Pretty disappointed in this place. I heard great things but during my experience today I definitely didn't experience that. The food was sub-par and out server was extremely rude. Just of all weren't waited on for over 15 minutes. Then once we got our food the waitress never asked us if our food was good or if we need refills or anything. During our dinner the entire wait staff was listening to our conversation as well. Then when we wanted our check we sat there for another 10 minutes then had to finally ask for our check and our waitress was again super rude. Will never go back! If you want decent service don't go here .

This is my first time here and I have to say it's rather enjoyable. Great staff service and I came in during dinner hour (which was very busy, good sign) and was seated right away at the bar since I was eating solo. The food is a little different then I'm used too but one of the best places to eat here in Downtown Lewisburg. Instagram @faithmari Curator @visitsacramento

The restaurant is good! Excellent service, and I mean EXCELLENT!! The food doesn't take long to get as well. Recommended small appetizer, is the Thai barbecue chicken.

Visiting from San Diego, I was a little leery about eating Thai food here, but this place is every bit as good as any Thai restaurant I've ever eaten at, and believe me, there have been plenty. The chicken with cashews ordered at a moderate spice level was absolutely perfect. The drunken noodles with chicken was excellent at a medium hotness. Price is reasonable and the portions are just right. We like to share so I asked for extra plates and the waiter was very accommodating.

Just stepped outside my Thai comfort zone of Pad Thai and had Pad Prig Khing. Fantastic.

Love this place. Panang curry day and night. Drink pours are usually good too. They did change the pad thai dish so a little concerned there. Wife would not reorder.

Had an awesome time here. Booked a table for my birthday and they were very accommodating (we had to add like 2 more table because we had a few extra guests). The tom yum soup is just MMMM! & the summer rolls are amazing, although last visit they seemed of lower quality than normal but maybe it was just an off day. They have very unique menu items & cocktails. Best part: THE PRICES! You cant beat em. Only $4/5 for a huge bowl of soup. Other menu items priced well also. It's ambience is charming & the staff is very friendly. Best place to eat in the area, by far.

Great, spicy Thai food. Good waitress. One slip up (she apologized; not her fault) was that another waitress took my son-in-law's dinner to another table, so his dinner was a few minutes late. Fun ambiance. We'll go again!

Expected a little better based on previous reviews, but it was moderately satisfying. It was very busy, so had to sit at the bar, but they have nice craft brews from the local area. Service was decent. We ordered a lettuce wrap with avocado and they didn't mention they were out of avo, so it was pretty much just lettuce and some noodles. If the peanut sauce that came with it wasn't so good, we probably would have asked for a buck off or something. Mini-thai-samosa like things were really delicious, like little baby veggie pot-pies. Pad see ew was oddly sweet, must just be their recipe, but not our favorite. The Tom Kha soup was good, and has some nice lemon-grass flavor and lots of whole vegetables. Overall, I would recommend John's Asian Cuisine in Danville over this place.

I think I went to Siam on the wrong day. It was absurdly busy, being the beginning of the year, and the restaurant was clearly understaffed. It took forever to get my food and drink order in, and it took even longer for my food to come to my table. By that point, I was about to pass out due to hunger. Unfortunately, the food was only okay, nothing fabulous. I ordered a basic fried rice dish, which game a little too salty and lacking in other meaningful flavors. I suppose that given that it's one of the few Asian options in town, it is popular amongst the locals, but I've had better. I'll probably give the place another chance, but the mediocre food combined with the poor service makes it difficult for me to recommend.

I am so amazed at the transformation and growth this restaurant has accomplished when I was at Bucknell. As a freshman, I remembered enjoying a paper plate of Pad See Ew in their former residence in the modest little blue shack by the train tracks. In their current location, just two doors down, they have more seating (although you should probably reserve ahead of time if you want a nice Friday night dinner), beautiful decor, intimate lighting, chill background music, and wonderful staff members. The ambiance is quite pleasant. There is also a bar in the back with a couple seats. Lunch fare for a dish is around $3-5 cheaper than dinner, but the quality (and quantity) is all the same. I recommend the Tom Yum soup (get a bowl of rice and this is like a meal in itself), Pad See-U, and green curry. You get to choose from chicken or tofu (price included); fish or shrimp (+$2). I usually get fried tofu. Pick from the following spice levels: no spice, mild, moderate, hot, or extra spicy. I learned to just get mild and add more spice from the chili pepper shaker.... don't dare to get extra spicy, you will regret it. As for dessert, for which I never have room for, mango sticky rice is an excellent choice.

Yay! A place for something besides pizza, wings, and pub food in Lewisburg!! I ordered my kids the Thai Chicken skewers because they're picky eaters, and myself the Yellow Curry with chicken...yum, yum, yum!! I will definitely be returning and trying different dishes...perhaps the Green Curry next time?? They lost one star because the pricing was a little steep (I ended up paying about $40 for 1 adult and 2 kids) and the service was a little slow. Next time I will order take out to knock off the cost of beverages and share the entrees.

This was the worst Thai food I've ever experienced. The curry was thin, the food wasn't made to order (waterfall salad), it's not even kind of authentic. Save your money. Avoid this place.

For a Thai resturant in Lewisburg, this is good, period! Had the yellow curry stir fry (mild) and it was tasty and enjoyable. They have a liquior license which makes it easy to go out with friends. Service was reasonable and she answered any questions that we had about the food prep. I will definatly come back.

Siam definitely exceeded my expectations. I'm a big fan of Thai food and after leaving California for central PA I figured I would have a hard time finding a suitable replacement for the Thai restaurants I'm used to. But the dinner we had was very good. We had two entrees, the Panang Curry and the Basil Stir Fry, both with tofu. Both dishes were very large with heaping portions of vegetables. This is the first time when going to a Thai restaurant that my boyfriend and I actually had some leftovers to take home because the portions were so big. Perhaps the ratio between sauce and veggies could be balanced out a bit, but overall I loved what we got. The curry and garlic sauce in the two dishes was very flavorful and tasty. The curry was my favorite. I will definitely be going back here for lunch on my own on a more regular basis. The only other Thai restaurant nearby is John's Asian Cuisine in Danville, which I have gone to several times. It's also good, but Siam gives that place a run for their money and I think Siam's curry might be a bit more thick and flavorful when all is said and done. Siam's dinner prices are a few dollars more than those at John's Asian Cuisine, but not outrageous. Our bill ended up being $27 for two entrees. The atmosphere is definitely a little nicer at Siam and it was busy on a Saturday night, but we did not have to wait for a table. Great place for a date in Lewisburg!

The food is delicious enough to overlook the service. Assuming you get exactly what you order. With that said, I've never been disappointed with the food regardless and the service has been improving over the past year.

Came here for lunch after visiting Bucknell. Before I say anything else, let me say that these guys are moving two doors down in May to a larger (nicer?) building. I think that means they are successful. OK, the current restaurant gets a "zero" for ambiance, which is why I only give them 3 stars. It's downright dingy and small, but not dirty. However, the food is fresh, quality and delicious. On it's own merits, I would give the food 5 stars. I would definitely come here again (or order takeout) and I hope to visit their new restaurant some day.

I've eaten here many, many times now, and I'll certainly continue to go back. The food is solid: soups, curries, and rolls. The service is attentive and kind. Good for lunch or a quick dinner.

This is such a wonderfully tasty addition to Lewisburg. The food is great, the service is good. It's a little small but that's fine. I love getting pad Thai with chicken. They can make certain dishes vegen or vegetarian if you request it. Go there and eat hearty!! Yummm! our children love it. Noodles and chicken? Slam dunk every time. If you have children: the largest table they have seats 4, they have highchairs, no milk for the babies, only juice. BYOB

I've dined here twice now at their new location. It's got great ambiance and the food is great! I've had several dishes on the menu, ordered them spicy, and they were nice and spicy. Fresh ingredients, good service!

Nice clean cozy little restaurant. Pleasant service. Decent portions. Overpriced for the quality of food. With tip we spent $30 for our lunch of two chicken dishes and two teas. Both our dishes (Pad Thai and Red Curry) were way too sweet. Almost tasted like they added sugar to everything. Not like any Thia dishes we've ever eaten. If you have a sweet tooth this is the place for you.

I had the bamboo curry (I think, it was a while ago) and was exceedingly happy. Portions are large, so expect left overs. Hot means hot here, order with that in mind. Call ahead for reservations, I think they only seat ~15 people at a time.

This restaurant has moved down the block since my original post. Place is bigger and nicer--eating in is now an option (besides just takeout). Still yummy food, and everyone in our party of 8 was quite happy with their meals.

From my first Siam Cafe experience: Food: Good. Very good. I only had one dish, so I'm not ready to give the place five stars yet, but I was impressed with what I saw. The veggies were fresh and crisp, the spices were just right, and the food was not too greasy. Atmosphere: Cozy & unpretentious. A nice place to have a meal. Service: I was the only one there, so my experience was probably unusual, but I can say that the owners were very friendly and very accommodating. The wrap up: I foresee going back often.

Vegetarian dishes are delicious, and the place is always busy. This food would stand on its own anywhere, but it's an especially good find in central PA. Pad prik khing, the spring rolls, and massaman curry with tofu are our favorites in particular.
