I really hope I have the correct business because I hate to give great praise to the wrong people. I was recently at a VIP food and beverage conference that staged a dinner at Kennywood with Stratford Catering. There were no less then four ice sculptures (one was an ice luge), open bar, shrimp cocktails, cheese display, the best dam clam chowder ever, filet mignon in a fig sauce, and desserts as far as the eye could see. I was simply amazed by the quality of the food and innovative set design. If this is truly the right company, then you need to post pics of that event on your website and not the family-picinic/fire hall wedding reception shots you currently have up. You guys really outdid yourselves and you might be a strong contender for catering my wedding reception.
