We go to this Ruby Tuesday regularly and every time the food is perfect and exactly as we ordered. My favorite meal which I highly recommend is the Asiago Peppercorn Sirloin. Their sides are great and the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Facilities are clean and the atmosphere is always upbeat and casual. I love coming here and will continue to.

Our waitress Jenna was friendly and on top of everything. I ordered the crab cake diner. They were small tasted like cream cheese and celery mostly. The Mac and cheese was rich and tasty. I had the salad bar and it was fresh with many choices. My partner ordered the smokehouse cheeseburger and loved it.

Ordered the Chicken Bella with grits. The grits were hard and cold. The chicken Bella had canned mushrooms on the chicken. Very disappointed. The salad bar was nice. Would I go back..........maybe for the salad bar only.

My favorite place for the salad bar. When I am in the mood for a salad, this is the place we head to. The service was good and quick for a 2 pm stop by. We will be back the next time we are in town to visit our son at college.

Decided to have dinner with my Daughter, the service qas very good, kinda over staffed with servers that night. I decided on the seafood trio, bad choice not sure of the crab cake or what they called a crab cake it was a pile of breaded mush on the plate, the lobster tail was over cooked and had no seasoning the shrimp were grilled way to long, it was like chewing a rubber band. I ordered a mojito that tasted like club soda, the manager had to remake it. The bar tender didn't have a clue how to make the drink. I've been a Chef for over 25 years so I kinda know how food should look and taste. They really need to step up the quality because it sure doesn't match the price they charge Chef B.

Very solid choice. Nice clean modern look. Salad bar is awesome and the croutons are out of this world. Extensive menu with lots of choices.

Went here with family of 12 yesterday and was pleasantly surprised! Service was excellent food was great, much better than many local restaurants we've been to and we go out to eat a lot! I got a petit sirloin meal with baked potato and my steak was cooked exactly how I asked for it and seasoned perfectly didnt need steak sauce! Baked po was crispy on the outside and steaming hot with butter/sourcream. Salad bar was excellent too! Morgan Gibelino was our server and she went back and forth to our table countless times and always was smiling and courteous. Arlene Castro was in charge and she was also very friendly and clearly knows how to run a restaurant because I haven't been this happy going out to eat in a long time. Stop looking, go here!

Myself and a friend ate here last evening (10/9/14). We arrived a little before 6, and were sat at the bar. My friend ordered an appetizer-I was unable to order one due to them not being GF. Her order came out quickly and at 6:20 we ordered our food-two orders of mashed potatoes and a side of spaghetti squash. At 7pm, we noticed that everyone else at the bar (who ordered full entrees) had been served. We asked the waitress where our food was, and she went to the kitchen-turned out no one ever put our order in. When the food came out 5 minutes later, it was cold. We ate and continued to talk. While we were talking, we noticed a waitress that appeared to be ill. At least 3 times she bent over obviously in pain. She would sit in a both for a few minutes, crying in pain and then go wait on tables. Her co workers stood around laughing at her. I coiuldn't take it anymore and asked our server if the waitress was ok and he laughingly said "I'm sure she's fine". It was quite obvious that she was not fine. I finally got up and asked her if she was ok and she stated that she was having horrible stomach cramps, but she was fine. We continued to watch her bawl over in pain, at times almost knocking down other staff because she was in so much pain. I was appalled at the lack of concern for this woman by the others who worked there as well as for the amount of time it took for our food to be served. I will never eat here again.

This Ruby Tuesday is at a strip mall along Millersville Pike. Parking appears to be more than adequate. I had some qualms about going to this location because I noticed another review site had some very low ratings for it. However, my experience was remarkably different. The food is exactly what I could expect from Ruby Tuesday, which is decent, but service was quite good that evening.

I went here for the second time, the staff is very nice and the food is pretty good. My husband ordered a new Orleans fish combo, and he didn't complain (not once). I ordered from the petite lunch menu and the salad bar. I had the steak, it was pretty decent, and the salad bar has a nice little selection to fill up on. My daughter also ordered the shrimp over pasta from the petite lunch menu, they gave her a full size by accident and didn't charge extra, and she lived it. The little bread they serve when you sit down is a hit! I think we inhale them! And for desert we get 4 little cupcakes, 2 red velvet, and 2 carrot cakes, the red velvet is my favorite!!! It costs us $100 for 5 of us, and that included 2 appetizers, 5 meals and desert, not bad for a family lunch out. The thing that bothered me most was that they have a shrimp dip that the servers are supposed to push on you when you sit down, if they don't push it on you then you get it for free. The catch is that it comes out of the waitress paycheck and if two people get it for free then they loose their job! Shame on management at ruby Tuesday's! That is no way to treat wait staff that already is overworked and underpaid.
