently clean. My only complain is the minimum charge on the cards. It's just a bit inconvenient having to purchase additional items when I'm not carrying cash.

I purchased two bags of rice that I later found to be infested with bugs. When I returned to the shop the owner was apologetic but didn't offer any exchange or refund even after I showed him the bag of rice with the bugs crawling through it. He only pointed to his sign that said there was only seven days to return items. I come a distance to this store and I'm not expecting to have to double check that my rice is bug free. If you do purchase from this store keep your receipt and check to make sure there aren't any bugs.

I recently discovered this place while going on a random drive and was thoroughly surprised to find an Apna Bazar in the area. It is part of a chain and compared to the other Apna Bazars I've been to, this one does disappoint. Mainly for their produce section - low quantity and not the freshest stuff either. Then again, you have to consider the location too. Makes business sense. As per the previous review regarding customer service. I've found that to be true at most indian grocery stores. So, I wouldn't write them off just based on that. I did like their selection of sweets and snacks. Which were priced lower than the other indian grocery stores in the area. And considering that I don't cook, this is a winner in my book.

Not a bad place for Indian groceries. The only reason I go there is for chicken and goat meat and they have nice and small pieces of meat. I stopped going there as I found hair on meat. They're doing it even I complained them twice. When I complained them , they looked at me like they don't even care what I'm talking about Not going there again

The shop has a great selection of Rice, spices, powders, fresh foods, mixes, frozen and heat-and-eat. Not to mention, a decent sized video collect, as well as a few other things. I stopped by the Indian/Asian market, Apna Bazar to pick up some food for dinner. Cooking Indian food is new to me, but I am always open to experimenting. This place is amazing, they even have goat brains! Personally I'm not in to that, I'm an Aloo Matar, Paneer Tikka , and Dosa kinda guy.
