    Not bad for a chain restaurant. Get past all the flair they throw at you all over the walls and the food is pretty decent. Drinks are a little pricey, but aren't they always?

    Come for the Margaritas, stay for the service and the food. I'm a big fan of the Cheddar Jack Chicken Mac & Cheese or whatev it's called. It's always good no matter which location. Also, the pomegranate margarita = fabulosity squared. Delish. Cheap. Ah.

    I would give my experience a solid three stars. I rarely eat at Applebees because I really just don't like their menu or the atmosphere but I was meeting a friend and she suggested it. Our server was friendly, though sporadically attentive with drink refills. They weren't extremely busy at that time, so I was surprised that he seemed to be away so often. But he was chatty and tried to be helpful. The one awkward moment was when he made a "starving kids in Africa" joke when I said I didn't want a box for my leftovers. It just hit a little flat for my friend and me. Otherwise, however, he was pleasant and relaxed. The food itself was hit and miss. The French Onion Soup, which I always get at a restaurant if I see it available, was pretty good. I'd suggest it. I can always take more cheese, but in general, it was good. We both ordered the Napa Chicken with herbed potatoes instead of fried ones. All Applebees, for some reason, have this horrible tendency to undercook white onions, then pile them on top of things. I love caramelized onions, but these don't even resemble that. The chicken was a weird combination of overdone and oversauced so it was dry and vaguely sticky. Hopefully that paints a good enough picture for you. The vegetables were all overdone as well, except the poor onions. Perhaps this was just not to my taste, but I was not a fan of the Napa Chicken. However, the atmosphere was good. Not too many loud children, a floor manager (or maybe she's the full-on big kahuna, I'm not sure) who was very kind and attentive to all the guests, and a pretty decent bowl of french onion soup all kind of swirled together into a three star rating.

    Horrible experience. I haven't eaten at an Applebee's in years and now I know why. The evening started pleasant enough, 5 of us arrived and were seated right away. Drink order was taken and brought right to the table. The first kicker was when the server returned to take out app order she sat down. I didn't know she was joining us. So we order two app samplers, cheese dip, 1 soup, and 1 salad. Server puts the order in and returns before the apps are out to get out entree order. One chicken dish, and three burger dishes; all med rare. 7-10 minutes into our apps the entrees come out by another server and a manager. Not only were the fired way too early, every burger was well done. Now being a manager one should notice a table full of food and realize there not ready. No, instead she waits until we cram and combine our apps to set the food down. At one point she says "do you want me to take these back?", really?, so the can spend they're dying days under a heat lamp? No thanks. Now I know why I stay away from this place. Heck I get better food, service, and consistency from diners.

    Great Waitress. Okay here we go last time I was here was a disappointing experience we decided to give this one another shot since it's closer. Started with wife ordering a cup of Clam Chowder had to send it back 2x and we told the waitress to microwave it because it didn't come out hot! Was well under 140 degree limit. Was informed by our waitress that the soup is kept in a soup well! With my knowledge of food service I told her to tell them their well isn't working properly not really safe when serving cold cream soup! Okay so I had their full rack of ribs with their Asian Sweet & Spicy sauce which was more sweet than spicy the wife had their fish and chips which was a huge serving both platters came with fries and coleslaw their fries were good while hot all fries are the coleslaw was different which is what actually made it good! Good size portions for price. Our waitress Coco saves this rating she probably gets 2 of the 3 stars!

    I would give this place a 5 star rating but after the last 6 months, I'm giving it a 2 because the food is actually good. This is the 2nd time we have had to walk out due to no service after 15 minutes of sitting there. We have always been frequent customers with a visit once every 1-2 weeks. One night we had a miserable waitress who was throwing stuff at us including the check. I was in complete shock over this. 2nd time we walked out after 15 minutes of sitting there where no one came over to even greet us and take our order (no drinks). Today would be the last time I'll ever set foot inside this location. We were seated and everyone walked by ignoring us. 15 minutes and not a single person came over to even say "I'll be right with you". Workers were looking over but no one did a single thing except stare or walk by. This has all been within a 6 month time frame. It's unfair as customers to have deal with this and if they truly wanted the business, ignoring the customer would be the last thing on the list. We were ready for order to be placed before we even got in there and we have always been easy going customers. I'm not sure what is going on but this service is unacceptable. Very disappointed!

    Me and my wife went there for our anniversary dinner and it was one of the worst dinner service I ever had at applebee's. We ordered our appetizer and our dinner and about 60 mins later we got our dinner but not our appetizer so we told the manager and he did really care. Then we told the manager that we didn't want it but he still brought it out to us after we ate our dinner and we where full. I never had this kind of service at applebee'e before. I hope it don't happen again.

    Ate here last week for the first time in 5 years. It was incredible. The bar staff while we were waiting for a table was spot on in drink preparation, attention to detail, and quick service. Once we were sat, our wait staff, Corey, perfectly balanced service with space. Top it off with good food, and this Applebees completely rewrote my perception I had previously had of it. Don't get me wrong, this is a chain restaurant with corresponding food, but the great service give it a very solid four star rating.
