Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

This place is much better than it used to be! The bar/happy hour are great. They have really good prices and specials for happy hour. The bar area is a little small, it can get crammed. But overall its really nice. The staff is great. The food here has improved over the last few years which was nice to see. This is close by where I live so I was happy that their quality has gotten better.

Great pizza. Greek salad is a nice compliment to the pizza. Wonderful service and great value.

We have ordered food from here for over a year and a half and always enjoy the quality of the food and prompt delivery. Our favorite is the Grandmas Pizza, if you haven't tried it yet I would definitely order it next time.

They have the BEST pizza by far!

You know how everyone jokes about going to Ray's pizza because there seems to be hundreds of them in NJ and NY? Well I seem to be discovering the same thing about Giuseppe's...they're all over the place. Ayway, THIS Giuseppe's happens to be in New Hope, PA and has been one of our 'stop ins' for lunch when we trek down there to shop in New Hope and Peddler's Village. The pizza has always been decent-not great and certainly not bad. I've also had a chicken parm sandwich and meatball parm sandwich I the past and they were both good. The chicken parm was a tad overdone, but plentiful and it still tasted pretty good. The meatballs weren't bready, but were a tough under seasoned. The sauce here has always been a little bit sweet, which I don't mind, but a little bit sweeter than I'd prefer for my Italian food. Overall, the food here is ok...not great for a guy from NJ, but I'll keep stopping in here. The staff have always been on the ball here and service provided with a smile. Worth a stop...

Easily the best pizza place in New Hope. The fact that they deliver is a huge bonus and the reason we ordered from there in the first place, but the amazing food has kept us going back. Pizza is never soggy or burnt, and we have never had any mistakes. When we eat at their actual restaurant, between the bread and salad, I am usually full by the time my meal comes. I usually always get the Shrimp Scallopini (on the menu as veal Scallopini, but they always substitute it no problem) and always leave raving about it. It is my favorite meal from New Hope, far surpassing anything I have gotten from any of the trendy New Hope restaurants. I also love their minestrone and garlic bread. Their portions are generous and the prices very reasonable. If ordering for delivery on a weekend, wait time can vary between 45 min- 1 hour, so order before you're "starving".

Most times the food is excellent but on occasion it's a little off. I wish there were more consistent when it comes to that. We have a favorite server there. Good value for the money

New owners and boy can you tell!!! Sauces are full of flavor. Pasta cooked perfect and not over done. Veggies seasoned to perfection. Nice to have a place this this so close by!!

Stopped here on the way home and got a nice pizza pie. Highly recommend for a sit down place to pick up a pie in the area. Above average pizza that was done well.

I have tried all the pizza joints in New Hope. Giuseppes is the best!

Great pizza and mozz sticks - mmmmm - awesome for take out as well!

5 stars for New Hope family Italian pizza joint. The service is friendly and fast with attention to children. The pizza is some of the best around. There crust is soft and chewy inside with a crisp crunch outside. Reminiscent of NYC but a lot friendlier. The mild wings are big and juicy perfect for the kids with a little more heat than they are used to eating. I can't wait to go back and try their pasta dishes. The toppings are plentiful with some great options like Grandma style. My family and I plan to be regulars. The price of beers aren't bad either.

We hadn't been to Giuseppe's in years due to several less than desirable visits in the past with poorly executed pasta dishes (hard I know) and less than stellar service. Well after four or five years we were in the area and at the very least one of the two issues has been fixed. Seating was seat yourself as it was mid-afternoon on a Saturday with only three other tables occupied in the restaurant. Even with that level of "busy" it still look quite some time for our drink order to be taken. Eventually we got that squared away and ordered. So far so good although we could have used a drink refill during the time we were waiting but of course you can't get a refill when your server does a David Copperfield until it was time for the food to come out. The food itself was better than the past with one exception. The children shared a personal pizza which was more than enough for them and it was solid. My baked penne was very good with a lot of cheese and temperature wise it was perfectly ready to eat as soon as it hit the table so A+ on that one. The lovely wife ordered vegetable lasagna yet of course they brought out regular lasagna instead. Our server was less than apologetic about either her mistake or the kitchen's mistake and while she offered to correct the mistake for the actual dish ordered, she said it would be a twenty plus minute wait. No thanks, we'll make due. I must say that the quality of the food was much better than I remembered it from years past and the prices are not crazy considering the area that you're in but the service still leaves a lot to be desired as seemingly everyone likes to hang out at the front counter and talk versus actually checking in on tables in a timely manner. We'll never be a regular here but I suppose every so often might be good enough. (Also as a tip, try not to have to make a left turn onto York Road unless you've got 10-15 minutes of free time or you like causing near homicides from just pulling out into traffic.)

Tonight's meal was sooooo good! Veal florentine and chicken scarpiola ummmm! Excellent!

Not your normal typical blahsey, Italian food. This actually comes with flavor and there is lots of it. But what makes this place awesome is its atmosphere. More like a restaurant in New York, it has a lot of positive energy and they don't rob you blind like most of the restaurants in the area. You can get a good meal, along with good conversation, tv is always on at the bar (they hand you the remote!), all at a nice, wholesome price. That is what makes Giuseppe's great!
(5)Alie A.
Probably best suited for takeout. The pizza is good. I like my pizza cheesy with a thicker crust, and that's what you're getting here. For entrees, the veal in a Lemon Swiss sauce is pretty fabulous, too. If you're looking for a Friday night takeout spot, find it here. I still think Richboro Giuseppe's takes the cake, though. However, I am perhaps biased after being raised on it! :-)

This place has become much better since the new owners took over about a year ago. They have a variety of pizza, all of which are very good and much improved. Their take-out service is great and they sell beer in the front. Their salads and soups are great, as are their deserts. For a pizza place outside of main New Hope, this place is great. Some of their waitstaff can be rude.
(4)Cat K.
Consistent and friendly service. A large selection of specialty pizzas for slices which I love. Another perk is the slices are rather large and they have a liquor license! Great value, great pizza.

We had pizza delivered last night, and it was one of the better pies I've had in a long time. The sauce was great, and the veggies fresh and perfectly sautéed and seasoned before they were added. I was full and happy after 1 1/2 slices. The last of my slice was delicious cold this morning. I was determined to get to it before another family member scarfed it up!

Fantastic food and service. Free on-site parking, which is rare in New Hope. Good kids menu that includes dessert. Good family restaurant.

Went here with a party of 10 including 3 small children. Service was excellent! Our waitress was patient while we gave our orders and very responsive to special requests. The service is what makes this place more than just your typical pizza/ pasta joint. Food was good to excellent all around. Garlic bread comes with dinners and is terrific.

On a night when we were let down by one of the supposed fine dining restaurants in Lambertville, Giuseppe's was our savior. It was a crowded night. Peddler's Village had their Christmas tree lighting event, so the area was full of people. It was obvious that Giuseppe's was not used to this quantity of people. But they handled it masterfully. The service was a little slow, but not so much that it mattered. The lasagna was great. I usually don't get lasagna in a restaurant because it never lives up to my mom's. But I was in the mood. And I was not disappointed. My wife's caprese salad was very nice to look at and to eat. Our 2-year-old enjoyed eating off of both of our plates. When his individual pizza arrived, it had a nice thin crust, not too much cheese, and a rustic look that made it a feast for the eyes. My wife and I agreed that it was one of the best pizzas we had tasted in a long time. The crust, cheese, and sauce were all individually flavorful. Together, it was phenomenal. Next time, we're not going to waste our appetite on anything else. This looks like a good place for eat in or take out. If you're within driving distance, and you're tired of the snotty, overpriced Lambertville-New Hope fare, go for Giuseppe's.

I make it a point to hit up this joint every time I'm back home. If you're looking for a solid, unpretentious restaurant with good pizza and beer by the pitcher, this place must not be missed. Lots of seating and reasonable prices.

This review is based on one takeout order, so doesn't speak to the quality of visiting the establishment. This establishment has a steady clientele, which may mean service may vary. The reason for my two star review is that they give you the ability to order online and my order wasn't started when I arrived 30 minutes later. My expectation is that any advertised medium to communicate with an establishment will work, and my needs as a consumer will be met. Thus, I recommend making an old fashioned phone call for take out or visiting the establishment in person. The food we got was decent quality that you'd expect from a Pizzaria. I had the meatball parmesan sandwich and they were OK. From my old experiences, their pizza is pretty good. I'd likely give them 3 stars if not for the ordering experience. They're a solid Italian establishment, their prices are very good, and you get a lot for your money. Not the best in terms of flavor, but certainly hits the spot!

This is my go-to pizza place. They have great pizza, and the prices aren't bad either. Staff is decent. I always leave Giuseppe's satisfied.
(4)Jackie T.
They have a good selection (pizza, sandwiches, pasta etc) and I appreciate that they offer coupons frequently. They also deliver which is a huge plus in this area! Overall, their food is average (not bad, but certainly not great).

What a great Find! My family of 23 - 14 Adults and 9 children spent a wonderful evening on the Polar Express. Our train ended at 8:00 and we needed a place to accommodate all of us. Of course, I went on Yelp for suggestions. A local restaurant suggested Giuseppe's. I called in the afternoon to make reservations - the hostess said "No problem"! We arrived and our table was ready for us. The food and service was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the pizza ~ We ordered 6 kinds of pizza and everyone was delicious! This will be a yearly event for us and Giuseppe's will be part of that memory. The only difference will be, we will be adding about 7 more people to our family.

There is really no such thing as a BAD pizza, as we all know, but my delivery pizza last night was a little disappointing. I had the veggie pizza, and it was piled high with veggies, but very little sauce, and by very little, I mean almost none. There were a lot of pieces of broccoli stalks, and chunks of onion, and not quite ripe tomatoes. The crust was soggy and unappetizing, in fact, after the first bite, I just scraped off the topping and ate that. Normally I would have left over pizza for breakfast, but this morning it will go in the garbage. And the box somehow was smashed in delivery, so when I opened it, a lot of the cheese pulled off. I don't think I will order delivery from this establishment again.

My husband and I dined at Giuseppe's tonight. We arrived about 8:50 pm and before we were seated, asked what time the restaurant closed as we both work in local restaurants and didn't want to be "those people" who come in 10 minutes before closing and order a full meal. We were told they closed at 10. Plenty of time, right? We ordered our meals promptly and my husband had decaf coffee, I ordered a draft beer. Our meals came with salads and as we were finishing up our salads, someone brought out a vacuum and plugged it in. That was the first hint that we were there too late. As our entrees arrived, my husband asked for a refill for his coffee. We were told that they already dumped the coffee. Who dumps coffee when they have a guest drinking it? They gave him a decaf cappuccino instead, but then told them it may not be good because they already turned the machine off and it "came out funny." It was terrible. My beer was empty too, and our server never offered to get me another. Instead, she gave us our check while we were still eating....I guess dessert was out of the question. We were done and paid by 9:45, so we weren't even there past their "closing." We eat there 6-10 times a year, but not sure I'll return.

Visiting the area, found fantastic pizza at this restaurant & pizzeria for an evening take-out. Ordered a Sausage & Spinach pie (a favorite combo of mine). They did it right ... fresh spinach, quality Italian Sausage, awesome crust & sauce, and perfectly cooked. It looked like a work of art and the taste was exquisite. I would be confident that the quality and perfection of the pizza would carry throughout the other dishes at this place. When I return to the area on my next business trip, I'll definitely make this a stop.

Nice local place. Not fancy, but is open late, at least for New Hope it is, weekday it was open til 10:30 p.m. My husband and I both had a pasta dish and actually liked them, thought it was pretty good! We both had soup and enjoyed ours as well. The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. A good choice.
(4)Drew W.
Average food. Slow service. By that I mean if you order a soup and sandwich, expect to wait about an hour. The only bright spot is the beer selection to go. Again with no other options in new hope, this is it.
(2)Alex M.
Excellent family style restaurant with reasonable prices and friendly staff. I would definitely do again. Extensive menu wa beyond just pizza.
