Love this place! The best waffle cones and their customer service is good. The only con is they only take cash.

Small, cute hidden gem... Cash only, and the service can be pretty slow because there are usually only two employees there (and it seems that we end up behind people who want to sample everything), but the quality is very good and worth it. Even the soft ice cream (don't call it soft serve!) is real and homemade; the only other time I've experienced that is at a little family creamery, brings back good memories. Everything we have had has been delicious and the portions are really large, so a small cone is a LOT of ice cream. Great little place.

Excellent choice on a hot day or any day for that matter. I chose the root beer Italian ice, and I was thrilled with the taste and consistency. It was like opening a ice cold bottle of old fashioned root beer on a hot summer's day. A little out of the way, but well worth the trip.

Great "homemade" ice cream. Kind of an odd location in the basement, but don't let that deter you. After you have some Wilbur chocolate wash it down with some great ice cream

Greco's offers homemade Italian ices and homemade ice cream on a daily basis. If you're not in the mood to have a scoop of either, they also have sundaes, banana splits, shakes, gelatos, and flurries. Limited seating inside, or there is a small patio to enjoy your cold treats al fresco. They are located in front of the Wilbur Chocolate factory. +homemade Italian ices & ice cream +located in front of Wilbur's

After my attempt to find a parking spot within a mile of The Jigger Shop failed, we checked out this place. They have thick, flavorful ice cream, and their Italian ice was terrific. It was cash only, but not a lot of cash- so I can't complain too much. Lititz has yet to disappoint me.

I seem to recall getting ice cream here a few times, though on my last visit I tried their gelato. As many of the other reviews say, the ice cream selection here is good: both hand dipped and soft serve. They have a nice location just outside of Lititz Springs Park, however I mist admit I prefer the soft serve offered at Freeze and Frizz to here -they were probably quite upset when the store relocated to just next door. Another fair warning, also mentioned in other reviews, this place is cash only. Make it a point to count your change before ordering; they're a tad more expensive here than some of the other parlors around. Closing words of wisdom: their hand dipped is their strong suit, gelato is their shortfall, their smalls are rather large and when it's windy the outside seating is subject to natural debris. It wouldn't be fair pick one place over another without having tried them all so that is what I recommend you do.

Positives: The best ice cream in Lititz by far. Fantastic selection. Negatives: Cash only. They don't take plastic. Very limited seating. The place always smells like bleach or cleaning solution. ......but the ice cream is worth it!

Great ice cream, lots of flavors, friendly service. Yes, every time I've been in this place, the people behind the counter were invariably friendly and courteous. I really don't know what caused "loose change guy" to have a bad experience, but I for one would have borrowed the cash from my girlfriend in the first place rather than expect all those other people in line to be fine with waiting while it was counted out. Just saying. But really, this place has the best ice cream in Lititz.

Slipped downstairs is the ice cream gem of Lititz. Ample scoop size with high quality ice cream with reasonable prices. Grab a scoop and talk a walk to enjoy the town of Lititz.

Clearly this place has forgotten how to make a milkshake. Milkshakes are supposed to be thick and barely able to pull through a straw. Apparently they interpret milkshake very literally, you can shake milk in their milkshakes!!! You are basically paying $6 for some thick milk! I went in here a couple times when I moved to Lititz a couple months ago and it was fantastic. Their milkshakes were some of the best I ever had and the ice cream was out of this world. Even though it was pricier, I would still rather pay the extra couple $$$ for quality ice cream. Until last month... I went in there with my girlfriend and ordered a handmade milkshake twist with rainbow sprinkles ( which is awesome if you've never put sprinkles in a milkshake ). After we get our ice cream we go outside to sit on the tables outside. I take one sip and it was seriously like drinking milk. I go back in and tell the guys at the counter about the problem. The kid / manager( i guess ) tells me that I ordered the wrong milkshake and if I wanted it thick, that I should have specified HANDMADE milkshake and refused to make me another one. Remember this is a $6 milkshake. I quietly leave and drink my sh*tty $6 milk and go home. I swore never to go there again. On the day of the craft festival 7/9/14, we were with friends and they had wanted to go get Grecos Ice Cream. I told them my story and they thought it might just have been a bad night. I bit my tongue and went back to this milk store. I didn't have any cash on me so I had just cleaned out my change jar and counted the exact change of a milkshake, $5.80 and put it all in a bag and marked the bag $5.80 in sharpie. I walk into this milk shop and guess who is at the counter? The same kid that gave me all this guff before ( about 5 8", about 18, chubby brown hair boy with a braves / indians hat on ). So I let all of my friends order before me in case this pompous ass gave me any trouble again. I get to the counter and order a HANDMADE THICK MILKSHAKE ( bc thats how I was incorrect before ) and give him the bag of change. He looks at it and picks it up and proceeds to tell me it will take him over an hour to count the change. KID: ( picks up change and drop it down ) Seriously man?? ME: That's all I have. KID: We can't take this. This is going to take us over an hour to count. ME + FRIENDS: We all counted it and marked it. It's $5.80 exactly. KID: I can't take this. You have a line building up behind you. ME: I have time. NICE LADY BEHIND ME: How much is it?!? KID: $5.80 ( NICE LADY for me and kid hands her the bag of change ) ME: Last time I got a milkshake from you it was watery. I want to make sure its thick this time. KID: Yea i remember you. That's because you didn't order the handmade milkshake. You brought it back in after being outside for an hour. ME: Well that's what I want this time. It was 2 minutes tops. While the kid is probably spitting in my milkshake, I went over and borrowed $6 from my girlfriend and gave the nice lady the cash and took my change back. She shouldn't have to carry a bag of change around just because this kid was being a dick. So back to the story... Milkshake is done. He brings it over to me. I get outside to enjoy this ice cream with my friends. I take one sip and I was gonna flip the picnic table. SERIOUSLY??? It was even more milky than previously. I go back into Greco's... ME: Hey. This shake is milky. ( Open the milkshake and swirl it around so he sees his crappy job ). KID: ( grabs the cup out of my hand and makes me another one, no doubt with more spit and what have you ). ( Comes back with the new milkshake ). KID: Here. I made it as thick as I can. ( Shoves it over the counter, Taunting me with a spoon in my face ). Your gonna need a spoon. ME: No, Im alright ( trying not to just smack his hand out of my face ). KID: ( Shoving his spoon further near me ) No youre not going to be able to eat it without a spoon. ME: I'm alright. This time, if it was more milk than shake, I was going to go back in and hurl this milkshake at the kid and just leave. But it was actually alright in terms of thickness. It was the quality that I was used to from Greco's. Guess I had to make a scene to get the kid to take the time and make a milkshake right. We are all enjoying our ice cream and discussing how much of a prick that kid was. My friends 4 year old kid drops his spoon on the ground and I volunteered to get him one. I go back into the octagon... * 10 minutes had past and I was halfway done with my shake ME: Can I get a spoon? KID: ( smirks like the pompous ass he is ) HA! ( he turns around and grabs me a spoon and shoves it at me. I take it while trying not to grab his throat and pull him across his all-mighty counter. ) CHAPTER 1 ENDS SERIOUSLY!!!! If you see this kid I described and want something other than scooped ice cream, RUN! Or if you feel like testing out his addition skills, go home and get some change.
