Andrea was awesome, extremely friendly and personable! Made my day stopping in. I haven't gotten one incorrect order yet. I am definitely more than satisfied with this location. Almost passed it though! They make my coffee, which isn't all that easy, with 4 splendas, caramel swirl and skim - perfect every single time!

Since new ownership took over the service has been very very slow. If there is a line of 3 or more people I go somewhere else! I agree with others they need a drive through as well or a total new location. Worst dunkin donuts in the area by far!

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese begal sandwich, the begal was hard as a rock, the bacon was like rubber, the egg was like rubber....this DD sucks compared to others.

This DD is one of the better ones in the area, (or at least I thought) but unfortunately, that isn't saying much. As with most DD, you have an entire staff made up of Indians complete with those brash, hard-to-understand accents, and the usual lack of care for customer service. They just don't care and they will serve anything. ANY-THING! Like,, yeah, I won't notice that you hit the wrong flavors on the first 2 pumps... Or that you totally decided not to add milk or cream or sugar or whatever else you felt like wasn't necessary. Or that you forgot to add until it was complete and then you just didnt feel like fixing... There is one guy, Joe? who is the exception to this, but he has not been around the past few weeks when I went in. He was the type to learn your order and have it exactly right, but without him.. this place is a bust, a bad one. Joe may be gone forever... RIP Joe! How frickin' hard is it to make an iced coffee with sweet caramel instead of sugar???? The last time I ordered it, it was so bad I turned around and went right back in. There was no cream in my drink...we went over how to make it.. Perhaps the guy doesn't speak english? I don't know what to think...grrrr Rather than starting over, they tried to pour some out and add cream and..... it sucked. So the next time I tried my usual Caramel latte.. did not taste right again... horrible! and a waste of 5$ I am beginning to think I need to open my own DD just so I can get it right! Maybe I will hit Costco and try to buy DD coffee blend and start making it at home.. I dunno what else to do?!? Also, while I was here last, some guy came in and ordered a Tuna sandwich.. Really?!!? who the heck eats a sandwich from DD? Is there something wrong with your brain? At 4.49 it sure ain't cheap either. You could get incredible Tuna around the corner at 2FG for comparable price that will blow that away... Ok seriously are you all with me? I am really thinking about opening a bangin coffee spot around Rte 309 / broad street area... Would you come by if I could get your drinks right and offer bangin coffee? I mean doing it right like.. home roasted.... real espresso machines, not that auto crap..etc.. organic flavors.. lite flavors without sugar and no artificial sweeteners.. etc etc.. Who's down!? If you read this and you would come.. and ur sick of the poor service out there.. msg me! We can get this going! DD I've had it...you are goin down! :)

This is my favorite DD to go to in the area. I usually go in with my daughter before I take her to school in the morning. They always give her 2-3 free munchkin donuts while we wait in line. They move very quickly and always double check to make sure my order is correct.
