I debated between 4 and 5 starts and finally decided that this franchise was (as the Yelp legend says) "as good as it gets" for a fast-food place. We visited twice in the same week, both after fun, long days at Sesame Place (see my separate review for that). We had never been to a Chik-Fil-A before, and this place had everything you'd want from a so-called quick service restaurant. Fast, friendly service. On one of the days, the person who took our order even volunteered to bring our food to our table. Our orders never took longer than 3-5 minutes. Delicious fresh food. The chicken nuggets and strips looked like they were made out of chicken (as opposed to the mystery meat inside McDonalds nuggets). Both the grilled and fried chicken sandwiches were tasty, complemented with fresh condiments, and generously sized. The milkshakes were topped with whipped cream from the kind of bottle you'd get at your local supermarket. The lemonade and sweet tea were fresh squeezed/brewed. Immaculate eating areas and restrooms. We especially appreciated this since we had to change some of the kids out of their swimming gear into normal attire. Comfortable, friendly environment, complete with a bulletin board featuring pictures and names for the staff -- and well-deserved kudos from customers. The air conditioner was set just right to counter the muggy Philadelphia summer weather. If all of the Chik-Fil-A locations are as bright and shining and tasty as this one, this is now our favorite national fast food chain. Yes, even better than (gasp) In-N-Out Burger.

Chick-Fil-A has great chicken sandwiches, nuggets and waffle fries. This restaurant stands apart as it is very well run - the staff is always friendly, lines move quickly (both drive-thru and inside the restaurant) and it is very clean. If you eat in, you'll likely see a staff member bringing food to customers, offering re-fills or seeing if anyone needs anything, This restaurant is closed on Sundays.

The only fast food restaurant I will deign to eat at, this one in particular is especially clean, with fast and courteous service

Had the best service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. The cashier was very friendly and someone came by and picked up our tray when we were finished and asked us if we wanted a refill on our drink. The decor is really nice and very clean. And of course the food was delicious.

Not one to rate places like this but when it come to my child it matters to give warning. I was in the area with my family for the day visiting Sesame Place. We left the park for lunch to go to chick-fil-a. In the past ,before my daughter was born, my wife and I had great experience at one of the locations in Oceanside, CA. My daughter has a peanut allergy and this was her 1st time going to eat here. We walked in and asked the cashier taking our order if they used peanut oil to fry any of their food. The cashier looked confused at first and after a few minutes responded "no we only use canola oil". I replayed "o okay I was just checking because my daughter has a peanut allergy". She then turns to a fellow employee (I'm guessing a supervisor or manager because they where changing out cash drawers) and ask about the oil and the other employee just confirm what the first employee told me. We all order our food and then I notice on the menu board a small disclaimer that all breaded chicken is fried in peanut oil. I question the cashier about this new discovery and she just replied, " O yeah um well you could just order the grilled chicken." At this point I walked out in disbelief that they would take a potential serious situation so lighthearted. After doing some research I found out they use 100% refined peanut oil which would not cause a reaction. The staff at this location near a kids theme park needs to know this. Not knowing something like this makes me wonder what other short coming they may have when it comes to preparing food.

I love this place. Great friendly service. Management is always trying to improve upon what is already an excellent restaurant.

Perfect always! The food is always spot on and nice and hot. This is REAL chicken. Puts McNuggets to shame. Always order then #1 and a Coke. So yummy! Is this really fast food? They treat you so nice here. Very well staffed and polite! They usally have real flowers on the table. Everything is very clean and well kept. I'll say it again... is this really fast food? 5 well deserved stars from me! Wish they were open Sundays.

Chik-Fil-A makes the best chicken sandwiches in the world. Hands down. My only complaint? I can't have just ONE sandwich. That perfect mix of crispy coating, tender juicy breast meat, and the toasted bun with just a faintest kiss of buttery goodness just drives me over the edge!!! Sometimes I get the combo meal (w/ fries and a drink) and a side order of chicken sandwich. Now THAT'S living! oh, another complaint is that my doctor says I have Type II diabetes and a blocked artery from a fatty diet. But I guess that's more a complaint about my stupid doctor than Chik-Fil-A I recommend that everyone experience Chik-Fil-A at least once in their life. Unless you're not Christian. They hate those people.

As another has posted , there has been a major improvement at this location ( which is the 1st of such I have ever seen in the area ) a dual lane drive thru, by doing so those who just want to grab and go can do so in minutes versus 1/4 of an hour as in some fast food restaurants. And to make it all the better this is good fast food, they do have a limited selection but what they do offer is very, very good. If your in the area this is a go to spot.

This is the best Chick-filet-A location. Even when the drive through like is long it moves quickly. The drive through gets your order right and your condiments too. The chicken sandwiches are the best. Their new cheese sauce is yummy! I love the refill lady if you are eating inside. Every single employee is professional, smiling, and efficient. Chick filet could only improve if they changed their views on love. Their views on the gay population make me feel guilty about enjoying my sandwich so much.

I wish I could give this Chick-fil-A a higher review. I really do. But my reviews of food establishments come down to one thing: the food. And this Chick-fil-A just doesn't deliver. I LOVE Chick-fil-A. I've loved it since I was a little kid. I was so excited when this location opened up, because it meant I didn't have to go inside Oxford Valley Mall to get my fix. However, every time I've been to this location (and I've been plenty of times), I've always left disappointed. The staff is very friendly, which is typical of Chick-fil-A. The customer service is exemplary. The food is not. Every single time, my fries have been oily, soggy messes. One of the best things about Chick-fil-A is biting into a fresh, crisp, golden waffle fry. I've never had that experience here. The chicken is similarly soggy. The Chick-n-Minis, my favorite breakfast item, which are chicken nuggets on miniature buttered rolls, are never good. The bread is always chewy, sometimes downright stale. I live five minutes from this location and now, when I want to get my chicken fix, travel to the CFA on Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia. Much better, and service is still with a smile.

This chick fil a is amazing! Immaculately clean, American employees and very, very welcoming. The parking is a bit annoying and the drive thru can be confusing if it's your first time visiting, but that's all the more reason to go inside and enjoy! I would never choose a McDonald's or BK over a clean, healthy (-ier) and friendly place like this!

How do their employees always have a smile on their faces? How do they manage to so quickly process such huge lines? These are mysteries I am unable to answer. Their food is good, the place (including bathrooms) are clean, I can't complain.

By FAR the best fast food experience I have ever had. Chick FiL as in general are good, but this one is the most efficiently ran place I have ever seen. Everyone was so hospitable and polite, and my food came out unbelievably fast. Like, they just handed me back my credit card and it was placed right in front of me FAST. Extra points for helping me to my table as I struggled with a toddler and baby. Jasmine was great even though it looked like she was training. A+++ in my book.
