Fantastic! We had Sunday breakfast. The waitress welcomed us to PA. Spanish omelette (YUM), breakfast bagel sandwich was a perfect size for a lite appetite. My fiber hungry father in law enjoyed his oatmeal with raisins.

A cute little family-owned diner-like restaurant that's perfect for post-church brunch. With only about 10 to 12 tables, this place is teeny tiny, so it's essential that you're in and out. Although I didn't feel rushed through my meal, I think it's courteous to eat quickly, as a line begins to form at the door just before noon. My breakfast was amazing. Sunny side up eggs, bacon, a pancake, and home fries really hit the spot! The prices are great (breakfast for 3 under $25!), and on Monday through Friday, they have really great breakfast specials until 11AM. Just a strange fluke, the ketchup had jelly mixed in with it, and it almost ruined our whole meals! But the waitress was very apologetic and offered us new food. Thankfully, we were able to clean the contaminated ketchup off of our plates and food and still enjoy the meal! My only true complaint is that the coffee is terrible. Kind of a let down, considering this is a breakfast joint! Also, they accept cash only, and the closest ATM is at the Blue Dog a few doors down the strip mall. The waitress was sweet as pie and my friends and I really enjoyed ourselves. I will be back!!

Never have I felt so unwelcome. Growing up this used to be the best place for breakfast. Boy did it go down hill over the years. I came here for my son's birthday with 2 infants. First walking in its small. All the tables are pushed together. There is barely any room to walk. We were welcomed with dirty looks by the employee because we had to move the tables together. Both my babies needed a high hair and the weirdest thing is that they only had one! That looks like it haven't been cleaned in years. The staff wear their pajamas to work. Food was good though but everything leading up to it doesn't seem worth. Take out seems like the best option if I really want

I've eaten here a few times and I can't think of anything good to say about this place. It's dirty, the service is awful, the food is mediocre at best and the people that work there are so rude. I can say I will never eat here again. I will stick with tigers in blue bell....so much better.

Great little gem for breakfast, Sally and the other waitresses are so nice... back of house could use some work, cooked are arrogant and talk back to waitresses and gave me a dirty look when getting dishes from behind bar.

I've gone here twice with my Mom, who lives in the area, and we've generally been happy with the food. The 4 egg omelette's are a great value and the prices in general are extremely low given the quality of the food. Its not gourmet, but it good classic dinner food at dirt-cheap prices. Our only qualm is that both times we've gone the coffee has been so watered down as to be almost undrinkable. If you read this Yanni's, I'd rather you charged us a bit more and made stronger/higher quality coffee!

Its OK when you still have your eyes closed after not sleeping much at night. Otherwise the place is seriously run down. Food is on heavy and bland side. Comfort and ammenities are next to non-existent.

This place is the weirdest. My dad and I came here for breakfast the other day and the whole place had an air of lethargy, like the entire staff had been heavily sedated. My dad ordered eggs and bacon and I ordered the Texas style French toast. When the plates came out I felt an overwhelming sense of... how shall I put it? Despair mixed with suspicion? Yeah, that's it. My "Texas style" French toast was the least Texas-style anything I have ever seen. It was obvious that it had been made from a couple slices of Sara Lee dunked in a vat of artificial egg white replacer. It was an ominous gray color, with very little texture or taste. The three small pieces of flat, tragic bread were just sitting there on the plate like slabs of rotting meat. No powdered sugar, no fruit, no nothing to adorn this travesty of egg and bread. My dad's meal was just as bemusing. The eggs and the bacon came on separate plates, for reasons unknown to God or man, and the result was that of looking at a single dead whale floating in the middle of the Pacific ocean. The vast white expanse of each plate surrounded a tiny, deflated pile of eggs and two damp slices of bacon. Overall, I felt it was the kind of meal I could have whipped up at 3am, pantsless, after a long conversation with my good friend Jack Daniels. Sure, it was cheap, but why would I take the trouble to leave my house for a meal that a 3-year-old could have prepared with stale ingredients? The only reason Yanni's gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because I was graciously and miraculously spared the explosive diarrhea I fully expected after eating here.

Home of the $5.25 eggs benedict! There aren't many places you can go to these days and pay $20 for breakfast for 3. Yanni is the perfect little diner to get your breakfast fix. Yes, I am fully aware that most of their clients are over the age of 65 but maybe we need to follow in their footsteps because they're on to something good here. We ate French Toast, 3 Eggs O'Brian (which is like a western omelet + home fries all scrambled up) & Eggs Benedict. The french toast was kinda mushy, like the way you might make it but not soggy - in other words, perfect. The 3 eggs o'brian turned out to be a favorite that I had to fight off my sisters to be able to eat my own dish. The eggs benedict is a solid EB and given the price, it's surely worth it.

This is easily the best spot in Montco to start a road trip. Some people say ponzios but those people don't know what they're talking about. Good breakfast...Wayne Simmonds!

In the past 2-1/2 years I've been a regular once or twice a week for lunch, and maybe breakfast with my wife. This is a neighborhood "diner" that is NOT open for dinner. It is frequented by local residents and business lunchers who seek good, traditional and plentiful food (half for take-away for dinner or tomorrow's lunch!) for very reasonable prices. It may be a bit on the "used" side but my eating space has always been clean and the facilities were spruced up in 2012 with new booth seats, counter chairs and other repairs and upgrades. The staff are invariably friendly, and the atmosphere is home-like, kinda like a "Cheers" without alcohol. While I must agree with Jeff F. that the coffee is Yanni's weak spot, it won't keep me away. If you want a romantic atmosphere, ambiance, gourmet food, gentle-folk dressed in finery, or even the decor of a Burger King, forget it. If you want to eat excellent quality food in large-take-some-home quantities at rock bottom prices, and appreciate being remembered when you walk in and have your ice tea (extra lemon) on the way without having to ask, then this is your place. BTW, the Greek salad and French fries are to kill for...the best anywhere. Four out of five. I'll give them 5 out of 5 if they ever get badly needed new menus.

Great for a fast, cheap breakfast or lunch. Expect your typical breakfast/ lunch diner fare. I went there with a few friends last week and we had a good breakfast. The fruit cup on the menu was a bowl of fresh strawberries and blueberries which was a great surprise. Certainly not gourmet, but a great value for the price.

Place is dirty. Service was slow. There is complete disregard for expediency of any kind. Our food was not that bad once we got it but I wouldn't go back due to the dirtiness of the place. Bathroom was especially scary.

Good diner, people are very nice there. I had a very good, not great, western omelet. Good place to go right before S.A.T.'s if you are taking them at NPHS.

Took a while to get service since place was packed for breakfast, but wait staff is very friendly. Food wasn't outstanding, but it was just right and hit the spot.
