Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Staff is awesome and they are always friendly. Their subs are great, especially the bread. Their lunch buffet is a good deal @ 7.99, but isn't always the hottest if you show up near the end.

Really good pizza, chewy crust is different but good, and the staff is really nice. Great local pizza place.

Nice place next to Gamestop. You wouldn't even know of it's existence since the only sign they have advertising it is really small on the way in. It just came under new management within the last few weeks so they redesigned their menu recently. Lots of decent food choices, and you get a lot of it for your money. I had the lasagna for 6.95 on special and I will definitely be eating it tomorrow as well. My parents got the Veal Parmesan and it came out with a load of spaghetti and 2 breaded patties. Downside is that at the moment there is no waiter service, you order at the counter and then they bring it out. And the second would be that they charge 50c for fountain refills. The employees we dealt with were friendly and accommodating. All their dinners come with bread and a salad, and their pizza selection is decent.

Upon entering we didn't know rather to seat ourselves or order first then seat ourselves. While gazing at the menu behind the register we were greeted by various wrestling figurines on the counter and squirrelly fellow, Italian and friendly (he called me buddy, due to my boyish good looks). It was freezing cold inside. I don't think they had any heating. The decor was consistent, but son of a ***** it was cold. When they food arrived I was giddy. It was good now I am full and I don't feel like writing any more info. Moral of the story is that this place is good. Just cold as crap. I'll come back in the summer or when I find some Eskimo friends that will lend me some winter clothes. I would name this place Amici's Pizza and Frostbite.

I have been in here a numerous amount of times and seem to have different experiences each time. The food is excellent always have some to take home but the services lacks. I would give 5 stars but the service kills the mood. Many times the waitress rolls her eyes at you while you ask her questions of items on the menu or if you ask for a minute to decide what you like. A bit strange so I just order take out to avoid the wait or having to go through the process.

Pizza with a chewy crust. Yumm. Veggie Stromboli packed with a variety of veggies. Chicken parm with crispy edges=perfect! We will be back for sure.

This is not a fancy place, but the staff - who are brother and sister are really friendly and helpful. Their grilled chicken salad is always good and served with a slice of provolone over the chicken and sweet peppers. Their pizza is the thin crust like Lio's in Camp Hill used to serve. I have not tried the buffet. This place is busy during the lunch hour with people from the Navy base having lunch. They do have lunch specials; the two slices of cheese pizza and a soda is 3.95.
