This place was descent for delivery to my hotel. The crust was nice, the sauce and cheese were ample. But it fell a bit short of impressive. Maybe because I live in a place that has a few more pizza places, I've been spoiled with more and better options. My brother loved and raved about his cheese steak, however.

I've been a customer for a very long time since I work in the area. The last 5 times that I've ordered something was incorrect. Doesn't matter if it was minor or major a mistake is a mistake. The first time it happened I called to complain the male that answered the phone stated they were closing but the next time I ordered it would be taken care of. So the next time I ordered I mentioned this and was almost laughed at and did not receive any compensation. So tonight I placed 3 orders at the same time. Went to pick up the orders and guess what my order wasn't even made. Because the printer didn't print the slip. So I was offered to stay and wait while it was made, which wasn't an option because I'm at work, or take 2 slices of pizza instead of the small pizza that I ordered. I chose neither option and I will never order from here again.

Would not recommend this place. If I could give it no stars I would. We just left there after what we thought would be a quick lunch between baseballs games. An hour later and we finally got our food bit by bit (which consisted of wraps, salads and slices nothing too crazy or time consuming). The last person to order (and he ordered about 10 minutes after everyone else) got his food first, about 15 minutes later the next batch of food came out (2 meals) and than 5 minutes later 2 more meals came out and 5 minutes after that 2 more. We had to remind them about fountain drinks that were never received. The food was mediocre at best, I had a buffalo chicken wrap, it had real chicken in it but other than that nothing special. The fries were crispy but cooked in grease that was about 2 weeks old. All in all wouldn't waste my time going there again. Would have rather had a cheeseburger from Manheim baseball tournament.

The food is mediocre, and the service is genuinely atrocious. We were treated coldly at the counter, and the table service was slow and rude. Our orders were served at various random times; no two dishes were brought out together. The restrooms were dirty. When my niece (who is 15 months old) started to play with a toy cart that had been placed in the dining room, she was scolded by a waitress. My family is of mixed racial heritage, and I wonder if the color of some of us was a problem for the manager (owner?) and the wait staff. I was appalled and dismayed. I urge you to avoid this unpleasant, unappetizing place.

Pizza is usually a little overly greasy. California burger is always a safe bet and my wife and I enjoy their mozzarella sticks. Service leaves room to be desired. When you order by phone, IF you get one of the young women, you'll be okay. Anyone else? Good luck. The last order I placed the man could barely speak English, didn't understand me and got very pissed when I asked to speak to someone different and kept making me repeat myself. I finally cussed at him after 5 minutes of ordering the same 4 things repetitively and hung up. 10 seconds later my wife called got someone different, and our order was placed in less than 30 seconds. The restaurant is small and dingy. Their delivery service is excellent, however can't be compared to much in the way of delivery in such a small town that doesn't get delivery options. All in all, plenty of room for improvement.

IMHO best place for a cheap meal in manheim. pizza, stromboli, salads, and subs are all great, prices are good, quick service. they have good lunch specials - 5.99 for half a sub, FFs, and a drink - can't beat it. their grilled chicken salad is really good - not the pressed nasty chicken you find at the other, cough (A&M) pizza places in town.
