Locate right off Route 23 and Main St at the Red Light. They do offer parking out front and a back parking lot. You can exit out of the back parking lot which is a lot easier then exit thru the front. They have a very friendly with a hometown feel. I did takeout, which was fast and easy. I had a California cheese burger that was perfectly cooked; they also have fresh cut fries which are to die for. The kid had grill cheese with smile fries, she loved both, but like the smile fry touch. Others in my group had a hot roast beef sandwich and they couldn't stop talking about how fresh and great it was! I will easy go back for takeout, even want to try seat in the next time I'm in the area! If you're in the area please check it out!

Love going to these little "mom and pop" restaurants, and coming here I didn't think it would be an exception. It has a little, cozy home feel to it. Definitely a relaxing atmosphere, but the food and service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress spent more time in the kitchen talking than on the floor with the customers. My glass went and stayed empty many times until I flagged her down to fill it. My fried chicken tasted old and dry. Really, the only thing that saved this experience for me was the french fries. I am a sucker for homemade fries and these were delicious. Skip the whole meal and just order a plate of fries and you should be fine.

I would not give any stars to this once star worthy restaurant. Dinner, was salty processed turkey, barely warmed salty stuffing, salad with a bug and browned lettuce. The only decent thing was the French fries!

The service was very friendly. Breakfast was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary. It reminded me of the scene in My Cousin Vinny where they look at the menu and it only has reads "breakfast, lunch, dinner." There were normal breakfast options that you'd find at any dinner. I thought we would be west enough from Philadelphia to get really good scrapple, but I was disappointed. We were seated right near this gigantic party, something like 15-20 people, someone told us it was a local car club meeting (or the local elk lodge). A nice enough place to get a meal if you are in town, though there aren't too many other options in town.

I get in here a few times a year and I always order the same thing - a hot turkey sandwich with french fries. The turkey and gravy are really good and the fresh cut fries are awesome! Save room for dessert. The homemade cakes & pies are a must try - delicious! This past visit I had strawberry rhubarb pie - soooo good. The service is always good and the food comes out quickly. The decor is a bit shabby & dated - but I honestly couldn't care less. I come in here for a quick and delicious homemade meal and always leave full and happy.

In the town of Honey Brook, there just aren't too many options and the lines of towns are often blurred and since I'm not a native, I can't help you in terms of really anything other than the few places I have been and yelped about. This place though, it's good! The food is CHEAP; I dont know if all Honey Brook establishments are like this but you can get an egg omelette for less than $5! That's unheard of or it's stuff you hear about on Diners, Drive-Ins, and wish you lived in that town. I got their scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. The portions are HUGE!!!! I didn't even touch my potatoes but I was a huge fan of my plate of food! The service and the people are extremely nice; they kept their restaurant open an extra half hour on Christmas eve so that my fiance could catch up with his old friend from high school. If you are ever passing through or visiting Honey Brook, definitely give this place a try!

Great little spot for an inexpensive breakfast. Service with a smile. No Amex. We always stop in when camping at Warwick Woods. ;)

While exploring the backwoods of Pennsylvania, happened upon a cozy homestyle family owned diner where the food tasted like you are home for the holidays. An amazing turkey melt (with real turkey) to boot! A gem not to miss.

This place is nothing special, but the food does the job and it's cheap. The service was also good. Note: There's limited parking in front of the restaurant but it's tough to get in to and out of. I would recommend using the parking in the rear.

One Of The Nicest Dining Experiences Of My Life. Great People, Good Food, Outstanding Service; I Will Definitely Return For More. AND, The Home Made Pies Are OUT OF THIS WORLD!

We stopped by here on our way home from our daughter's fh tournament. It was along the road; looked cute & quaint. We sat at the bar, the restaurant looked old & unkempt. The lady who took our order was one of the owners. When we asked her about certain things in the menu, she told us she didn't really know about things on the menu, because she wasn't a "waitress". Really, aren't you the owner? Then I saw one of the actual "waitresses", serve someone a piece of pie & grabbed a small piece from the plate & shoved it in her mouth. NOT sanitary at all! Then when we got our food, I was expecting some big sandwiches, but instead we got small bread, they didn't come with chips (that was .50 cents extra & not enough cheese. I ordered a chicken melt & it was sub par. Then when we asked for the check, the same older lady with short hair & glasses, serves someone else a piece of pie & this time, she actually takes her finger & sticks it in her mouth to lick off left over cream...Sooooo NASTY!!!!! So even tho we will have 3 other tournaments around the area this spring, we will NOT EVER, be stopping at Clairs, not even for water! Keep driving by this place & check out another area eatery, for sure!

we stopped before getting back onto the pa turnpike to head home to eat breakfast the food wasn't bad but it wasn't great either..... it was ok the girl that waitress for us was pleasant and took care of our needs the thing that turned me off was the place is not clean, not renovated, not never ever updated (rugs are dirty) seats are all torn, etc. the bathroom hall stunk of urine as you enter the bathroom area and the bathroom wasn't cleaned or updated in God knows how long won't eat there again if anything the place was in need of work inside & outside this is our second time eating here due to location being near turnpike

Stopped by on way home from shopping at Shady Maple Market. We wanted to try something different and avoid the crowds at the Smorgasbord. Nice little old fashioned country style diner. Simple menu items nicely priced. Food very good. Highly recommend the coconut custard pie or the chocolate cake with peanut butter icing for dessert. The waitress was very nice and attentive.

We stayed in Morgantown for a couple days. After walking out of two other local places to eat, we stopped at Claire's. We both had sirloin steaks. I never ever eat sirloin steaks, but it was on the senior section of the menu. The sirloin was cooked to order. The potatoes are instant. We both got pepper cabbage, which was a cabbage in a sweet vinegar. Yum! Our portions were perfect. Not huge like all the local diners. It's a po-dunk place, and caters to locals. We liked it so much that we are planning on having breakfast there.

A nice little diner. Unpretentious, good portions for the price. The waitress was very sweet and attentive. I had a well prepared burger and fries. The fries were made from real potatoes. It honestly tasted like the kind of food you get at a county fair. Very enjoyable. Too full to try the desserts but they looked great.

Saw reviews on Yelp about this place and as it was right next to our hotel we would give it a try. It's definitely nice inside. The food is average diner-like food. The service was good and the staff was nice. Didn't have a chance to try the pie.

I have been traveling a turnpike for 12 years. This place is the ultimate stop. I'm at a loss reading what others have to say in reviews, we loved the food, the service and the quaint untainted environment.

We always stop at Claire's when heading into PA. Dutch country. Inexpensive, freshly prepared food. But the pies are the big attraction.. they are great! If you're not hungry enough for the Shady Maple, we recommend Claire's!

I've tried Clair's a few times and it's consistently bad. Not horrible, throwing up all night bad, just bad. Service is hit or miss. On one visit I watched a white trash server steal another server's tip at the counter where I was sitting. I said something to the server who deserved the tip. Don't know what ever happened, hope the thief got what she deserved.

Am sitting at Claire's and can totally agree with the previous review. We are here for a wedding and looked for a place to eat. My tip for the day...eat somewhere else.

As a throw back to a simpler age, Clair's serves modest food at a modest price. Meals are a bit on the greasy side, but you don't come to a place like this with a calorie counter. This is typical American fare, served in an atmosphere reminiscent of the typical backwoods country store. On any morning, you'll see cliques of seniors who have been coming to this place before route 10 was paved.
