Nothing exotic about this place, the food sucks big time!! The tandoori chicken is hard as leather. Everytime I eat there I fall sick. They need a new chef, the location, interior and people managing it is good, but the chef is really bad. I don't think he is even qualified to be a cook of a local roadside dhaba. Most of the food is crappy, even tea is tasteless. I don't know how people can eat that stuff. I asked the lady there, did you taste the chicken, she said I am vegetarian, so if they don't taste their own food how can they expect others to eat. I think this place might have some serious health concerns, every time I eat there I get a stomach bug. That's not the case with neighborhood Indian restaurants in the Exton area though. There's a lot of good Indian places to eat in the area, and unfortunately Himalayan is not one of them. They need to improve the food quality or perish!

Finally, another good Indian restaurant in the area. Very reasonable price. Great appetizers. As many varieties as Nala for almost half price! Add this gem to your favorite authentic indian restaurants and you will not be turned down!

Checklist: -Himalayan? Check (as far as I can tell) -Exotic? Check (the scent of cumin punched me in the face upon crossing the threshold from the outside world) -Indian? Check (although I thought they were Himalayan??? Whatever) -Cuisine? Double Check (there is Himalayan and Indian selections after all, if you can tell the difference) Just to educate y'all for a hot second, although there can be quite a few similarities between Himalayan/Nepalese fare and that of the Indian variety... there are distinctions that truly make them stand apart and shine brightly in regards to their own respective sensibilities. Indian food tends to be spicier, with saucier/thicker gravies, and meant to be eaten with bread (naan, roti, chapatti). Nepalese cuisine oft uses their green veggies in stir fried dishes (unlike the Indian pastes), accompany most of their meals with rice as opposed to bread options, and utilize tomatoes as the base of their curries (as opposed to yogurt and coconut milk, as seen with their Indian counterparts). Now enough with the technicalities. No frills with this place; it's a buffet for Christ's sake (chrissakes?? sp). Located in Malvern (or Frazer...), PA no less. Not that Malvern (or Frazer...) isn't a fine town (I enjoy my rides through here on my long @ss monthly commutes from NYC to Lancaster County... being the unrewarded filial obligor that I take great pride in being, as a true showing of loyalty and l**e... which I reflect in most aspects of life, not only family related... despite the lack of appreciation from and by all not sharing my surname or SON music blog administrative credentials). Whoa, a little bit of a non sequitur there huh?... I'm leaving it up though. But as I was previously saying, Malvern ain't the shining city on the mountaintop; however, this joint does add a pleasant and welcome gastronomical experience if you're looking for something different than the stretch of fine American diners from Thorndale to Wynewood. For a bargain, you can partake in diverse offerings of the buffet; there's a mess load of curry (goat was bomb), fried onion petals, paneer, assortment of breads, fish biryani, chana masala, chicken tikka masala... You get what I'm saying. The selection was there (and heavier on the Indian than the Himalayan/Nepalese, if I'm being honest). And everything was super tasty, as is to be expected of Indian inspired cuisine. The heat was brought too; I don't know what the soup was called off the top of my head... but I nearly choked after the first spoonful, immediately admitting defeat and passing the bowl to my brother (I did have a 3-4 hour commute back to Astoria, Queens, NY after this "good-bye, see you next month, son/bro" lunch that my family was having... and I did not want to be uncomfortable on my ride back, if you get what I is sayin'?!). Overall, I would come back here for their offerings. Tasty as eff, a great bargain, and as authentic an Indian buffet you can get in this part of Pennsylvania. Well done Malvern (or Frazer...)... well done.

Don't come here! Seriously! I want it all to myself and am not interested in sharing with all of you :-) Ok kidding aside. Their lunch buffet is very good. There is enough heat to satisfy most people, and it's a quite decent selection including a variety of multiple chicken dishes and even goat curry (very good). The spiced cauliflower was truly excellent. The only thing that was actually disappointing is the mango lassi. A solid value at $10 (weekdays). Often an indian buffet is on the bland side but gladly not the case here. They have a nice mixture of good fresh flavors and a "decent" amount of heat. Not a truly authentic level of spice but at least enough to make it interesting. For an Indian buffet, they certainly merit 4 stars. The food is very good. The service is with a big smile and they are polite and friendly. The bathroom is clean - it could use a bit more style but at least it is very clean and that's important, and reflects what they do in other areas. So enjoy and come here often - I'm sure that I'll be able to find a table when I need :)

Went here tonight. First time. The waitstaff were super friendly. The food was delicious and actually had texture to it compared to other Indian food restaurants I've tried. I do not usually write reviews but I really was happy with the service and overall dining experience. What are you waiting for? Go try it out!

The place is a little worn, but the food is fresh, colorful and seasoned to taste. We enjoyed chicken tikka masala, lamb roganjosh, shrimp nigrini and chicken madras all well executed. One of the best in the area.

Outside, Himalayan is not what one would call "impressive." However, the inside is pleasant, and the staff is extremely friendly. My fiancee and I ordered take-out, and the meal was ready in 25 minutes - relatively quick! The food was great, and cheaper than our old favorite Indian place in Ambler (where we had previously lived), too.

Decided to check our Himalayan because I've been dying for Indian food lately and because I'm staying in the area for a couple of weeks. I was quite impressed! Try this place out. Lunch was great! I ordered naan, samosa, and chicken tikka masala. Take out was quick service-- finished in less than the fifteen minutes I was expecting to wait. I did not expect to get two samosas, but they did arrive in a pair, and steaming hot to boot. The naan filled the car with its wonderful scent, while the chicken tikka masala was pretty normal (however, it did have large chunks of vegetables in it, which was a welcome change from a lot of other sauces, while only contain chicken. I loved that the rice came with peas and carrots (see, I'm eating my veggies!).

This was a great place to eat. It looks strange from the outside, which was the reason I had not gone in, but after reading the reviews I decided to try it. I wasn't disappointed, it was a great experience and I'm definitely going back.

Just THE best Indian food in the area. PERIOD! I would give this place 20 stars if I could! The lunch buffet has to be sold at a lost because it is the most, the best, the most variety, the highest quality Indian food in the area and you can eat as much as you want! The folks that work here have been in the industry and the area for a while, I know them from working at other Indian food restaurants and they are true professionals, great service! If you are not sure you will like Indian food, you should definitely try the lunch buffet because it gives you an opportunity to try many different dishes and flavors. They make an incredible Chicken Tika Masala and Chicken Saagwala!! highly recommended!!

Good food, not the best Indian food I have ever eaten but if you are hungry for spice and curries then you will be happy. Finish with some of the rice pudding with cardamom or the coconut ice cream.

I ate here over a week ago, and my tongue is still tingling from the exorbitant amount of salt rubbed onto the meat and all through the sauces. I'm not exaggerating when I say this. For a week I have been downing bottle upon bottle of water to help my mouth feel normal again. My tongue feels like it has been burned! I'd give 1 star, but the host and waiters were just so darn nice that I can't. Lovely people, ungodly salty food...a shame because it would have been great without it.

We tried this place yesterday for the first time and loved it. I love Indian food and I'm always on the lookout for a good buffet. First of all Indian families coming here to eat is a great sign. I tasted most everything on the buffet and loved them all. Yesterday was 4th of July so I am not sure if they always have a buffet hat huge, or it was because of the holiday. It seems northern Indian is more of my taste because I can't remember liking any other buffet this much. This restaurant is definitely my new favorite! Also I would like to note that one person who gave this place one star and claimed that they use ketchup has not reviewed any other place and did not contribute anything else to yelp. I believe what we see is a competitor badmouthing.

So House Lannister attended a wedding this past weekend, my beloved Cersei's best friend married into the Chandra family. House Chandra surely knows how to throw a party, even inviting people from lands as far as Boston! When I heard that indian food was going to be the main theme, I was somewhat nervous and told my stomach that we can do this!! Heck, I am a Lannister after all. The food was delicious!!! Sadly every other Indian restaurant I go to, the only thing on the menu I can order is the paneer. Not here, the food was off the chart delicious and not spicy at all. Now some people would complain about that, but no fear, you can get it as spicy as you want. This place rocks!!

This is our go-to place for Indian in the 'burbs -- the weekday lunch buffet is a great deal for the price and freshness of the food, plus you can get delicious cups of chai or mango lassi along with your loaded plate of spicy goat curry, saag paneer, samosas, lamb vindaloo... oh, I'm drooling right now just thinking about it. It doesn't hurt that service is also really great and the owner is a sweet, dimpled darling with a kind smile and great memory for his regulars. Now, if I could only get the secret recipe for the gulab jamun dessert...

Every once in a while I get the urge to eat Indian food. Since I don't eat it often enough, buffets are the way to go so I can sample a bunch of different things. Most Indian restaurants in the area are buffets for lunch and this is no exception. But this place doesn't put out just slop out at the buffet but does it right. It's tucked away in a small strip mall in Malvern, I couldn't tell you what else exists in there. The whole are seems dated, but once you walk through the door, it's a clean and inviting restaurant. It seems like it's family run and the service is attentive and reminds me of being at home. The buffet has favorites like chicken tikka masala, but raises the bar over others by offering tandoori chicken, pakoras, and naan! Most places I've been to give you just a basket for naan, but this spot had them up at the food bar so go nuts. The curries are all thick and loaded with ingredients, not skimping on anything. This is why this remains my go-to for Indian. $11 for all you can eat.

Fantastic Indian place; super friendly management. Been going there weekly for years. Love their Pakora Curry and Navaratan Korma; good mango lassi at lunch buffet. My favorite place, the place I take friends to, and the place where the manager always asks how my parents-in-law are doing (they can't dine out anymore, but used to come in regularly).

A friend took us to Himalayan, an Indian buffet in a Malvern shopping center. Their interior's clean, pleasant, and decorated in Indian art. Thankfully - even for a Friday - it wasn't crazy crowded, since we noticed it was a bit warm inside. Himalayan's dishes are as unique as they are lovely. They're the only area buffet with Indo-Chinese selections that I know of. Their noodles were sweet, and my ever favorite chana saag, delish. Everything was restocked often; our party of seven didn't leave hungry. If you like spices, don't forget to toss in a few fresh, hot green peppers to add zest to your meal - and grow hair on your chest! Service picked up plates as we cleared them, and provided a pitcher of water for our table. Their self-serve mango lassi was a surprise, the perfect, sweet ending to calm the fire in our stomachs. Lunch at Himalayan is a steal: $8 for an all-you-can-eat buffet? Pinch me!

I could be wrong here, but Indian food seems like a lot of stews. And $15 for stew is fine so long as it has a lot of big chunks of good meat. I stopped by for take out. The service was very friendly. I ordered Lamb rogin josh and chicken tika masala, saag, and daal (sp), yes all for me, I know, I'm a pig. It tasted good, but I found it a bit expensive for stew which didn't have the aforementioned big meat. And I'm not talking about the chicken, chicken is cheap, there was a bit more chicken. I'm talking lamb. I wanted big lamb. Didn't happen. I'll go here again but I've had better. Note it's byob so bring something. See you all there. Brad

What has happened to my beloved Himalayan? The food has been really inconsistent and seems different lately, within the last few months. We have had more so-so meals there these days than really good ones that left us satisfied. I would have given 3 stars for this update but I found a long black hair in my samosa which is deservedly minus one whole star. I think we need to find a new place.

I had the lunch buffet. There was a pleasingly wide selection of dishes. The base rice was cooked perfectly without being dried out, and had a full smoky flavor. All the dishes were spicier than what I'm used to from an Indian buffet, bordering on the one-dimensional. Naan was good, with a little crispness. At less than $10 per person this is good value.

I had no idea what to expect here. I am a fan of "spice" up on 9 in Newtown Square. The service was prompt but the place was little odd for me. Not bad just maybe unorganized (I did get there early). The surroundings were also a bit, I don't know, upscale Indian. Not bad at all, just very different. I tried their sampler platter to get a good feel for the food. It was tremendous. Ample serving sizes and the bread (I think fried pita) was just cool and tasteful. This turned out to be quite a rewarding experience though they are built for parties of more than one.

First when we see the outside of this place we don't think of going in but if we go in then it's a whole different world. It's simple, elegant and very pleasing. Along with this, the food is good and we liked it. I would recommend to my friends and I will also consider to go again for a casual dinner with family.

We love this place for the lunch buffet, it's a hole in the wall but has amazing food! It is also a pretty cheap lunch given the amount of food they have.

Love this place! I've only been here twice but I've enjoyed the food and service every time. The restaurant feels like a family place where one can have fun and have a long chat. If you're in the area you should definitely go!

I've been to Himalayan a number of times with co-workers for the weekday lunch buffet. It's our favorite place to go even though it's a little out of the way for us. They have no problem accommodating our group of 5-10 people. The buffet itself is delicious. Good selection. Everything is nicely prepared. Stock is kept fresh, and they rotate a couple dishes in and out so it's usually a slightly different experience every time we visit. You will leave feeling like you gained 10 pounds, and I mean that in the best way possible. In terms of ambiance, Himalayan is not going to win any design awards. It feels like they put the place together in the late 80's and then decided to stick with what they had for the foreseeable future. That being said, there's nothing wrong with what they've got going on. It feels homey, and it's always clean. The staff are quite pleasant, and are attentive if you need anything. There isn't much for them to do other than clear dishes and provide drinks, but they do that promptly and happily. The price is perfectly reasonable. Himalayan is a great place to have a nice lunch. No complaints.

Great deal for the lunch buffet, with good food as well. Indian buffets are somewhat sacrilegious to me, but they're still (due to no other choice) a decent sampling of some familiar foods, just made in a more Americanized way. The best way to put this is... Indian buffets are to actual Indian food what American Chinese food is to actual Chinese food. In my mind, at least, that's spot on. Indian buffet food in the US has become an elaborate 9.95 affair, with spreads of food including the requisite samosas, pakoras, rice, naans, subzis (curries), tandoori chicken, and then some. You pretty much know what you're walking into in advance. Even as such, Himalayan does a good job at making fresh, good tasting food, and I'm happy to say that it gets a good rating from me since it isn't that oily greasy mess that I'm accustomed to getting from places of this nature. I ordered a-la-carte a few times as well, since I was headed back home or busy, and the food was bang on, and I really enjoyed it all. I'd really recommend bringing folks by for lunch, since service is good and it's not pricey for the quality of food! Tip: If they have the hot gulab jamun for dessert (the tan colored spheres in the sugar syrup - there's a picture of them in the restaurant pics), get them along with vanilla ice cream. Absolutely divine with a side helping of a cholesterol attack. :) TLDR: Great buffet selection, good food, inexpensive!

Warning: not a review of pizza!! Now about the Himalyan: this review is for the lunch buffet. Admittedly I am not an expert on Indian cuisine but every time I am here the food is very good. A nice variety of veggie and meat dishes including a few staples and some rotating dishes. , Some fairly spicy and others lighter spiced for those that like that. (Nothing really that hot in my eyes.) The service is fairly quick, there is always a table ready for you and they keep a close eye on the food fairly often to ensure it is full and fresh. How much will this lunch cost? I end with the price because to me the fact that it is only $10 is not the reason to come here alone. The food is worth $12-15 easily. But combine this food with a $10 buffet and this is a home run!

My review is based on the lunch buffet, which was far better than average. Three items stick in my memory. First, I've never seen mango lassi in a dispenser, provided with the cost of the lunch. Unlimited lassi might even get my daughter in here. Second, the same is true for masala tea, which was a bit weak. Finally, if you want to lure Bob into any establishment, put out a big 'ol bowl of gulab jamun and say "help yourself!" What about the rest of the food? Above average, with a good selection of veggie and meat dishes. Nary a gristle to be found in my chicken tikka masala. The flavor was good, the decor average Indian hole-in-the-wall, but it was quite clean and bright, and the staff was very attentive to clearing out my plate as I went for seconds...thirds....dessert...more dessert... And all for 8 bucks, which beats the Delaware lunch prices I'm used to. Yay!

I just feel like I need to update this review. I'm a regular here. I average about three times a month for lunch. I just have to say that one of the best things about this place is that they maintain the quality of their food. I know exactly what I'm going to get every time. This is very important to me because not every Indian restaurant in this area is good at that. While some Indian places have some dishes that might be tastier than what this place has, I can honestly say that I've never had a bad item here. Maybe some places are more flavorful in some of their dishes. But the important thing about Himalayan is that they are always well crowded during lunch. This helps them do a better job in keeping the buffet fresh. Also, everyone I've ever taken here who is new to Indian food has come away more of a fan. I think this place is perfect for "first-timers" on the buffet. And there's enough spice to satisfy more experienced fans of Indian flavor. Personal favorites of mine include the Gobi Manchiurian (best I've ever had of this dish), the Chicken Kabob Masala (I've never seen any other restaurant make this particular dish, and it's fantastic), and the Chili Chicken (goes perfectly if eaten on a hot piece of naan). Plus, the owner of this establishment is quite honestly the nicest guy you will ever meet. It's at the point now where he knows my favorite dishes, and if they don't have them on the buffet, he will actually have the cook make some for me. Let's just say I've never left here without having my Gobi Manchurian. Great touch that keeps me coming back. Finally, 8 bucks for a lunch buffet, how can you beat that?

One of the better lunch buffets in the area. The bread is great, they have a spicy cauliflower which is awesome, and for desert a semolina polenta which is really good. They have a good selection as well. If you're in this area and you're craving Indian cuisine, check them out.

The buffet is pretty amazing. The selection is excellent, always spicy (which I personally love), and the mango pudding is pretty much the best dessert ever. If you love spicy and cheap Indian food, you want to eat here.

This is the hidden mecca of amazingly wonderful Indian food in this sleepy town. I attended my best friend's Hindu engagement party, and this place catered to all of their Bollywood-food fantasies. From the chappathi to the amazing melt-in-your-mouth chicken tikka masala, I was literally eyeballing how much would be leftover so I could bring some home to Brooklyn! I'm salivating now! ::sigh:: ::contemplating of driving back 2 1/2 hours for the paneer:: Himalayan provided all the catering necessities to provide enough food for close to 100 guests. The serving plastic trays with the selectionals were absolutely wonderful and sturdy! Pile up your plate!!! If the smell doesn't get you going, the presentation certainly will!

LUNCH BUFFET = BEST VALUE ($7.95 i believe) I'm usually not a fan of buffets because I feel like they can be really risky but Himalayan's is the bomb.com . Unlimited naan? Yes please! And you know how you always want to get Tikka Masala but then feel like you're being boring but then you worry that you might not like what you order as much? Problem solved! Himalayan lunch buffet always has tikka masala so you can have some other stuff and indulge in your tikka masala obsession at the same time! The only reason that there's one star knocked off is that the last time I went the buffet was not as on as it has been in the past but then again I only go when I'm home from college so it could be that I've been on an off-day. Do not be fooled by the shitty shopping center that it's in with the empty KFC/Taco Bell and the sketchy Movies-U-Buy that looks like it probably sells adult movies. This place is a diamond in the rough! And yes the decor is a little tacky and pretty reminiscent of a cheap indian restaurant but the food more than makes up for it and you're there to eat not to look at the stuff on the wall! The people who work there are also really really adorable and eager to please. Solid solid solid solid choice. NOMMMMMMSSSSSSSSSS

The buffet here is fabulous. They have a variety of delicious dishes, both vegetarian and meat-eater friendly. I'm a big fan of Indian food and this has to be one of the best Indian restaurants I've found. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

This was my first experience eating Indian food, and the staff was very helpful with explaining what I was about to consume. Myself and about four others go there about once a month for lunch and there has never been a disappointing experience there! Delicious, yet hard to convince my wife to try it!

Himalayan and Royal India compete for best Indian buffet options in Malvern. Himalayan is quite often packed with IT professionals from the neighboring offices. Common dishes like Chicken Tikka Masala, etc. are done perfectly. As with several other Indian restaurants, their desert choice and execution is poor. All in all, a nice place to satisfy gluttonous hunger for Indian food!

I always try to go to this place at least once a month. Their food here is wonderful and the wait staff are so nice. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door with a smile. Their buffet is the best! Their food is to die for and it always prepared fresh. My favorite items in the buffet are the deep fried items they have. They are really good!!I just got into eatting Indian food last year and I must say I am glad I found this place!!I will continue to be a returning customer.

I HATE this place. And I only use this word because I strongly believe it's appropriate in this situation. Seriously. The food is so salty!!!!!!!! I've been to about 6 or 7 Indian restaurants over a period of about 4 years and I've got to say, this is the worst. The food is WAY too salty and tastes as if it was reheated or stale. The waiter was overly nice and some of the helpers (not exactly busboys because they did serve the food) couldn't speak any English. I had to ask about 5 times for the tamarind sauce before I actually got it. I went with my family. Even my dad said it was awful, and he was the one who chose the place. While their prices are a little lower than our favorite place, Desi Village, their portions are way smaller. The only nice touches worth noting: the special yogurt served with the main course and the candles underneath the entrees to keep them warm. But even with these touches, I wasn't moved. This was my 2nd time there and I believe that they need to put the salt away and make fresh food, or forget it.

This restaurant is a real gem. The lunch buffet is great. I absolutely love the vindaloo - I request a vegetarian vindaloo (which is not on the menu, but they gladly accomodate my request) and ask for it to be made EXTRA spicy. The garlic naan is wonderful, as is the raita. The waiters speak varying degrees of English. I typically speak Spanish when ordering -- it's just easier.

Lunch is definitely ideal to get the most bang for your buck! The weekend spread on the buffet line is much more expansive than during the week, but it's all delicious if your a big curry fan!! With a lot of corporate parks in Malvern/Great Valley, you'll find that there are several Indian/Pakistani Consultants that have moved to this area for contract IT opportunities. This is where they go for lunch either during the week or over the weekend with their families!

It was not easy to find this place tucked away in a strip mall in Malvern but it was worth the trek! Everything on the buffet was hot, fresh and plentiful- and there was a huge selection of different items including many I have never tried before. All of this at the bargain price of $7.50!

I've been there a few times for the takeout buffet. The food has always been good, but I have walked in there a few times and found everything shut down and people napping on the floor (yes, the floor!) I guess they clean up the buffet and then are closed for a couple of hours, but that's not indicated when the doors are wide open and their hours are shown as open....it just makes for an awkward getaway!

I'm going 'middle of the road' on my first take out experience. First off, there is nothing 'exotic' about the place, so the name kinda bugs me - it's an Indian buffet restaurant in a strip mall... not exactly an international adventure. When I picked up my dinner, I was the only customer. As far as the food... samosas & naan were good; chicken tikka was dry to the point I threw it our and just dunked my rice & naan in the sauce. But, 3 star for being the only Indian I've found in the area - and it's promising enough that I'd give it another try.

My wife, friends and I have been dining regularly at Himalayan for about 5 years now and it is one of my favorite Indian restaurants. The staff is consistently friendly, the decor is a step up from many Indian restaurants, and the food ... oooh, the food. The food is just amazing. While they offer a full menu for evenings, we most often visit during their Lunch Buffet (which is all week and weekends). Come Hungry. The buffet consists of warm Naan and Poori, Dosas, Soup (often delicious Coconut), Samosas, and 7 or so vegetarian and meated entrees including Channa Masala, Saag Paneer, Navaratan Korma and others. They also feature Aloo Tiki Chat on the weekends which is spectacular, ringed with crispy heart-shaped fried potatoes with cashews. In the last year they've brought on Pani Puri on the weekends. Delicious Mango Lassi and Chai Tea are offered along with the buffet at no extra charge, as well as salad, fruit and a good variety of Indian desserts and the standard chutneys, which are also superior (we love the mint). I recommend coming early on weekends (they open at 11:30) as this popular place fills up quickly and it's nice to get first dibs at the Korma - am I wrong? Since we started coming we've seen the food get progressively more spicy, which we're thrilled about. They've also expanded the options to enhance the buffet as they've become more successful. The dining room was remodeled about a year ago and the decor is nice. It's rare that we can't find a friend to join us for a trip to the Himalayan - everyone that we've brought there wants to go back. It's clear that the proprietors are dedicated to improving the dining experience and growing their clientle. If they continue as they have this will be no problem. Highly recommended.

My favorite Indian restaurant! I crave their lunch buffet each month, and love the variety of dishes. The vegetarian ones tend to be better than the meat ones, and the bins are usually kept filled. I appreciate the water pitcher left on each table, and the friendly staff. I usually have no idea what I'm eating, but the flavors are wonderful.

India is the birth place of Chicken Tikka Masala and Curries. Indian foods are prepared with a blend of finely mixed spices quite popular across the region. The spices develop the rich taste in Indian food enough to boggle your mind. The ever-increasing fan base of Indian food around the New York city is steadily increasing because of the large number of Indians who traveled to the land of dreams. The Indians also brought their very own vibrant, colorful, and aromatic authentic dishes for the people in the West. While most of the Indian population is Vegetarian, Indian food is great for people who are looking for vegan or vegetarian food option. If you are a Meat lover, don't get disappointed yet. Indian food also boasts of some popular non-vegetarian dishes too. Few examples are the famous Butter Chicken, Mutton Biryani and Tandoori Chicken are enough to satisfy your taste buds.
Indian food has gained reputation all over the world especially in the United States. You can find many places serving the appetizing Indian food across all major cities in the US. India is a diverse country with different food culture originated from different parts of the country. While the Northern region boasts tandoori dishes and korma offering royal taste, the Western Ghats offers sea foods that is made in naturally sweet tender coconut milk. The South Indian food servers a quality of different dishes made from rice accompanied with spicy chutneys, curries and famous sambhar. Also, the Indian sweets are a delight to relish. If you ever want to have a burst of sugar syrup in mouth, don't forget to try few Bengali Sweets. Be it spicy, tangy, or sweet flavor, you can find everything in the Indian cuisine. Be assured that the melody of spices will surely bring delight to you.

(5)Jay N.
The place is a little worn, but the food is fresh, colorful and seasoned to taste. We enjoyed chicken tikka masala, lamb roganjosh, shrimp nigrini and chicken madras all well executed. One of the best in the area.
(4)Nick D.
(4)Gia M.
(4)Andres C.
This was a great place to eat. It looks strange from the outside, which was the reason I had not gone in, but after reading the reviews I decided to try it. I wasn't disappointed, it was a great experience and I'm definitely going back.
(5)Chetan B.
Awesome food. Loved the chai with the Lunch Buffet! Best Indian food in Malvern.
(4)Ira M.
My go to place for Indian food. I love the chicken tikka and garlic naan. Take out for dinner needs twenty minutes.
(4)Ashwin G.
Food is extremely bad. Chicken not cooked... Yuck it is !!! Usually I don't write reviews... I decided to write after eating this junk so that ppl don't eat this crap...
(1)Mutant D.
(5)Brent M.
Good food, not the best Indian food I have ever eaten but if you are hungry for spice and curries then you will be happy. Finish with some of the rice pudding with cardamom or the coconut ice cream.
(4)Laura S.
(2)Jane M.

(5)Milkyway B.
The food is very tasty and beautiful. The staff always smile and are very attentive. By far our favorite Indian restaurant.
(5)Nicole L.
(4)Andrew V.
(4)Randell J.

Pinch me!
(4)Arjan S.
Been there many times for lunch and they consistently have a great lunch time buffet. Good food and great service.
(4)Bradford G.

(2)Michael K.
(4)Peter Y.
(4)Lakshman B.
First when we see the outside of this place we don't think of going in but if we go in then it's a whole different world. It's simple, elegant and very pleasing. Along with this, the food is good and we liked it. I would recommend to my friends and I will also consider to go again for a casual dinner with family.
(4)A W.
We love this place for the lunch buffet, it's a hole in the wall but has amazing food! It is also a pretty cheap lunch given the amount of food they have.
(5)Jessica K.
Love this place! I've only been here twice but I've enjoyed the food and service every time. The restaurant feels like a family place where one can have fun and have a long chat. If you're in the area you should definitely go!
(5)Adams E.

(4)Bob K.
Yay!
(4)Steve S.
(5)Jamison F.
One of the better lunch buffets in the area. The bread is great, they have a spicy cauliflower which is awesome, and for desert a semolina polenta which is really good. They have a good selection as well. If you're in this area and you're craving Indian cuisine, check them out.
(4)Lauren M.
The buffet is pretty amazing. The selection is excellent, always spicy (which I personally love), and the mango pudding is pretty much the best dessert ever. If you love spicy and cheap Indian food, you want to eat here.
(5)shalini s.
I am indian and please read my review very carefully. Please don't go there it's one of the worst place to dine. The quality of food is too worst. I kindly request everybody please don't go there. Americans just don't get it sometimes. Kind request don't go.
(1)Jaclyn L.

(4)Jess I.
The buffet here is fabulous. They have a variety of delicious dishes, both vegetarian and meat-eater friendly. I'm a big fan of Indian food and this has to be one of the best Indian restaurants I've found. The staff is also friendly and helpful.
(5)Kevin C.
This was my first experience eating Indian food, and the staff was very helpful with explaining what I was about to consume. Myself and about four others go there about once a month for lunch and there has never been a disappointing experience there! Delicious, yet hard to convince my wife to try it!
(4)Ravikiran B.
(4)Ashley P.
(5)Laxman M.
Terrible food. Couple of dishes looked exactly the same - just with a different meat / vegetable. Think they use ketchup in a lot of the food. Never again!!!
(1)Sarah T.
(1)Robert W.
(5)Eddie C.
(4)Celia B.
It was not easy to find this place tucked away in a strip mall in Malvern but it was worth the trek! Everything on the buffet was hot, fresh and plentiful- and there was a huge selection of different items including many I have never tried before. All of this at the bargain price of $7.50!
(4)J K.
(3)Ken H.
