Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Excellent wood-fired oven pizza! In fact, I believe this is the only wood fired oven pizza in the Lewisburg area! The Bismark pizza is my favorite. Nice Old World Italian atmosphere where the owners come to your table to make sure everything is good. Highly recommended!

We had tried this place when they first opened and the service was awful. We were encouraged to try it again. So we gave it a try. We won't be back. We were seated to a sticky table with barely enough room for all of us. The waitress came and took drink orders and offered to split checks. It's BYOB and they charge you for each glass. We asked for 4 glasses. She brought 5 and charged us for 6. The soda was flat. Had to ask to get it taken off the check and it was still the wrong price. During ordering we asked a few questions, but she assured us that one of the dinners was milk-free. The salad was also ordered milk-free and she assured us the dressing would be fine. The food took forever. She finally brought us a bread basket with a roll cut up in small pieces. Then each dinner arrived. The milk -free dinner had cheese sprinkled over it. We reminded her that is was no cheese and we had to ask her to take it back. She then brought the salad with cheese on it and had to tell her to take it back. All without an apology. The check came with a 20% tip already added and several charges that had to be removed or corrected. No wonder she didn't make any effort. She knew she was getting her tip anyway. We won't be back.

Service is awful. I usually don't mind that sort of thing but aside from it being glacially slow the manager was just offensive and rude. The decent food isn't worth putting up with it. Won't ever go back.

Just got back from a lunch in their new location on market street, and was a little disappointed. It was a quote "soft opening" and you could definitely tell. I was given four menu's to choose from. A wings, sandwich, salad, and entree menu. When I went to order drinks they only had "tap" water with no ice in the store. Also when ordering soft drinks I was given a can of polar, so no refills there. After deciphering the menu, I settled on the chicken parm sandwich. I was with another guest who ordered a sandwich and he was notified it would be 15-20 min to bake the bread. When we finally got our food I was very disappointed in the presentation and lack of chips with the sub. It looked like the food was just thrown on the plate, and looked very plain. I was not able to use my hands for the sandwich and had to resort to knife and fork to eat the sandwich. The actual chicken was ok, a little overcooked, but edible. I hope that they get things together.

UPDATE:: July 4th So, we have been faithful customers for a couple of years now. Like any relationship there are the ups and downs. We've had a lot ups which is why we keep going back. Since moving they put in a brick oven which makes the Stromboli (our FaV) taste inCrEDIBLe! Once again, can't speak highly enough of their bread. I could dive face first in that stuff and die a happy carb-lover. Bring the family!!! They actually have a wonderful space to host larger parties and families. OLD REVIEW:: It's really, really tasty. But the service is really, really bad. Every time I go there, twice now, the guy in the back is battling a heart attack trying to juggle the orders coming in and the lady is running around all harried answering phone and being all things to all people. They have three extra dudes hanging around for delivery who probably need to learn additional skills so as to help out the anxious cook. So, actually, as I was sitting there eating, the dudes started preparing food since they didn't have deliveries. What they REALLY need is a cute chic with a peppy personality to field all of the phone calls and organize so their service wouldn't stink like diaper. I wish the service was as good as their food -- delicious. The bread is fantastic and I've never had a better chicken parmesan sandwich. The pizza is the best I've had in this town and I won't be going anywhere else. The set up is really cluttered, not the best place to take the fam... Order OUT I don't go there for the service, just the food.

Epic Failure!!! I'm not one to complain. I work in retail and deal with morons every day, but in those cases it's from customers. This case is from the owner/operator of this "establishment". To make a long story short, I went to pick up my order I placed over the phone. Upon arrival I was questioned as to what I ordered for the one cheese steak sub. Both employees had not the slightest clue as to what kind of sub I was talking about. I had to physically show them off their very own menu. After the owner (I'm assuming) threw a fit suited for most 3 year olds about not knowing what was on his own menu, he proceeded to say "Happy f***ing New Year, I'm f***ing done, no more f***ing orders tonight". He didn't say those words directly to me. They were in the back of the kitchen but they were definitely made loud enough for me to hear. Beyond disappointed is all I can say. I get home and the cheese steak sub with additional toppings, has no cheese steak. Zero... I shredded the Mancinis menu upon my arrival home...

The last thing this town needed was another pizza place, but given that several of the venerable institutions are awful, Mancini's was just about the best upon opening. The restaurant has a bit of an identity crisis. For the most part it is a pizza joint for take out and delivery. However they also have about 3 tables and broadish selection of hot subs and some traditional American-italian dishes. The pizza while straightforward by standards of anyone who has ever left this part of the state, is pretty good for central PA. The only other items we have tried are canolli they made in house with their own pumpkin filling. It seems to me they really want to be an adventurous place in a traditional restaurant building rather than a limited menu in a converted Rita's stand. The staff is very friendly, especially towards children. We have however arrived for take out once to find that our pizza was not even assembled, much less in the oven. The staff seems to still be getting a handle on the logistics of running a kitchen.
