The sushi is fresh and delicious. There are also options for people who don't like sushi or sashimi as well. Ambiance is nice, comfortable, and clean. Would be better if they served alcohol, but you can bring your own.

You could have a great time here for a good price if you bring your own wine or beer. The all you can eat deal is a good one if you can eat about 4 rolls. Be careful with your ordering though or they will charge you for being wasteful! The Tokyo roll was my favorite.

Great place to come for a quick sushi fix. I come here to get my standard... avocado rolls and a mochi ice cream (the folks always get salmon roll or tempura roll) Pretty cheap and they are really quick. Nothing fancy here ... but decent food. I have never eaten in .... just do take out here. It always seems kind of empty when I come and the staff are always friendly .. It's always a pleasure to have a reliable sushi place near your home, where you can grab some sushi to go and this is where I go ! I also recommend trying one of their guava candies at the cashier ... so good ; ) Oo the little pleasures ....

We tried the AYCE on two occasions. Both times the fish to rice ratio was way off. After a few pieces, I was full and finished eating. Stuffed from the ridiculously excessive amount of rice. Spending $20+ bucks on a couple pieces of sushi is a joke. It's a bummer, because everything tasted great. We gave this place two tries - we won't be returning.

A nice place but expensive. They don't help you understand what you are ordering. They just want to have you order and be done. If you want a soda they give you a can, which cost over $1. The location is hidden. There was only 2 other people there which was around 2pm on a sunday.

One of my favorite restaurants in Lancaster. Prompt friendly service and good fresh food.

I stopped in for lunch and had the maki combo. The rolls were great. They were nice and cool. (I don't like when they are warm or room temp.) the service was great and it was very reasonably priced.

This place has went down a notch for me. It is still good but the sushi chef seems sick the last 3 times I have been there and it is a huge turnoff.

We were kind of new to Sashima and Sushi when we encountered Sushi One on Fruitville Pike in Manheim Township, PA. It is now our favorite restaurant of any kind. Once every two weeks, we grab a bottle of dry Reisling and head over. The Clipper Magazine usually has coupons for $5 off, but we would be eating there regardless. Our favorites are the Jersey Roll, and anything which includes shrimp tempura. Our friends who still do not indulge in Sushi spoke highly of the Chinese style entrees. The service is quick and non intrusive unless they are very crowded, then, of course, everything slows down. Don't miss the best Sushi in Lancaster County, PA.

Less than average service. Pretty average sushi fare. I am not from this area but if I do come back I won't come here for sushi again.
(2)Jamie S.
The owner is rude and the staff is the same way we have decided to take our business elsewhere. It is a shame because the food is actually quite good but the service casts a black cloud on anything that is good in this place. My suggestion is find a better sushi place unless you want plates dropped in front of you, nasty stares and attitudes like you wouldn't believe!! I can't believe a place a place could run like this!!!

I've been to a few sushi places. This is...by far...my absolute fave. GREAT sushi...AUCE option...BYOB...just all around fresh wonderful delicious sushi. Great grub...good prices...grab some sushi here if you haven't already...

This was my first time here and it was Great. The lunch specail is so cheap and all the sushi was perfect

Used to come here all the time until I realized there were much better (and less deceiving) places for sushi elsewhere. Their rice to fish ratio is definitely skewed and they don't communicate on their menus how many pieces are in a single roll. Some may have 4, and others maybe like 7. So when I got the AYCE and ordered some special rolls, I ended up with literally a boat-full of sushi that they expected me to finish by myself or else I'll end up being charged a dollar per piece. It's definitely a deceiving business practice on their part because they were perfectly aware that it wasn't physically possible for anyone to consumer the entire thing (the serving was literally enough for a part of 5-6 people!). Since then, I stopped going there and got my sushi fix elsewhere.

Consistently good take out sushi.

It's an attractive restaurant and the food is good. But on the occasion that we were there, the service was not so great. There were three of us in the middle of the afternoon and we were the only party. Slow service when you're the only party is not a good sign. Our appetizers came at quite different times and there was no cutlery on the table. A minute is a long time when your food is hot and in front of you and you have nothing to eat it with. The late appetizer was followed almost immediately by the main course, which sat cooling as the guest finished his appetizer.

Great sushi place! Have taken out sushi here many times and am always satisfied by the quality and price. Their number is on my phone and you can order from their website if so inclined. I've been very impressed when dining in, the presentation was fantastic but was overshadowed by the delicious sushi and sashimi. Very highly recommend this place. I get sushi here a couple times a month.

UPDATE: IF YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI EVERYDAY AVAILABLE, THEN DON'T STARE RUDELY AT US WHILE WE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DEAL!! IT FEELS SO UNCOMFORTABLE FOR US WHEN THEY GIVE US EVIL STARES ALL THROUGHOUT THE MEAL. So rude that I had to write in caps. Oh, and the sushi to rice ratio got bumped up big time. We're going to back to Tokyo Diner!!!

On a business trip in the area and really craved for sushi. I took one's tip and ordered out. Delivery was less then 30 min and it came with ice to keep the sushi cold- very nice. I had seaweed salad, Salmon nigiri, spicy tuna, and one of their specials- Rock and Roll (Crabstick, Cucumber & Avocado wrapped w.Salmon, Tuna & Eel). The sushi was really fresh and good. Seaweed salad was average. They have coupons online but they don't apply for delivery/ lunch. Overall solid 4 starts food wise.

Definitely delish! I'm a big sushi fan, and this place has a great balance of price to quality ratio. Traditionally, I would hesitat on "all you can eat" anything, because it puts a picture of overweight slips feasting in a trough of mediocre starches and fried fat, but the never-ending sushi here is fresh, non Buffet styled and the choices are incredible! If you are a normal "specialty roll" kind of person ( and who doesn't enjoy the over-priced saucy ones every now and then?) then this deal is a total bargain! For average maki rolls, you have to order 5-6 rolls to make the $26 per person a value, but mixing nigiri, special rolls, and "normal" maki rolls, makes the price just right! I didn't have any of the entrees but I will definitely return to try everything else!
(5)Sean F.
We both did the AYCE...because we were starved. Probably worth it but be careful if you don't finish your last rolls - they charge a buck a piece if you leave it or take away. Will say that it's pretty good though, had four specialty rolls each which are likely around $9 each these days.

New sushi place in Lancaster which is featuring a $1 per piece sushi/sashmi special that I could not pass up. Portions for nigiri were huge and the fish was quiet lean and fresh. They also have lunch (2 rolls for $8 or three rolls for $10) and dinner specials. The eel and spicy rolls were very tasty however my salmon roll was very fatty and unappealing. It was suprising because all the other salmon items were great, just one lazy roll in there I guess, the only reason why only 3 stars were given instead of 4, honestly between the menu, service and clean decor it was top notch otherwise.

sushi is pretty much, eh, they were great when they opened, now not so much I have had increasingly less and less quality everytime i get food here, used to be 5 stars japanese restaurant in lancaster, in my book, now... it's good if you want japanese from carryoutcourier.

What a great time this was. Despite some early trepidations over dining room size and so-called reputation of some of our members (Central PA Sushi Meetup), the staff at SushiOne really stepped up their game tonight. The staff was eager to please and the sushi was delivered in a reasonable amount of time considering our group size (17). One of the popular items on the menu that night was a customizable sushi platter where you picked the sushi you wanted on the platter and was only $30. This is the first I've ever seen it done like that compared to how most places have their "Love Boat" where you need to guess what you're trying. I was also surprised when Liu (SushiOne's host) let me know that they were going to give us free dessert of fried bananas (with lots of whip cream) ON THE HOUSE. It was agreed that even though SushiOne is small in stature and simple in decor that we WOULD be coming back here in the future. It is a great value for your dollar. Also, as with many sushi places, this place is BYOB.

This place, #SUSHIONE is a hidden treasure! I saw the "open sign" flashing & my stomach said yes please however here is the kicker. It was 10:30 PM and they close at 10:00 PM. I thought someone forgot to turn off the light but just in case I'm going to call. I'm so glad I did. They do close at 10:00 (11:00 AM-10:00 PM Sunday-Thursday & 11:00 am-10:30PM Friday-Saturday) however customers had a party tonight and since some of the guest were still there they stayed open for other customers (like me, lol). Most places close the doors at said closing time and start the closing clean up while working around patrons. Not them, they stay open. After he took my order, I turned around & drove back to pick up my order. If you like sushi and have not been here yet, you do not know what you've been missing out on! The owners & employees are really nice & genuine! Make sure you come try this place out & pass this hidden gem on to family & friends they will thank you for it. Walk in or reservations. B.Y.O.B. Great sushi, great environment & great employees can't ask for more than that! If you chose to you have a party at Sushi One give them a call to make reservations. (Parties get 10% off the total of your bill). They chose to remain open and it got my attention. They stayed open, got more business have gained a new customer! Shout out to my 2 Italians guys that walked me to the door, thank you. Also for letting 1 of the owners know I was your cousin so he'd give me a discount, every penny saved counts! They told me "5 years living here and I haven't ate sushi at any other place & I never will!" Lancaster county has a lot of places to jump around & eat at. 2 guys eating at the same place for 5 years... I think that speaks magnitudes about SUSHI ONE! The food, atmosphere & employees! Next time I will be sure to show up before closing and I'll be dining in with my hubby! *** I referred to it as a hidden gem because It is kinda hard to see from the road (Fruitville Pike). I've never noticed it before & I am sure there are others as well. It's across the street from Kmart in the little strip shopping mall. (Little Ceasers Pizza, used book store are what I can remember seeing).

I have eaten at a lot of sushi restaurants over the years and this one is definitely one of the best! I have never had a bad meal. The sushi is fresh and served in nice sized pieces. They offer creative yummy new sushi rolls as specials. The presentation on sushi boats is always nice with a fresh flower and other decorative touches. Staff is friendly and accommodating. BYOB.

I'm from California where sushi is the best. I can def. say this place is up there. Quality Rolls
(5)Nicky W.
The food was great, atmosphere nice. The main problem was the service. We ordered the love boat and asked what could be on it. We were told specialty rolls were okay. So we ordered some. Once we finished, it was more expensive than it should be. When we asked why, apparently specialty rolls were not included in the price. The staff did not apologize for the confusion, just basically said they thought they explained it. When they did not. They only explained to us AFTER the bill came. Poor communication skills, poor service in general. Food is great like previously stated, but if the staff can't even communicate what's in an entree, then it's not worth going unless you have a really fat wallet.
(2)Sarah K.
Still the best place for sushi. For the price, you get a lot if you go for their combo deals. The AYCE isn't bad either. The fish to rice ratio is good. The owner is very friendly and nice. Gave us some edema as it was a wait to get our food.
(5)Dan O.
Have been there twice. First time was excellent. Second time was a huge disappointment. Went in on a Sat night and it was reasonably crowded. After ordering we proceeded to wait and wait and wait. We saw people come in, get seated, order, eat, and leave and we still had nothing. When we asked about our order we were told it would be right out. Another 20 mins went by and nothing. So we up and left. Anybody who goes out knows that orders get lost in the shuffle but we found HUGELY disppointing is essentially being lied to - told our order would be right out but clearly wasn't even submitted. A restaurant that is more committed to customers would have acknowledged they made a mistake and offered to bring a complimentary appetizer or two while we waited. Neither happened..........
(1)Vincent D.
There's not too many combinations better than excellent all-you-can-eat sushi, late night dinning, and a BYOB. The speciality rolls are excellent but if you could only try one - go for Bruce's Roll. Make sure you ask for the all-you-can eat menu (you won't be disappointed) and bring a great bottle of wine.
(5)Katie N.
I waited 45 minutes for 2 sushi rolls when the restaurant was essentially empty. Service is unfriendly. Not worth the wait and not worth the money. My advice - check out a few other places closer to or in the city.
(1)Alexander M.
Currently sitting at sushi one, ordered 35 minutes ago, it's not that busy, but no sushi yet. 5 more minutes and I'm walking out. Update- got my first round of AYCE sushi at 38 minutes after ordering. Everyone (not that "everyone is a lot of people by any means) that didn't have an AYCE menu got their food in about 10 minutes or less (even ones that ordered after me). Seems like a scam to keep AYCE profits at the highest. Plus the sushi was like 80% rice. The fish to rice ratio sucks. Not returning.
(1)Emily G.
Very good selection & nice lunch specials. Got a sushi boat for 4 people and it was delicious.
(4)Jonathan M.
Place was better than the last time I was there. Sat down at the sushi bar and had the New York roll which is good the spicy tuna which I get all the time because it's like pizza very hard to fuck up. And then the ell and great I'm a sucker for those slippery bastards. Also it's a BYOB or sake which I due and please drink it warm!!!
(4)Sherry E.
Hands down, my favorite sushi place in town. Each bite is bursting in flavor and you can count on each roll to be delicious. I also usually order the pineapple fries rice which is perfectly seasoned. Definitely worth checking out, they are top quality and know what they're doing.
(5)Rick K.
Love this place. Order it a lot from work, or pick up a lunch special on the way into work (2nd shift) I never got a bad menu item, the food always has great flavor. Friendly staff, and if you like sushi, this is one to try.
(5)Ann D.
My favorite sushi place - I eat here once a week and I always look forward to it. Excellent fish quality, always fresh, a great place to bring your own bottle of wine. Best miso soup ever. Great selection of special rolls - my favorites: Tokyo roll and Summer roll.
