Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Yuck Ewww the most unappetizing tasting food......hope I wasn't poisoned! Seriously! Hope all read this....Police told Restaurants not to serve us....Why? The Staff is rude and so was the Delivery Driver! I would starve before eating their food!

Not sure why this place got such good reviews. Maybe I'm too picky because I'm chinese but even I love a good take out and this was not it. Had the beef mei fun, chicken with broccoli, dumplings, and hot sour soup. Everything was too salty, dumplings were literally too gummy and I was overloaded by the sheer greasiness of it all. The nice thing about the place is that you can order either a small or large size version of mostly whatever on the menu so you don't feel like you have to commit to any one dish. The bad side though is that you sample a bunch then decide to never come again.

This place made me soooooo sick...unbelievable it's still in business. I was seriously nauseous and in the bathroom for days. No thanks!

Very good and very fresh! They make everything there. Friendly staff. Veggie dumplings, yummy! This is our go to take out!

Hands down the best chinese take-out anywhere in the area. I dare say anywhere in the tri-state area! Food is fresh and high quality and portions are GREAT! Worth the money and the time! Food is prepared as you order so everything is FRESH! A++

Negatives: I ordered take out from this place tonight and it took over an hour to get to me. I was worried they didn't get the address right because the woman on the phone was hardly paying attention and was yelling at her child in the background (VERY loudly) while speaking with me on the phone. Once my food finally got here, it was a tad over-salted for my taste. Positives: the delivery man was very friendly. I ordered chicken and broccoli (large) and it was a TON of food for the price I paid. I'll have leftovers for days. Aside from the dish being slightly over-salted, it was piping hot when it finally got to me (over an hour after I ordered), so I knew it was fresh. It was tasty, and like I said, it was a lot of food. So good value if you can deal with the delivery time and the less-than-ideal ordering process.

Actually came here in error looking for a Chinese spot on State St. in Media, not State road. By the time I realized my error, the order was already in. We tried a few things, Wonton soup, crab ragoons, egg rolls, General Tso's chicken, and sweet n sour chicken. We were not pleased by any of it. The soup was ok, the ragoons were ice cold by the time we got them home, and after reheating were dry. The egg rolls were ok, but much smaller than the norm. The General Tso's chicken pieces were cut very small and very overcooked. A few bites were almost inedible. The sweet and sour chicken pieces were also overcooked. The ratio of chicken compared to breading was off as well. The pork fried rice was pretty good. It doesn't matter as there is no way I will ever be back here. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I ordered from here a few times a month. I always get the dim sum and the Dragon and Phoenix. They have the best Dragon and Phoenix I ever tried. I tried dim sum for the first time since it was on their menu and I absolutely love it. Four come in an order and it's not enough. They should put at least 6 in there. I also order their pork dumplings and ask for them extra crispy which they do for me along with extra sauce. Everything I have tried so far has been delicious. I have no complaints about anything I have tried. I always get it delivered and they packed it up very well.

I dont understand why people left such a bad review. Ive had lunch specials from this place 2times and both were satisfying. Their lunch specials are really cheap price, workers are friendly and the portion is more than you can finish at a time. I would get it more often if the foods are not too greasy, but other than that, I love this place! :)

For a Chinese spot to order from, it's good. I've never had any problems with the food making me sick. The delivery is always fast and super friendly. I have no complaints! Again, this is your typical Chinese "fast food", this isn't a 5 star date-night restaurant.

This is close to me, so I've been here more times than can be counted. The staff is friendly and the hours are good. I really wish the food was better, but it seems that the standard Chinese fare that are my favorites they fall down on. Steamed dumplings - too much dough, not enough filler. They are literally gummy, like the other review said. Crab Rangoon - should not be called crab anything. There's barely any crab, to the point I would say there is no crab. Just fried wantons with cream cheese. Pork with broccoli - way too salty. In fact, anything pork is too salty. Sesame chicken - even the Panda Express does this better. General Tso's - too sweet and salty, not enough spice. Fried rice - salty. Egg pieces too large. Seems like just seasoned with soy. Sometimes the rice is hard pellets. Egg roll - no complaints. Lo mein - the chicken version was completely without flavor, but the pork offering is too salty. Why do I keep going here? Because it is not on State Street in Media and it is a change from Wawa or pizza. If they corrected the dumplings, Rangoon and got the salt under control, it could be a winner.
