Recently we made a trip out to our favorite furniture maker and the salesperson recommended this place. Our expectations were very low upon arrival -- and I am thrilled to say we were pleasantly surprised. I love a good hot dog with chili and raw onions -- especially with mayo...and they had a good one(actually 2). But even better were the potato pancakes...crispy with a tender center. The biggest surprise were the waffles with ice cream. One order turned into 3 orders for the table. This roadside eatery is great. Not every meal needs to be fancy! But every meal needs to be tasty and this place delivers.

Ice Creams (sundaes, cones, flurries, floats, ice, smoothies, cakes and milkshakes) Sandwiches, burgers, dogs, wraps, salads, soups and sides = OH MY !!! Yes this place has it ALL.... ALOT OF ROOM for seating inside, a children mini playground outside. You can order anything you want from outside the place and inside as well. There is parking outside and with a great view. THEY HAVE LIKE 50 FLAVORS to choose from... I will try and name a few. (Red velvet, peanut butter and jelly, cake batter, cotton candy, cookie dough, cookies and cream, nerd candies, mint chocolate chip, black raspberry, nutter nana, coffee, rocky road, drumstick, butter finger, etc) I don't live in the area, but I sure wish I did, so I could try something new everyday, I don't think you could ever get tired of this place, it's the only spot like this in the area. So if your in the area...GO GO GO check it out and post your review because I don't think this place could get a bad review, they have everything and everything that i have tryed so far, has tasted SOOO GOOD!!!!

Have stopped for ice cream a couple times. A lot of flavors and the sundae's are awesome. Had a burger the other night, also very good homemade style not pressed patties. Great little place.

FANTASTIC, you won't be sorry, it is a wonderful place to go. HUGE MENU. I don't know how they can accommodate such a large menu and keep their prices reasonable by todays standards. We love Kelly's we pit stop here on our way or on our way home from Mount Airy Casino. We do not eat at the casino any more since we found Kelly's. YOU MUST TRY IT, you will be hooked after your first visit.

Let me start by saying the ice cream is good. Like really good. They have so many homemade hard ice cream flavors and they are all amazing. My favorite is the birthday cake which unfortunately they don't make until late in the season which is really upsetting. I go in at least once a week to ask if they've made it yet because it's that good. The food is subpar though, the French fries are unsalted and the burgers don't have much flavor. The BLT was good but I wish it had more bacon. The service is alright. It's a bunch of 16 year old girls who are polite but don't seem to have much sense. I ordered a small hard chocolate ice cream and I got a soft serve vanilla dipped in hard chocolate shell. When I asked for it to be replaced the girl insisted that's what I had ordered. I took it anyway because I love ice cream and hate to cause problems but next time I guess I'll have to be more specific in my ordering. All in all its a nice place and I still go whenever they finally get birthday cake in.

This place is fantastic. They have a huge menu with a ton of hard ice cream flavors and tons of sundae's. My favorite thing on the menu, they have Black cherry soft serve. It is amazing.

This IS the standard we judge all other ice cream stands by. The home-made hard ice cream is fantastic!

I love this place. Everytime I come back and visit my family in Jersey a always stop by and get a milkshake. I love the view from Kelly's and I thinks it's awesome they added a small mini golf coarse for the kids. One of my favorite mom and pop places.

i can't speak for the food, but their ice cream is yummy. the selection is huge and the sign says the ice cream is all homemade. i highly recommend their banana shake. but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Large selection of flavors but kind of in the middle of no where... well at least it felt like that we drive 15 minutes to get here in the dark 10 minutes before they closed... I think we drove through the Delaware Water Gap park? Comparing the prices to upstate NY, these cones are a little more pricier but well worth it. My small chocolate waffle cone came to a little under $4. There's a mini golf in the parking lot and a few picnic tables to sit and eat your ice cream or one of the many food items. According to the boyfriend his coconut milkshake was eh... more milk than ice cream... needed more "shake"

The food is fresh and delicious. They have specials as well. There is lots and lots to choose from. Sit outside or inside. Amazing place!

Always worth stopping by when near the Delaware Water Gap. Great soft serve ice cream, especially the black raspberry. This is a roadside stand with ice cream and food. I haven't tried the food, but the ice cream is good. During the off season when they're closed, there are great views of the Delaware River and the Paulinskill Viaduct (old railroad bridge).

I have family in Mt. Bethel, PA, and they love this place. One of my nieces even works there. I've been here on visits and was just there on Monday. The ice cream is great and they have many flavors, some interesting ones like Coconut, Maple Walnut, Cake Batter, and Bubble Gum. They have some of my favorites like Rum Raisin and Pistachio. Servings are ample and prices reasonable. They also serve lots of great food items: sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, etc. I had a Philly Cheese Steak which was okay but, being relatively close to Philly, it was surprisingly unlike a traditional one. Last year I saw Cotton Candy ice cream on the flavor list but they were out of it. They had it this time and I was awaiting a treat, as I love cotton candy. Big disappointment. The ice cream tasted nothing at all like cotton candy and it was spiked with some kind of tart Pop Rocks that further eliminated any hope of it tasting like its namesake. Next time I'll try the Bubble Gum. This is a nice place. Good food and ice cream, friendly people, good prices, small town place. If you're passing through Mt Bethel and it's open for the season, do drop in.

Today is my 13th birthday, and I was so disappointed when my ice-cream cake, which I transported all the way from new york city to PA had melted in the fridge. :( fortunately, at kelly's ice-cream, they made birthday cakes! it looks delicious, but I'm not trying until after dinner. I also got some birthday cake ice cream to celebrate! and that was delicious
