10/10 would recommend the service here. While they take a bit longer with each customer, I'd say being treated well is worth the wait. The staff member went the extra mile to offer topping off my mash with gravy when she was ringing me up. And with fast food prices, you wouldn't expect your food to be brought to your table but I was pleasantly surprised. As for the food itself, you can't go wrong with the rotisserie, but I'm a real sucker for Boston Market's meatloaf. The veggies are all overcooked but you don't come here for the greens. But you already know that the real star of every Boston Market meal is that sweet, golden cornbread. I could eat that stuff for days on end. tl;dr Service is great. Comfort food at it's best. Corn. Bread.

I was craving turkey for some strange reason so we decided to head to Boston Market. There were four of us and each one of us had a different individual meal. BM back in the early 90's was pretty good, but I haven't been there since--until today. Sad to say, I was very disappointed. My turkey meal included two sides, and seeing the pitiful looking sides in their serving trays through the glass made it hard to pick one let alone two. They didn't look fresh or appealing at all except for the baked apples. The turkey was dry and flavorless, the dressing needed seasoning but was tolerable, and the creamed spinach was pretty good. I sampled the loaded mashed potatoes from another's meal, and they were very good. For the price, I expected the BM of the early 90's. This wasn't even close, and for the two items I thought were good, I could make them myself at home. Needless to say, we won't be back unless they bring back the quality they had back in the day.

Used to Love Boston Market...years ago. We were really surprised on a recent visit that some sides are considered "premium" and cost extra, even though they're the exact same sides they've always had. Two meals cost us over $30. Was a great restaurant, but not anymore. We won't be back.

I love Boston Market food because it reminds me of good ole home cookin', but this isn't like the rest. The food is decent but getting pricey, not sure if it's just the economy though. People who work there are very pleasant though and even wait the tables despite it being just a fast food establishment.

Others reviews are overly critical, I think. We've been here a few times in the past few months. First time we got a family chicken dinner for 4, which was really good. We loved the chicken and the sides were OK, especially the mashed potatoes and baked beans. We've also stopped here to pick up lunch a few times -- always 2 chicken caesar salads and a sandwich to go. The BBQ chicken sliders are a bargain -- $2.70 less than the sandwich. The salads are much better than other local take-out options. We may arrive too early for the staff, but it seems like the young black guy is the only one who's really on the ball.
