This is one of our absolute favorite places to go because the food is so great. I'm not a big fan of canned soft drinks - so I wish they had free refill sodas.....but that's minor. I've had FABULOUS service there and I had AWFUL service there, too once. So it can really just depend on who your server is.....but the food is so good here that you easily overlook it :) I highly recommend this place!!! Be sure to try the deep dish pizza, too! I had the pierogie pizza......it was great (with a side of sour cream)

Yolandas is wonderful......When I lived in Monaca this was a Friday night ritual to take the kids after working all week and having Pizza night out...such fond memories....Pizza , service, atmosphere, and prices were all great!

One of my favorite places to eat. It doesn't look like much but the food is exceptional. I've never had a bad plate. The staff is pleasant and friendly. We go so much they know us by name and face. I can't recommend it enough.

This has become a new favorite nearby place for us to eat. We love the chicago style pizza and the eggplant parm!! The house dressing is awesome!

This has to be one of the best kept secrets in beaver county. The calzones and coleslaw are awesome. The staff is always friendly and ready to give you the best food possible. Love this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I went to this place because I saw it had really good reviews here and I was just really, really, disappointed with what I got. I got soup and a pizza. The soup was what they called "Creamy Italian Vegetable" Ordered a cup and the waitress instead came out with a bowl and told me to "do whatever i wanted with it." The soup literally looked and tasted like they dumped some creamy Italian dressing in a bowl and heated it up. It was absolutely disgusting. The pizza was edible, it could've been cooked a bit more but I'll put that on me. I usually ask for my pizzas to be "well-done" but I didn't here for some reason. Not the worst I've had, but definitely not the best. My experience here ended with me arguing with the cashier for a receipt (I was in the area on business and get reimbursed for food). I wasn't expecting super-duper authentic Italian, but i was just really disappointed with my experience here. I guess i'll just stick to Dominos if I want good pizza in this area (not that Dominos is really that good, but at least i know what to expect there).

Awesome, been eating here my whole life the stuffed banana peppers are no1 in the world other restaurants should come here and try them and learn how they are made and made right!!! Even something as basic as a bowl of spaghetti you can literally taste how good the pasta and the Startchy flavor I highly recommend this place I've been eating here my whole life it is amazing!!!!!

This place got great reviews so we decided to try it. It's really average pizza and I didn't care for the crust.

Composite Review A nice place to stop on the way back from work. Conveniently located at 51 before the bridge. Good parking access. Friendly. Neighborhood. Back in the day, this was hoppin' I am sure. Part of the Monaca charm. Comfortable, local, reliable, consistent, friendly.... the outside is a bit long in the tooth but one needs to overlook that and go on it. I have done 5 stars because this is not a CHAIN but a local establishment -- they need to be supported. f8 and be there.

The food is very good. The service is atrocious. I have never waited so long for anything in my life. While waiting with an empty coffee cup, the entire staff sat down at tables and commenced eating. Tell your staff..when people order coffee, they want a refill! Also, if you're going to eat, keep an eye on your table. I shouldn't have to wait until you're done eating to get my food and/or check. Lots of takeout orders while we were there. People prefer to wait on themselves at home than sit and wait forever. The wait staff has no personality. Not friendly at all

They easily sat our group of 9. My son had ravioli and French fries, and he ate all of it, which is a feat for him. I had the chicken salad. The greens and veggies were fresh, chicken was cooked just right, and the fries were crispy and tasty. Overall, an A+ salad. My friends all seemed very pleased with their food. One order of wings at the table caused jealousy as they looked and smelled amazing. We will be back for sure! UPDATE: We ate here again, had the Italian Butcher Shop pizza and the cheesy garlic bread. Everything was amazing! Highly recommended!

I've never had a bad meal at Yolanda's. The owner Lanessa? is a friend of my mom's family, so anytime they're in town, we dine at the Beaver Falls location so we can order a pie or two made by the owner herself. I almost go for the ravioli, but have had the lasagna, fried zucchini, and a meatball casserole which doesn't appear to be on their menu anymore. All excellent. Being a college bachelor, I typically dine alone usually right after classes between lunch and dinner, when the restaurant is quiet and the wait staff is quick. I've yet to have the pizza surprisingly, but I've heard its some of the best in the county. You really can't go wrong with Yolanda's. Go check it out, seriously what are you waiting for?

The food is really good , but if you call for takeout they act like you are bothering them, very rude!

We love neighborhood restaurants and this one is great! We just had a pizza but it was yummy! We'd definitely go again the next time we're in the area. I am a Diet Coke fan so if they had Coke products, I'd give them five stars! They only carry Pepsi.

Yolanda's is awesome! I suggest their calzones and pizzas, but I still need to explore the rest of the menu!

A pleasant surprise based on the outside appearance. The pizza was really good, with the sauce being the best part. The lasagna and gnocchi were decent for the price point. Service was a little slow, but they were all friendly. The only real negative I would say was the breadsticks. They were basically burnt pieces of garlic bread. Overall, I would go here again for a good pizza dinner for cheap.

We ordered a large deep dish with bacon. It was a great pizza...however it was NOT deep dish. It had a think bottom crust but deep dish pizzas are think on the top so it didn't meet our deep dish craving. The garlic bread loaf was delicious. The staff was pleasant and the service was great! All in all we'll definitely be back to Yolanda's!

Moving to this area from philly about 2 years ago, I had been looking for a good authentic italian pizza/dinner. I was raised on good Italian food. A lot of the places around beaver county specialize in sicilian pizza, not what I'm looking for. I found MY pizza (and new go-to place), in Yolandas Bianca Pizza. I ordered it on a thin crust, and was pleased with its delicate and crisp taste. Fresh tomatoes, mozzerella, and "grandmas secret sauce", topped this pie. Definitely not a first date pizza, the garlic in this sauce is perfect. DELICIOUS! I will be back soon.

First the good points. The most important thing about any restaurant is the food, and this is where Yolanda's stands out from the other pizza restaurants in the area. The Pizza is very good. They have plenty of toppings and the crust is actually tasty on it's own, it's not just something to hold the toppings. The sauce is flavorful without being overpowering. The wait staff is always friendly and service is usually fast. The only times when I have found the service to be slow, and maybe not as attentive as I would like is when the place is packed, but that happens most everywhere when they are exceptionally busy. I have tried many other items on their menu, and except for one time, I have never been disappointed. The one time is when I ordered the Chicken Pot Pie Calzone. I've heard others who have said great things about that Calzone, but to me, it was a bit too bland. The two things that are stopping this place from getting a higher score are the ambiance and the parking. This is not a place that you want to go to when you are trying to impress a client or going on a first date. While nothing is dirty or broken, you can tell that the booths, tables, chairs and carpet are well used. The parking is also limited. Most times I am able to find a spot but when it's busy, parking is at a premium. There isn't much they could do about that issue though as the area is quite built up around them. All in all I have had good experiences with this restaurant, and recommend it highly!

YUM! They have excellent calzones. I got a regular pepperoni and the boyfriend got the chicken pot pie. I wish I lived closer and I'd be here way more often! If you happen to be in Monaca stop by, you will not regret it!

They make everything homemade & you can see right into their kitchen. Their food is always fresh! I've been eating here since I was a child & have never had anything I didn't like! My favs are the seafood pizza & the polish pizza (I get the thin crust), baked ziti, & fried zucchini!!!

Italian food is average. I haven't tried the pizza which others have recommended since we last went so maybe you should go that route. Ordered a pepperoni pizza the other night so I'm upping my rating from 2 to 3. Nothing special but it was nice to get something other than Pizza Joe's, Police Station or a chain.

FAVORITE. It's is our go-to (this or the location in Beaver Falls). The pierogie pizza and chicken pot pie calzone are our favorites. Our preference is that we do prefer the deep dish pizza over the regular, but past that, it's ALL good!

Note: Unlike the other Yolanda's, this location does accept credit cards and has been doing so for about a year now. Yep, Kay was right; this the Gallant to Beaver Falls' Goofus. Not that the other Yolanda's was awful (it wasn't), but this one certainly wins the tennis match. The Beaver Falls Yolanda's (known as Yolanda's North, look up my review) had something that piqued my interest; a dish called the Briar Hill Deep Dish Pizza. The name itself was intriguing; the actual pie turned out to be engrossing. Eating it was akin to buying a CD based on band name that sounds cool and finding out that the music lives up to the moniker. Topped with bell peppers, sausage, tomato sauce, romano cheese, and possessing a crunchy edge crust and a bottom that had a wonderfully peculiar spongy, fluffy texture, it was unlike any pizza I'd ever eaten before. And who the hell makes a red pizza in Western PA? Ya never see one on the menu. People need to break out of the mozzarella box/prison (it's hard, I know...) and start demanding a counterpart to the chic white pizza. Pizza doesn't need to bleed and ooze cheese (the romano was a little scant) to keep the eater munching away. Despite its elaborate, occult name, it's really a quite simple pie that charms the taste buds through sheer economy. After all, with a winning sauce, juicy, crumbly meat, and lightly charred veggies, who needs brie, kobe, and truffles? My opening salad salvo had that same superlative homemade Italian dressing Yolanda's North makes. The pies were even a tad better here as well. My chocolate pie had the same luxurious filling and flaky crust but with a whipped cream topping that I felt was more flavorful. Again, simplicity won out. These aren't hard pies to make from scratch. A restaurant has no excuse to bring in frozen desserts when the unassuming Yolanda's makes perfectly edible and satisfying pies such as these, in-house. You the reader have no excuse not to visit this Yolanda's either. Unless of course it's too far away for ya. Uh, scratch that. As we dined, we overheard a woman proclaim to one of the cooks upon finishing her meal that she came all the way from Sewickley to try Yolanda's and wasn't disappointed in the least. So there.

Yolanda's has such yummy homemade Italian food. Over the past 12 years Yolanda's has become our "go to" local Italian joint. Everything on the menu is so good. The only thing is that parking is limited as well as seating but it is always worth a walk and a wait. And they now taking credit cards!

YUM! If you're looking for good, homemade Italian food, Yolanda's is a great place to go! I have been eating dinner at Yolanda's for years, and I think the staff has also been there for years! The decor hasn't changed since I started going at least 20 years ago, but it's not a bad thing. It's very comfortable, and the food is always great. You know you've arrived at the right place when you see Yolanda painted on the outside wall of the restaurant. If you go during peak dinner hours, the parking lot out front will be full, but there is street parking in the neighborhood nearby. They have a small indoor climate-controlled waiting area, as well as outside waiting on their patio. We went most recently this past Saturday around 8:30pm and had no wait at all. When we asked how late they served dinner, they told us kitchen closes at 10:30pm and they close at 11pm. Wow - later than we expected! That may be weekend hours, but if it's late, don't rule out Yolanda's. They ARE closed on Mondays though. The calzones are always perfect. My dad always gets a pepperoni calzone and I typically ordered the baked ziti with meatballs. This time, our group ordered the meatball calzone, gyro-zone (with gyro meat, onions, tomatoes, and tzatziki dipping sauce), and a mushroom pizza with thin, chewy crust. The food was all very tasty. This pizza is perfectly light, with a perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. It all also reheats beautifully, so leftovers don't go to waste! We highly recommend Yolanda's!! We often call ahead for take-out orders and eat it at home. We've never had a bad meal from Yolanda's.
