The worst experience ever had a salad works. Service was less than stellar. Food quality poor. I would have been better off going to five guys.

I have always had a great salad from this Saladworks! Fresh, crisp and wonderful choices of dressings. Always clean and the staff is helpful with recommendations. It's our go to place for a satisfying lunch or dinner ~ always!

Absolutely love this Salad Works! The employees have been nothing but courteous in every way. All the ingredients seem fresh and the store is always clean. I really hope this location stays around for a whole! Watch out for daily specials, your favorite salad may have its own day!

Salads tasted fresh and the service was friendly. I'm not sure how long this location has been here but it looks new and clean. It has some outdoor seating too which is a nice touch.

Franchise of a national chain. It's in a "strip mall" location, not a food court, where I have seen most of the other locations. Good variety, fresh ingredients. Effort made for consistency in ingredients and portion size. I do note that the salads start at $7.79, and with drink and tax for two your easily top $20, which argues for a sit down meal at a restaurant like Bob Evans or Cracker Barrel, if those are on your list of faves. They also have wraps and paninis.

This was the first time i have ever went to a saladworks and i thought the experience was very good. I was pretty surprised by the amount of choices of toppings / dressings you could have with your salad. I thought they prepared my salad pretty well. The fresh bread they serve with it is also very good. I would definitely go back to try another salad out from them. Very good staff and fresh product!

The salad was fresh and well sized. The 1/2 salad/soup combo is perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Though it's kind of an "order-eat" place rather than sit down, Samantha (the soup/check out chick) came around to ask how our meal was & make sure we got our $1 coupon....kudos Samantha! More sunny than Panera, and wifi, and you can supervise your salad making. We'll be back for another visit next year on our next annual Lancaster Girls Trip as a healthy option after days of stocking up on Stromboli and farmer's cheese!...and my sis-in-law says the bathrooms are clean! Plus!

We've been ordering from this Saladworks location since it's grand opening. Everything is always fresh, the rolls are warm and delicious, the service (even with large multiple orders) has always been consistent. They deliver in the time indicated. I wish that had place this in the City. Kudos and keep up the great service!
